Dear Duecitania owners, Your hotel is magnificent and I LOVE it. The architecture, the details, the workmanship are superb. Your natural pool and surroundings are stunning, and, very importantly, your staff are lovely, nice, helpful. Ah yeah, also the spa! Because food and hospitality require love: love of taste, love of detail, love of choice, love of attention to detail. Because maintenance needs love for things that work, are clean, have square angles where required. And the love is lacking in the food and in the maintenance. 1. Auf dieser Reise war ich mit meiner Frau, hatte ich vor der Ankunft Convento Da Serta gesprochen und wir beide vereinbarten die von 9 guten Hotels auf unserer Spanisch & Portugal Tour, dies war das Beste von weitem. * Schlüssel wie eine Stadt hat Charakter, Charme und ist sehr angenehm zu Fuß. * Convento Da Serta, ist in einer erstklassigen Position, oberhalb der alten Stadt erhoben * Es gibt gute Bars und Restaurants in einer einfachen Spazierweiterung * Das Hotel selbst ist ein charmantes und sehr gut anpassungsfähiges Stein gebaut Convento, es gibt einen kleinen Pool, Einfacher Parkplatz, die Zimmer sind ausgezeichnet mit guter Aussicht auf die Stadt einige haben kleine private Balkone alle haben Air Con. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und sowohl gern zu begeistern und gerne zu helfen, Ihnen das Beste aus Ihrem Aufenthalt im Hotel und Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. * Die Restaurant-Empfehlungen waren auf der Stelle, die wir ausgewählt, die empfohlen wurde es war schön (siehe separate Bewertung, für Ponte Romano)

I'd like to say that this hotel has been one of the most pleasant surprises I've had in a while. This was a last minute decision, as I wanted to take a few days of with my wife. We were looking for a place to relax, but at the same time we wanted to explore and hike. Well, the surrounding mountains were breathtaking, the historical shist villages, the waterfalls, the river affluents, and the magical castle of Lousã gave us all the outdoor experiences we were looking for. The hotel itself, amazing ! We stayed in the new area, the bedroom was very spacious, the bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was great too, the TV, well a bit outdated to be honest. The restaurant - Wow ! The breakfast - Wow ! The indoor pool and Spa, very good. As to the staff. Warm Kind Welcoming Polite. I'd like to say that Dona Laura that helped us during breakfast deserves a raise. Thank you for the very nice stay you've provided us.
