Wir haben gerade übernachtet, weil wir eine Veranstaltung an einem nahe gelegenen Veranstaltungsort haben. Wir haben zuvor im Summit Hotel in Cebu geblieben, so dass wir den gleichen unvermeidlichen Service erwarten und die Einrichtungen sind genauso gut wie die andere Lage. Das Hotel war nicht enttäuscht, da sie schnell handeln, als ich gebeten habe, das Zimmer zu ändern, da ich nicht bequem in einem angrenzenden Zimmer zu bleiben. Was ich wirklich liebe ist die unverhinderte Aussicht auf die Stadt und nicht wie andere Hotels, in denen Ihre Aussicht das Fenster des anderen Gebäudes ist. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig. Das Bett und die Kissen sind sauber und komfortabel. Die Lage ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Einkaufsbereich der Grünhügel entfernt sowie von Santola in MRT Station.

The hotel felt dated and the pool area wasn't what I expected based on the listing photos. Breakfast was also a let down, as it wasn't a buffet. Unfortunately, I encountered some service issues during my stay. One receptionist was quite unfriendly and unhelpful. When I inquired about non-carpeted rooms due to my travel companion's allergies (dust triggers rhinitis), I was incorrectly informed all rooms were carpeted. We later discovered this wasn't true. The check-in process was quite slow, taking 20-25 minutes. To make matters worse, they rang about a 2,000 peso deposit we weren't previously aware of before booking, though we already informed them we will withdraw after some rest time. We explained we needed to withdraw due to a lack of cash and I don't want to use my card, but were forced to go out in a heavy rain. It would have been helpful to know about the deposit beforehand, especially since it wasn't mentioned on the booking site. If they require the deposit that fast, they should also consider having an atm machine in the hotel.

Ich hatte eine große Menge online, für zwei Nächte gebucht, als ich eine Hochzeit in einer der nahe gelegenen Kirchen besuchen und dachte, es in ein Wochenende Aufenthalt mit den Kindern zu machen. Die Suite war geräumig, mit einem Schlafzimmer pro Stock. Die Küche kam mit einem Backofen, aber die elektrische Wasserkessel funktionierte nicht. Eine Mikrowelle wäre schön gewesen, da die Küche nicht mit irgendeiner Kochmaschine kam. Die Betten waren bequem, obwohl der Kissen im kleineren Zimmer wirklich schmutzig war, kaum jede Form hinterlassen. Handtücher und Grundtoiletten sowie einige Wasserflaschen wurden geliefert. Die A/C-Einheiten arbeiteten am Wochenende gut, und es war nahe mehreren Einrichtungen. Es gab eine Möglichkeit, den Pool zu nutzen, wenn wir wollten. Die Aufzüge - schrecklich. Tag 1 war gut, aber jeden Tag blieb es, weniger und weniger Aufzüge arbeiteten. Beim checkout mussten wir die Treppen ganz nach unten vom 10. Stock mit dem Gepäck ausnehmen, weil nur eine Einheit alle Etagen servierte. Guards und Personal waren freundlich und untergebracht. Parkplatz war super eng. Alles in allem, gut für einen grundlegenden Aufenthalt, aber nicht mehr als das.

The room I initially chose was the superior room, seeing that the photos were quite pleasing so I went ahead and made a reservation. But the moment I got to the hotel, the room they gave me was very different from the photos I saw. There were no black out curtains, only blinds and it did not block out the light coming from outside. Also, this hotel is located along the main road and railway so it was quite noisy, hearing the cars passing and the train sounds I couldn’t sleep for the first two nights and I requested a room transfer. They gave me the said room transfer which was located at a higher floor. The noise was significantly reduced and I was able to sleep properly for the duration of my stay. I would give the hotel a 4/5 as it was not so bad. The staff were accomodating and the service was quite satisfactory. Only the location and the noise is the downfall of this establishment.

The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel has all the basic things you would need including a mini fridge, tooth brush, hairdryer. It is attached to a mall that has all the shops and food you would need from supermarket to Uniqlo, H&M, Cotton On and more! This was very much GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY!! 😁
