Value for money - 2/5 was not that great of an experience Location- 5/5 nearby restaurants and convinient stores Amenities- 3/5 -lacking maintenance in some areas Staff -4/5 they are all nice, no issue Food- 3/5 pricey for the servings and taste The room we got didn’t have a smartlock yet we were given just a card key. So we had to go back to the reception area and line up to get normal key. -the water in our ran out in the afternoon, can’t shower or flush. It took a couple of hours for it to be back. The staff said they are still filling up the tank! -I am a bit surprised. -No towels provided for use! ( but has provided shampoo -which was not enough since we were family of 5) enough soap and disposable toothbrush. - the restoom in our family room didn’t look like it matched the price we paid for. It wasn’t maintained. Looked like a cheap motel bathroom. Good thing they have heated shower. - Our balcony sliding door is faulty, it has broken lock and broken sliding mechanism. You have to carry one door while sliding it ( huge safety and hazzard concern!) there was already a feedback about this by other guest who left a review, yet it was not addresses - Their common restroom at the pool area stinks big time ( seemed like no one is maintaining and doing rounds during peak hours) referring to the common rest room of their biggest pool -our room and bathroom also had a funny weird smell. Not that it stinks. It was just weird. Our beddings had those weird dusts as well not sure what those was but tdefinitely not neat. Good thing they have: -Gcash payment at the restaurants -Other activities offered -ref,cups and kettle in the room -lush gardens But sadly, wont come back until they improve.

They gave us a nice and clean room as well. One of the best staycation we had, kudos to their delicious breakfast 🍽️☕. All in one resort and hotel plus restaurant and coffee shop. A walking distance to Picnic Grove, convenience store and church. They are so welcoming and polite.

Ich bat um die beste Aussicht auf den Sprachensee und sie gab uns das beste Zimmer, es war perfekt! Es hat einen geräumigen Balkon und die Aussicht war einfach atemberaubend. Das Hotel liegt am Hauptstraßenabschnitt auf einem Hügel, der es ruhig und privat macht, perfekt, wenn Sie einen ruhigen Aufenthalt suchen. Wifi ist pathisch in dem Zimmer, aber ich scheiße nichts, und neben TV/netflix naman kaya ist es ok. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr willkommen und aufmerksam. Die Lebensmittel waren ziemlich begrenzt, aber sie waren gut lalo na yung bulalo und kare kare. Wir hatten unser Abendessen im Zimmer, para calidad tiempo na rin. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen und werden sicher zurückgehen.

Just checked out from a stay at the One Ta***tay Place Hotel. This place had its contrasts, so it's difficult to give a simple good or bad verdict. Firstly, let's commend the staff. Their service was top-notch – always available, ready to help, and maintaining a positive attitude at all times. We had inquiries and requests that were accommodated promptly and efficiently. They are genuinely an asset to this establishment. On the other side of the spectrum were the amenities and the room. It seems that the hotel could benefit from some much-needed refurbishments. Signs of wear were noticeable in the room furnishings and certain areas in the hotel. They weren’t a deal-breaker, but they did detract from the overall impression. Another plus side of One Ta***tay Place: its location. It's perfectly nestled close to the most scenic vistas Ta***tay offers. Its proximity to major attractions is a bonus and is something that future guests would definitely appreciate. In conclusion, One Ta***tay Place might not be a picture-perfect stay but it offers a decent, service-oriented experience, and uses its location to great advantage. A few upgrades could definitely elevate the guest experience. Would I come back? Yes, though I do hope to see some improvements next time around. For the price, service, and location, it's still a considerably good deal.

September 2024 bei diesem Hotel mit meiner Familie geblieben. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr schön; Sie können sich entspannen. Das Essen ist großartig für die Stadtviertel Fest. Die Einrichtungen sind ausgezeichnet, und das Personal ist freundlich und günstig. Das Hotel ist für diejenigen empfohlen, die auf der Suche nach einer Unterkunft in der Umgebung.

Es war erstaunlich! Ich liebe den Ort, den ich reservierte, um zu bleiben. Extrem zufrieden mit der Lage. Sehr empfohlen. Es ist eine Ecke Villa und es war sehr ruhig und ruhig. Die Pflegeperson war eine Dame namens Chorna und ihre Gate, so dass Sie sich von der Sicherheit.die Sicherheitsbeamten waren sehr gut. Es ist sicher, es ist ein friedlicher Himmel. Ich werde definitiv zurück sein. Danke und gut gemacht zu Hampton Villa. Die Sauberkeit des Platzes ist groß und es ist eine wahre Entfernung. Die 2 Betten Villa wurde auch voll eingerichtet.

Das Zimmer war gut, das Personal war hilfsbereit. In der Nähe gibt es ein schönes Hotel, in dem man mit schöner Aussicht frühstücken kann. Leider kann man den Vulkan derzeit nicht besteigen, das war sehr enttäuschend. Ich würde wieder dort übernachten, wenn Klettern erlaubt ist

Die Unterkunft ist gut ... Zimmer sind etwas alt, aber noch präsentierbar .... Wifi ist etwas langsam für Online-Spiele ...
