Praktische Lage und hohe Kosten

I booked their single room without window, as I both have no need for excessive in-room amenities and also greatly enjoy small, cosy places (this is not a sarcastic statement: I truly loved the tiny room). There was enough space in the room for the bed, an additional cutout for a small desk, and the private bathroom was nearly twice the size of the rest of the room itself. The walls were painted in a dark grey or purple, as were the bed dressings. It was a perfect, cosy little nook in which I could sleep and unwind a little. Their breakfast is pretty standard fare, no complaints nor highlights. I was content with the mini croissants, yoghurt and fruit; though an unsweetened yoghurt option would have been nice (but again, not a complaint). One issue I have however is with the parking fees. It is advertised on the hotels.com website, as well as the English version of the hotel's own site that parking is SEK100,-/day. However, their internal system, and as I later found while verifying, their Swedish website both state SEK150,-/day. I did not follow up on this until the next day as I arrived late in the evening and checked the listings after having checked in. The monetary difference is negligible, however this was frustrating to be presented with at the point of payment and not updated across the platforms this hotel advertises on. When I asked at the desk about it and showed the FD staff the hotels.com and English version of their site with the lower amount, I was given an apologetic look and the professional version of throwing one's hands up in helplessness. I don't expect grovelling nor immediate refunds (I have read r/TalesFromtheFrontDesk for long enough) but at least a mention that it will be sent up the chain of command would allay my feeling of being misled. Parking in any case is in an underground lot accessible via your hotel card key.

Mit meiner Mutter war das Zimmer schön und modern, aber das Fenster war für eine ganze Zeit offen, so dass das Zimmer kalt war, um mit zu beginnen, aber es war ziemlich schnell erhitzt. Es war gut, ein Bad (in zwei Zimmern) und eine gute Frühstücksauswahl mit einigen veganischen spezifischen Artikeln zu haben. Die Lage ist angenehmen, da es nur wenige U-Bahn-Stationen vom Zentrum entfernt und es gibt Lidl und Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe. Beachten Sie, dass der Anreise zum Flughafen Arlanda nicht so schnell oder so schnell vorwärts ist, wie es von der Nähe auf der Karte scheint, so entweder planen Sie die genaue Route vor der Zeit oder ein Taxi war nicht zu teuer - £28 eine Möglichkeit.

Price vs. value not as expected. 2000SEK for one night, but I had to do the check-in by myself (if I want to do computer programming, I will go to my office and do Python, C## etc. but in a hotel I appreciate to be welcomed by a human person and not a tablet). Rooms are very tiny, beds not very comfortable and when check-out it was not possible to put my company address on the invoice. there are countries where tax legislation requires this. Breakfeast was ok, but also here, I had to clean my table. Sorry, I do not mind to do some work by myself, but for a 2000SEK price I expect some better service.

Wir haben am Ende Januar für 2 Nächte hier geblieben. Es ist ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß vom Kista Station, das ca. 15 Minuten im Untergrund nach Zentrum von Stockholm ist. Das Hotel umliegt wie ein Geschäftspark, aber der Bahnhof ist in/an einem Einkaufszentrum mit vielen Mahlzeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Empfangszentrum war warm und unser Zimmer war großartig, mit ausgezeichneten Einrichtungen und war sehr sauber. Obwohl die Zugbahn direkt neben der Tür ist, war es wunderschön und ruhig. Wir hatten das kostenlose Frühstück beide Morgens. Es war wunderschön! Es gibt ein paar verschiedene Getreide, frisches Brot, Eier, Käse, verschiedene kalte Fleisch, Joghurt, Pflanzenbasis sowie Kuhmilch, und heiße Optionen wie Fleischballen, Bacon, Omelette. Check out war spät (12:00) so dass das wirklich nützlich war. Wir würden es definitiv empfehlen und würden hier wieder bleiben

OK as a hotel but very insufficient staff. Located in the outskirts of the city, in the Kista area. We didn’t take the public transport to the center, but by taxi it was a 20min drive max.. We liked the fact that it’s a new hotel with a nice gym, sauna and pool. You need to book for the pool though, and on weekends the pool gets very busy. So busy that we couldn’t get in. The staff seemed insufficient and most of the time, there was no one at the reception to assist. Breakfast buffet is quite simple. You can order one dish from the a la carte menu, but most dishes come cold as they have been prepared earlier. One morning, the crepes ran out 45 minutes before the end of breakfast and they couldn’t make any more. There were no slippers or robes in the room. Finally, and most outrageously, one day my partner was feeling unwell and asked the reception for a painkiller, as he was alone in the room. They told him they didn’t have any and couldn’t send someone to the nearest pharmacy, which is only 500 meters away. When asked to call the pharmacy since he didn’t speak Swedish and request that the pharmacy deliver a box of pills to the hotel. They refused to find the number and call. Sorry, but this is BAD customer service. I assume the hotel would be great for guests that are visiting Stockholm and Kista for business.

Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht, es fühlt sich gut an, als ob Ruhe und Frieden zum Verweilen kommen könnten, ihre Begleiter sind auch gut, die Hotelinfrastruktur kann auch o sein

Unser Aufenthalt war eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Großer Transportverbindung zum Stadtzentrum. Sehr schönes und sauberes Gebiet, das die Erfahrung so komfortabel wie möglich machte. Wichtigstens ein ruhiges Gebiet. Ich würde sicherlich empfehlen, im Good Morning Hotel zu bleiben. Vielen Dank für das Personal, insbesondere Sammy.
