Das lang eingerichtete 6-Storey-Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum von Phrae, etwa 2 km vom Samstag Nachtmarkt und etwa 1.5 km vom Pratu Chai Markt entfernt. Seine Dekoration und Tone konzentriert sich hauptsächlich auf ”Charming East Lanna” plus viele geschnittene Teakmöbel. Die Mitarbeiter waren nett, vor allem ein scharfes rotes Fisch im Lobby, der sich gegen uns schwimmt, öffnete und schloss seinen Mund wie mit uns reden, Das Zimmer war im vierten Stock. Es war sauber und komfortabel. Bettlaufer und Pillowcases waren traditionelle Phrae-Stil ”Mor Hom”. Das Frühstück war eine Buffetlinie mit verschiedenen Menüs. Wir hatten hier eine angenehme Erfahrung. 900 Baht/Nacht war es wert, zu verbringen. Empfehlen!

Pretty poor really. The location is not ideal for the town centre, shops and restaurants all of which you need transport for. Ample parking and the property is well designed being on two sides of a triangle, nice communal areas and furniture but the guest rooms are very dated and in real need of refreshing, the bed sheets had holes in and we tried to get them changed only to be told in Thai that all the bed sheets had holes in! Has a nice swimming pool and deck area, breakfast was OK but very ordinary and the one evening meal we had there was equally uninspiring. The hotel was full with people travelling up country for the new year and its fine for a one night stop on the way to Nam or somewhere else but really the whole place is tired and in need of investment and refreshing.

This place is a real gem. Incredible value. Our family of four stayed in a loft room, which was so nice because kids had their own space upstairs while we had some privacy downstairs, without needing to pay for separate rooms. Gorgeous minimalist and industrial-chic aesthetic with exposed brick etc. Crisp, clean white sheets, fluffy duvets and comfy beds. Fabulous bathroom with a proper shower that doesn’t get the floor all wet. Nice windows, beautiful light. Perfect location in the old city and good free bikes to use. Nearby tasty meals in Saturday- and Sunday-night markets. Helpful staff and warm welcome. Good included breakfast and great coffee in a lovely attached cafe. What more could you ask for??

Ich liebe unseren Aufenthalt; das Zimmer war geräumig, hell und gegenüber dem Pool, das wirklich schön fürs Schwimmen ist.
Das Bett ist auch komfortabel
Das Badezimmer ist etwas alt, aber sauber
Auch wenn es ein altes Gebäude ist, ist es ein gültiger Ort zu bleiben.
Sie geben Ihnen auch kostenlose Fahrrad zu benutzen und das Zentrum ist nur 10 min Fahrt
Das Frühstück ist standardmäßig, Sie haben westliche und thailändische Optionen.
Das Personal ist super schön und freundlich und wir haben auch ein Auto mit Fahrer zu einem guten Preis gemietet und der Fahrer ist eine super schön und freundlich thailändische Lady.

The 9 storey Lanna style hotel has been operating for over 30 years. It is located in the center of Phrae city with only 1 km walk to Pratoo Chai night market. Though our room might look old, it was clean and everything functioned properly. Breakfast was in à la carte. We chose American breakfast and fried rice with pork. They were delicious. I think 700 baht/night including breakfast is worth spending. Recommend.

I recently spent two nights at the Comfy Japanese Style Hotel, Kinnotel, and had a pleasant stay. Here's a breakdown of my experience:
Room and Amenities:
Japanese Style Design: The room featured a charming Japanese aesthetic, with traditional decor that added a unique touch to the stay.
Room Comfort: The room was comfortable, though the bathroom was a bit small. However, it was well-maintained and perfectly acceptable for a short stay.
Convenient Laundry: One of the highlights was the availability of a washing machine and dryer. For just 90 baht, I was able to do my laundry, which was very convenient.

Central Location: The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the town.
Nearby Amenities: There are several food stalls nearby, and the Big C Supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, which was very convenient for picking up essentials.
Overall, my stay at Kinnotel was comfortable and convenient, especially for those looking to experience a blend of traditional Japanese design with modern amenities in a central location.

Pros: freundliches Personal, Zimmer sind sauber und renoviert, Frühstück ist nichts besonderes, aber alles, was Sie brauchen, ist für Thai / Falang verfügbar. Große Parkplätze auf der Rückseite des Hotels. Essen im Restaurant ist gut! . Kons: Für die Dusche, wenn einige Renovierungen gemacht denken, die Sicherheit für den Boden ist sehr schlimmer mit den Steinen, dass wo verwendet wird, und der Duscheraum ist sehr klein kann ein wenig größere sein. Insgesamt ein angenehmen Aufenthalt.
