Das Hotel ist einfach zu erreichen und hat auch einen eigenen Parkplatz sollte man mit dem Auto anreisen. Wir wurden sehr freundliche empfangen und konnten das moderne und saubere Zimmer direkt beziehen. Die Ausstattung und auch die Einrichtung hat mir grosse Freude bereitet. Leider hat das Bett beim sich Drehen immer wieder sehr laute Knarz Geräusche verursacht, da sollte ein bisschen optimiert werden. Das vielseitige Frühstück hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen

Gute Lage im Zentrum von NORRKÖPING mit wenigen Gehminuten zu einem Bahnhof, Busbahnhof und dem zentralen Bahnhof. In der Nähe des Hotels ist Straßenparkplatz für 80 SEK/Tag und etwa 7-8 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt gibt es eine lange Zeitparkplatz für 100 SEK pro Woche. Das Hotel ist schön und das Zimmer ist sauber und groß. Sehr schön und sauber Badezimmer auch. Die Rezeption war bis 01:00 Uhr geöffnet, um durch einen hilfreichen lächelnden Bartender zu überprüfen. Aufgrund der Vorsichtsmaßnahmen für Covid-19 gab es kein Frühstücksbuffet, aber stattdessen würde man einen kleinen Frühstücksbeutel mit einfachen Artikeln, die man in seinem Zimmer oder am Arbeitsplatz essen kann.

Das Hostel befindet sich direkt über dem Bahnhof in Norrköping. Für ein Hostel ist es ein toller Ort zu bleiben. Das Zimmer, das ich hatte, war klein, aber es gibt andere größere Zimmer. Obwohl gerade über dem Bahnhof war es sehr ruhig. Das geteilte Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich mit einem sehr schönen Balkon gegenüber der Stadt. Die Küche ist sauber und gemütlich. Es war sauber mit einer willkommenen Atmosphäre. Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz in der Nähe. Wifi ist sehr gut. Schnell und präzise Kommunikation mit dem Personal. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem schönen Budget-Ort zu bleiben, kann ich es empfehlen.

Wir blieben im oberen Stock (7/F) mit Blick auf die Kirche und einen Platz. Zimmer ist sauber und der Tube ist groß. Frühstück ist gut mit einer Vielzahl von Brot und frischem Obst. Sie können auch Ihre eigenen Mini-Pancakes machen. Die Lage ist perfekt in der Stadtzentrum in der Nähe der Bahnhof. Es gibt viele Restaurants und sushi Bars in der Nähe. Auf dem Erdgeschoss des Hotels gibt es ein pub, wo man ein Bier bei ca. 90 SK fangen kann. Das ist mein zweites Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.

Charming Boutique Hotel! The only reason I have rated Service as Good is because our experience at the Lamp Hotel started off on the wrong foot, thanks to Cecelia behind the front desk. Our initial conversation with her was so awkward and rude, we just looked at each other shocked that she was so unprofessional:( She was so rude to us upon entering the hotel. We politely asked if we could try to check in early. She looked us up and down head to toe with such an off putting attitude and did not even reciprocate in conversation when we asked other questions. Another couple came into the lobby right after us, and she immediately shifted her conversation to them, leaving us standing there speechless, as she began a conversation with them in Swedish. We had arrived so tired, but so excited, as my friend had already stayed at The Lamp Hotel, and had filled me in on how great the hotel was. Cecelia was not warm or friendly to us from the get go, nor accommodating to even offer to take our luggage to store until check in. We had to ask her to do this for us, and my friend literally had to ask her her name about 2 times, before she would acknowledge her question or look in our direction as we asked her questions. We had just traveled 9 hours by flight from the US, and her attitude and personality was not welcoming in any way. We thought we had made a huge mistake booking at the Lamp because of her. We were so glad we did not have to see her again during our whole stay. She was terrible and needs training on empathy, people skills, and basic hospitality. She may not be the best option for behind the front desk as the first point of contact for your hotel. Now once we got past this terrible welcome, we enjoyed our stay so much. The hotel and rooms were gorgeous. The rest of the staff were lovely. The entire hotel is clean, sexy and wonderful! The location is wonderful, the lobby is so chic. The spa is GREAT. The bathrooms are spacious and lovely. I enjoyed my picture window, the tasteful decor and all little details. Housekeeping is PERFECTION. I did breakfast each morning and the kitchen and staff there are INCREDIBLE. They all deserve raises. They were hustling, serving, cleaning, and just a vision of unity and of how to run a kitchen:) The way they all worked and got on so well with each other, was so nice to see. Overall, besides our rude welcome thanks to Cecelia, I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and WOULD stay again. I plan to go back and stay with my husband when we visit Sweden later this year.

Ich war dort für Arbeit nach einer sehr erschöpfenden Reise in Indien. Hotel Staff war sehr respektvoll, mich nicht zu stören, aber gleichzeitig war immer verfügbar, wenn ich Hilfe benötigt. Zimmer sind super gemütlich und nehmen Sie zurück in der Zeit mit der vintage Dekor. Die einzigen Nachteile waren, dass ich wirklich nicht viel Platz in meinem Zimmer und es nicht viele Optionen im Frühstücksbuffet, aber vielleicht ist das nur nordische Stil. Personal war sehr kooperativ über E-Mail sogar nach meiner Abreise. Strand machte meinen Aufenthalt viel weniger stressig und müde, als ich fürchtete.
