"Horizon is a fine hotel for this trip's purpose.
This I am delighted and not disappointed. The room was bigger than expected or needed. The location was as good as it gets, for me. The staff were courteous and professional.
Thus, for business or liesure travel in the SBMA, this hotel should be on anyone's shortlist."

"Sehr komfortabele geografische Lage, sehr privater Raum, das Zimmer ist groß, Bett und Sofa sind sehr komfortabel. Die Kellner sind enthusiastisch und die geduldigsten Mitarbeiter sollten zwei junge Leute im Restaurant im Freien haben!
Es gibt nicht viele Orte, wo die USA und China nicht genug sind, die Wäsche ist zu lange und der Zustand ist beschädigt; der Fernseher ist zu klein und der Raum ist zu groß, und der Kellner ist schwer zu finden. Die Angst vor allem ist der Servicepersonal John, der auf der Rezeption steht, die unterschiedliche Behandlungsmethoden zu sehen und die chinesischen Passe besonders schwierig zu sehen, was mich in den Laden versteckt!"

GGastnutzerThe Aurora Subic Hotel is typically new, opened last yr Aug if I am not mistaken. Hotel had few poor quality food options. Service was bad. Elevators have finger and hand prints. Aircon in the lobby drips. Will not come back. Hotel price is not worth it. The only saving grace is the house keeping head Ms RICA. She compensates for the poor management of the hotel. I must say this hotel should have many Ricas that provildes good service.

AAnonymer BenutzerDas ist unser Lieblingshotel, um unterirdisch zu bleiben. Denn unser jüngster Aufenthalt ist nicht so angenehm wie zuvor. Das Hotel ist sehr gut für die Annehmlichkeiten und die Annehmlichkeiten. Ich hoffe, dass die Segara Suiten die Zimmer aufrüsten und renovieren, da es eine große Aufrüstung auf alles braucht. Alles in diesem Ort wird unsere erste Option in Subic sein.

AAnonymer NutzerDas Zimmer war riesig. Jedes Zimmer ist für 2 Pax, aber das Bett war groß genug für 2 Coz wir waren 5. Kostenloses Frühstück für 4 aber sie enthalten auch die 5. Begleiterin. Großer Platz!

AAnonymer BenutzerThis resort provides all in one relaxation, with the great view and clean beach side of Subic Bay. Rooms are quite old but still comfortable to sleep in. Hoping they can change the headboard to reduce the wood chips that falls off since it is a bit old. The entire resort is great, they just need to improve their rooms and the lobby. Staff is great, kudos to the Bar Staff, specifically Arvin, during night shift. Also to the breakfast restaurant server during our stay, one of the longest staying employees 15 yrs, whom Ive met years ago, and still there. Just forgot kuya /tatay name. Still same exemplary service.

SStephanieNever a hotel charges an extra when you ask for a blanket and sheet but this one. Only provided us with 1 room card and don’t have any extra. The hotel is located close to the event that we need to be, that’s why we agreed to switch it this one when Trip.com failed to confirm our original booking with another hotel. Not recommended to others at all.
