Ich gebe The Samira fünf Sterne, ja das Hotel ist ein bisschen datiert, aber es ist überhaupt nicht schlecht. Ich bin jetzt in der Türkei so viele Orte gewesen und Kalkan hat mein Herz. Ich liebe die Samira, vor allem aufgrund der Mitarbeiter, sie arbeiten so hart und sind so angenehm und freundlich. Ich möchte ein persönliches Dankeschön an Niyazi sagen, er ist der Barmanager und er ist nur ein wunderschöner Kerl und nichts ist zu viel Probleme für ihn. Der Besitzer weiß nicht, wie glücklich er ist, so gut Personal zu haben. Ich habe ihn ein paar Mal gesehen, als er heruntergekommen und sich immer wieder auf den Mitarbeitern zu sehen schien. Wir haben unsere Taschen erst zwei Tage in unseren Urlaub gekriegt. Dies ist auf Easy Jet und ihre mangelnde Kompetenz zurückzuführen. Die Art und Weise, wie das Personal uns half, war einfach wunderschön, von Kevin der Rezeption am Abend und der wunderschönen Lady, die den ganzen Tag auf Rezeption war. So hilfreich, vor allem, weil meine Tochter und ich aufregend war, weil EJ überhaupt nicht wirklich um die Fälle kümmert. So ja, das Hotel kann ein wenig Date sein, aber meine Gnade! Das Personal macht es auf. Danke für alle, dass Sie die Leute sind. Die Samira ist ein Haus von zu Hause für mich, es fühlte sich wie ich das Personal für Alter kennen gelernt. Wir haben jetzt zweimal gearbeitet und werden nächstes Jahr wieder gehen. Zu dem Besitzer! Dank deinem Personal! Niyazi besonders! Sein Englisch ist so gut und seine Persönlichkeit und Pflege passt es. Vielleicht aktualisieren Sie Ihre Zimmer ein wenig, aber bitte ändern Sie nie Ihren Mitarbeiter! Es sind die hart arbeitenden Leute, die den Ort machen. Seien Sie gut für Ihr Personal...und sie werden gut für Sie sein. Etwas, um den Besitzer darüber nachzudenken.

I could have rated this place 10 stars, honestly the staff are amazingly welcoming and warm. They make you feel home, make sure you're comfortable and always there smiling and ready to fulfill your requests. Rooms are spacious, loads of drawers and wardrobes, soooo clean and neat, view to the beach from balcony and view to a mail card landscape from the 5th floor where the buffet breakfast is served. The food is tasty, varied and the hygiene overall is top. You gonna enjoy showering and the air conditioner is turning off automatically when you open the balcony. I'm spending a week and I'm still there at the minute and wanna try their spa that looks great. Few of them only speak a very good English, however the barrier language was invisible because all members of staff, every single one I met was communicating with me in any way possible to socialise and that was the cherry on top. Also the hotel is close to the beach, close to my favourite restaurant and others and the market every Thursday just nearby 🤍

Kalkan war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis und Lupia Suites hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich bereichert. Die Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals gaben uns das Gefühl, zu Hause zu sein, und boten uns wertvolle Einblicke in Kalkans Charme. Der Service war ausgezeichnet. Unser geräumiges, makelloses Zimmer bot einen atemberaubenden Meerblick, der die Ruhe unserer Morgen noch verstärkte. Ich liebe den Whirlpool auf dem Balkon. Das türkische Serpme-Frühstück war ein kulinarischer Genuss, voller Frische und Geschmack. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Zeki Bey und sein wunderbares Team, die unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm gemacht haben! Wir zählen bereits die Tage bis zu unserer Rückkehr!

We stayed for 11 days in early May and we were very pleased with the hotel. It's small, very clean and staffed by friendly and helpful people. I have been in 5 star hotels in the past which were not as good as The Samira Exclusive. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels were changed; the towels were very good quality, thick and fluffy and bering the hotel's insignia. The only not so good points are the WIFI, which can be temperamental and the breakfast which was underwhelming. Breakfast consisted of mainly cold salads, boiled eggs and two warm (never hot enough) dishes; these were usually chopped local sausages mixed with peppers, and potatoes or occasionally baked beans. If you wanted eggs cooked any other way it would cost extra, this seemed a little petty; the bread however was very good. We didn't eat there in the evenings but I understand from others that the quality of the menu at that time was very good. We had a late evening flight home and asked about the possibility of extending our check out by a few hours, this cost us £40, which I feel is quite steep. The hotel was quite empty when we arrived but began to fill up as the season progressed and I can see possible problems in the high season with queues in the restaurant which is small and finding beds around the pool. Of course we already saw people rising at cock crow to claim beds with their towels and often these beds were hardly used, this is something the hotel should clamp down on. There is no lift either so the hotel is only accessible to the able bodied. Kalkan itself is very impressive; it's extremely picturesque, surrounded by hills and peppered with small winding cobbled streets full of restaurants and art shops, no sign of the usual tourist 'tat'. It is very steep though and I wouldn't recommend it to disabled people or those with small children and push chairs. It is also very expensive, eating out cost us about the same as we would pay to eat out in the UK. People who were frequent visitors told us the prices has almost doubled in the last year or two since Covid. Would I recommend it? Definitely, and I would return to the Samira Exclusive but it would be nice to see the points I have raised being addressed.

Wir sind gerade von unserem Aufenthalt in Saray Suites zurückgekehrt, was ein wunderbares Hotel! Von der Minute, die wir ankam, bis zur Minute, die wir verließen, wurden wir von allen wunderbaren Mitarbeitern wie Königsrecht behandelt. Vielen Dank an Alpi vor dem Haus, das uns ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Meerblick verteilt hat, das wunderschön und geräumig und modern war, das täglich gereinigt und Handtücher verändert wurde, Alpi gab uns auch alle Informationen, die wir über das Resort etc. Sehr herzlich willkommen jeden Morgen zum Frühstück und den ganzen Tag von Ismail, mit dem wir regelmäßig chatten und Omar unser Gastgeber jeden Morgen. Jedes Personal von den Wächtern, Pool-Typ, Manager Bar-Personal in den Abenden ging jeder über und oben, um unseren Aufenthalt erstaunlich zu machen. Auch Elvis und Ibraham auf der Bar für die Lieferung unserer regelmäßigen Abendgetränke und viel Lächeln haben Sie unseren Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen modernen Bar wirklich sehr lustig gemacht. Ismail Sie haben ein fantastisches Team an Bord und das Essen am Frühstück und Abend auf der Dachterrasse war mit hervorragenden Blicken auf Kalkan erstaunlich. Das war unser erstes Besuch in Kalkan, aber wir haben gesagt, wir werden sicher wieder in Saray Suiten zurückkehren. Auch große Lage mit etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Stadtzentrum.
