This is my go to hotel every year. The best hotel around this area in Portugal. The ladies are amazing. From front desk to the cleaning staff. They will amaze you with their kidness. They go above and beyond to meet our needs. My daughter doesn't drink regular milk and they provided almond milk as soon as they found out that that is the type of milk she drinks. Breakfast is amazing and fresh. The Coffee machines are incredible. You can get a fresh beverage 24/7. The place is the cleanest you will ever find. It is deserving if a 5 * review.

This stay in Curia Hotel, was actually in the ir of 2005 i believe. But still in my memories, I remember the grandiosity of the building, the very high floor and the space mixed with stories and te years give you peace just siting, and enjoy the surrenders. Nice services, nice staff, don’t lose de massages options and the restaurant if remember a good experience

As senhoras da limpeza são muito simpáticas. A Carina, que se encontra na recepção é muito simpática e muito prestável, em contraste, só tenho a apontar sobre o pessoal que estava a servir no pequeno almoço. Perguntei se podia ficar numa mesa junto a janela, uma vez que as mesas que estavam preparadas estavam todas na parte contrária, disseram que sim, que eu podia pegar na louça e transportar para o outra mesa. Assim o fiz, e instalei me numa mesa grande (só me tinha apercebido destas mesas junto a janela). Quando fui buscar comida, os dois funcionários que ficaram sempre no meio da sala, indicaram para usar mesas mais pequenas. A sala estava bastante vazia, e pelo número de mesas preparadas via se que estavam a espera de poucos clientes, que não iriam utilizar todos as mesas, tal como aconteceu. A atitude destes dois funcionários não me caiu bem. Podiam ter-se dado ao trabalho de pelo menos indicar as mesas que pretendiam que o cliente se sentasse (na altura não reparei nas mesas porque estavam de lado). Esperaram que o cliente mudasse, e, numa lei do menor esforço, é que indicam que tinha que voltar a ter de mudar de mesa. Está diferença de atitude da recepção para a parte do restaurante faz a diferença toda no atendimento. Quarto muito limpo e aquecido com regulação. Muito silencioso.

Schöne und gereinige Hotel im Allgemeinen mit einfacher Parkplätze. leichter Zugang zu den Hauptstraßen. Sehr nett und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Bar-/Caféangebot ist sehr arm, da es nur gemischte Toasts serviert. Sehr vernünftiges Frühstück mit Tee, Kaffee, Milch, Saft, verschiedenes Brot, Butter croissants, verschiedene Fasern, zerkleinerte Eier, Süßigkeiten, Honig, Joghurt, Getreide und Obst, alles frisch und mit guter Aussehen. Jacuzzis, die nicht durch die aufgelaufene Schmutz verwendet werden können. Obwohl sie die Erleichterung für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität erwähnen, fand ich das Hotel nicht geeignet. Es gibt keine Rampen im Wohnzimmer (mit Treppen) oder im Pool.

Been here for the first time last week. The hotel exceed my expectation. It seems the hotel has 3 separate main buildings in the area. You must wear your mask inside the property. It has been a wonderful experience to spend family time in the hotel. 1. LOCATION The location is easy to reach by google maps. You will read a small sign (Herdade Lago Real). If you pass the road to Mira beach, you can see the hotel from your way. It is only 4 mins from the city center. When you need something, you can go there to buy things to Pingo doce or Intermarché. 2. PRICE The price is OK. We paid almost €100 for 1 night and it is worth-staying more than 1 night there. We booked by phone and paid at the property when we checked-in. 3. PARKING It is easy to find park your vehicle there and it is totally free. 4. FACILITIES I do not know which one I should mention first since they provide many things. - ROOM The room is quite spacious for 3 of us. The room is clean and well equipped. They have TV, AC, and small fridge. Unfortunately, our fridge did not work well. We put our drinks there and did not cold at all. The bathroom is quite big and with complete equipment. It is clean. You have bath-up, hairdryer, clean towels, and bath compliments. The building seems like an old building but it doesn't matter for us. They do maintenance well. Everything is clean. - POOL They have main pool and small pool in other building. Both are very clean. It is very good for relaxing. Many benches are available for the clients for free. - Tennis yard, football field, bilyard, bicycle are for free. You just need to go to the receptionist and ask them. - LAGOA The kayak is free. It is so good to ride the boat there. The water is clean. Good view. - SMALL ZOO They have some animals to see like birds, pony, and many more. It is free to see around. - Playground for the kids for free - Bar near the pool. - Massage place. You can do appointment and pay there. - Buffet dinner is available at the property €15 per person. You must do booking in the receptionist. 5. STAFF Staffs are friendly and helpful. They are nice. We saw they always clean the space due to covid19. 6. BREAKFAST Food is good. We like it. You have fruits, bread, drinks, and cereals.

Das war unser erstes Besuch in Nordportugal und wir kamen sehr spät dorthin. Wir fanden im Flughafen das Autovermietungsunternehmen, das wir gebucht hatten, nicht existiert. Es hat uns eine Weile gedauert, um sortieren und obwohl ich sicher war es eine Unannehmlichkeit, das Hotel war sehr hilfreich und Nuno nahmen unsere Anrufe, so dass wir sehr schätzen. Dieses alte Stil Hotel ist voller Antiquitäten und Neugier und so interessant zu sehen! Das Frühstückszimmer ist voller Uhren! Unser Schlafzimmer war schön, wir hatten einen Balkon vorne, so dass wir eine schöne Aussicht über die Stadt Luso hatten. Das Bett war super bequem mit sauberem Badezimmer. Frühstück war eine Mischung aus einigen kochenen Lebensmitteln und einigen Brötchen und Getreide wäre es schön gewesen, ein wenig frischere Obst und Musli-Typ Getreide. Wir saßen ein paar Morgen draußen und es ist wirklich schöne Umgebung. Die Gärten und der Pool sind schön, schön zu entspannen am Pool oder in den Hammern. Wir fanden es enttäuschend, dass es keine Pool- oder Bar-Option zum Mittagessen gab, wir mussten in die Stadt gehen, wann immer wir Lebensmittel oder Getränke wollten. Die Stadt Luso ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß und sie ist wirklich schön. Es ist sehr offensichtlich, dass sie von der Pandemie sehr leiden, so hoffentlich Touristen zurückkehren, wie es so ein kleines Geschirr ist. Die Restaurants sind wenig, aber wir essen jeden Abend vor Ort und das Essen war wirklich ausgezeichnet. Das Palast und der Wald von Bussaco sind auch in Wanderweite, obwohl ein wenig schwieriger als der Hügel, aber es ist wirklich schön, zu kommen und zu gehen. Sie können viel Zeit um die Gegend verbringen, wenn Sie Spaziergang und Spaziergang genießen. Sehr ruhige Pause in einem schönen Ort, es ist uns alt und wie im Moment zurücksteigen. Schön bleiben.
