Ich war kürzlich im Hotel Black Tulip. Am ersten Morgen bemerkte ich, dass es keine elektrischen Punkte für die Verwendung eines Saubers im Badezimmer . Ich habe das dem jungen Mann auf der Rezeption berichtet, das wird einige Zeit dauern, um zu reparieren/zu setzen. In wenigen Minuten schlug ein Reparaturmann auf die Tür. Er stellte sich um die Einheit auf die Wand zu ersetzen und ermöglichte die Verwendung der elektrischen Punkte. Ich war sehr beeindruckt. Personal am Empfang waren sehr hilfreich.

Im Allgemeinen ist das Zimmer sauber und nichts extra, aber die Zimmer sind ziemlich ”müde”. Keine Slips/Tasche-und obwohl es für ein dreisternes Hotel die Norm ist, ist dennoch der Mangel an einer Seife unter dem Stück Seife, das das Hotel selbst liefert, bereits interessant) Die Duschekabine flog, die Handtücher bildeten die Wiesen mussten gepflückt werden. Mit dem Kabelkabel ist es möglich schwarz bitte, es ist möglich schwarz zu legen, aber es ist wahrscheinlich bitte. In Portugal ist die Präsenz der Schweiß wie Schnee in Russland im Winter - natürlich) Aber der Druck von Wasser in der Dusche war so, dass auch wenn Wassermassage für sich selbst - ich wirklich gefallen)) Die Matratze ist ziemlich hart, diejenigen, die einen kranken Rücken haben, ist unwahrscheinlich zu schätzen, aber die massiven Gefährten werden sehr komfortabel, die Matratze ist praktisch nicht verpasst. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Teepot und eine Kartenbrille - es ist ein großer Plus. Für diejenigen, die interessiert sind - Fernseh füllt fast alle möglichen Kanäle. Frühstück ist typisch europäischer: Yoghurt, Pilze, Käse und Hammer, Brot. Süße Kuchen und Backen, gekochte Eier, Obst, Tee und Kaffee. Nichts Besonderes, aber Hunger wird sicher nicht bleiben. Der Preis für das Frühstück ist 18 Euro für zwei.

This hotel was located in Gaia just outside of Porto. I didn't realize that it was not in Porto but it turned out to be a blessing. The hotel was quiet, spacious and very easy to travel every day by uber to Porto. We visited during the Euro soccer world cup and watched one of the games in the large bar diner area. The hotel was comfortable enough and the beds too. We have requested a fully stocked kitchen since we planned to cook some meals. However the crockery and cutlery were not very good to use. They were very dated and we were not given any sharp knives, paper towels, dish soap or sponge to clean up. So we could barely cook. Strange how the refrigerator was located in the lounge instead of the kitchen area. Regardless, our stay was enjoyable.

Booked this hotel directly via the ITG website . Yes its in Vila de Gaia -on the other side of the river from Porto old town -but public transport is available close by and Uber rides are around 4 Euros .....or hotel can call a taxi for you . The hotel is host to some airline personnel ,tour groups .....and the odd football team (Benfica on this occasion ) turns up pre match . On this side of the river you are close to El Corte Ingles department store and Shopping Gaia shopping centre if retail therapy is your thing ....and there are some individual shops /supermarkets /restaurants /cafes close by . A few weeks before we were due to travel my husband broke his collar bone . I e -mailed the hotel to ask if we could have a room with a walk in shower just to make it a bit easier . Got a very quick reply from the hotel saying that they could certainly do that ......so not only did we have a room with a walk in shower ,we had a suite . It was just so spacious & comfortable and made our stay even more enjoyable . I cannot praise the staff in this hotel enough -reception , bar ,restaurants, housekeeping -all so helpful and friendly during our stay. Reception staff were so helpful in providing Information ,maps and directions and giving restaurant recommendations . The hotel was spotless and well maintained and our room was serviced daily. There was an excellent choice at breakfast -served between 7AM _10-30 . We had lunch /dinner in the hotel bar /restaurant a couple of times during our stay -mainly for convenience as we didn't have the best of weather during our stay and we enjoyed a ”nightcap ” in the hotel bar each evening . I didn't use the spa or gym /fitness facility on this occasion so can't really comment but note other reviews are positive . When planning our trip we did consider a few different hotels on the Porto side as well as some apartments but kept coming back to this hotel based on price & reviews -for us on this occasion we deffinately made the right choice and would stay here again .

El hotel está ubicado justo en frente al corte inglés. Nosotros uno de los días hemos bajado hasta Oporto caminando y ha valido la pena el paseo. Han sido unos 2 kl para bajar. Nos ha encantado. Ah, por cierto, lo mejor del hotel es que si te apetece tomarte un café solo tienes que bajar hasta la entrada y cogerte uno. Es totalmente gratuito.

Nous venons de passer 3 nuits dans cet établis*****t le rapport qualité prix est très bon. Accueil très sympathique. Petit déjeuner compris dans le prix très copieux... jambon fromage œufs fruits frais yaourt gâteaux locaux pain complet céréales blanc... Literie très confortable. Très propre. Salle de bain indépendante mais privative.

Die Lage war etwa 5 Autominuten vom Bahnhof Vila Da Nova Devasas und 10 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Station Camara Gaia entfernt. Es ist nicht so nah am Stadtzentrum von Porto. Man muss überall mit Uber hinfahren oder zu Fuß gehen. Kein kostenloses Wasser im Zimmer, außer man ist Hilton Honors Silver-Mitglied oder höher, und das gilt nur für die erste Flasche. Artikel wie Wattepads und Kosmetiksets wurden nicht aufgefüllt, es sei denn, man verlangte sie. Handtücher wurden auch nur am ersten Tag bereitgestellt. Zahnpflegesets müssen ebenfalls angefordert werden. Etwas enttäuschend, da es ein Aufenthalt für unsere Flitterwochen war, aber trotzdem kostete das Wasser 6 Euro pro Flasche, weil ich nur Blue HH-Mitglied war. Handtuchhalter waren nicht verfügbar, nur Haken. Ansonsten toller Service vom Bodenpersonal, das Englisch sprechen konnte, mit Ausnahme einer Kellnerin, die „no ham no bacon“ für unsere Omelettes nicht verstand! Täglich wurde ein einfaches Frühstück serviert. Zur Feier des Tages bekamen wir auch einen kleinen Kuchen. Danke für den Aufenthalt.

Der Außenpool ist für heiße Tage fantastisch, das Restaurant bietet leckeres Essen und Getränke. Wir haben eine Bootsfahrt zu den 7 Brücken gebucht, die Rezeption hat den Ausflug für uns organisiert. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, wir waren 4 Tage dort und das Zimmer war bereits sauber, als wir ankamen
