Die runde Hütte ist sehr klassisch. Sie werden den ganzen Davao Golf sehen, wenn Sie durch das Fenster rühren. Die Sauberkeit des Pools ist gut gepflegt. Lebensmittel werden kocht und sehr gut, und sehr lecker präsentiert. Kudos an die Butlers und das gesamte Personal, die sehr aufmerksam und schnell den Bedürfnissen der Gäste sind. Wir werden sicher bald wieder besuchen.

Our staycation in Crusoe cabins is nothing short but amazing. The check-in is organize and have a dedicated staff to guide and tour you to the cabin. They provide wrist bands with touch function for room access which is quite innovative. The room had two bunk beds which is very sturdy, comfy beds and it is impeccable clean. The AC (bit cold) are functioning well, restroom is quite well maintained. The convertible sofa bed is nice for a netflix night. The swimming pool is beautiful, offers a good view of Davao gulf. We enjoyed the pool slides both adult and for the kids. The beach shoreline not so impressive since it was rainy on early morning. But we still enjoyed swimming at the deep area. We had fantastic dinner at their restaurant (Captain Barbozza), group meal set which is money saver. The food is great and commendable, everyone approves it. While our breakfast had been served at the terrace, we got silog meals and it was satisfying. Overall, we had good impression and experience at Crusoe Cabins Costa Azalea. We highly recommend them to stay in Samal.

very beautiful and relaxing place to stay.if you want to connect with nature while having fun this is the place to visit. staff are accommodating and very easy to talk to. would love to come back to this place again with family..worth visiting

Discovery Samal Resort exceeded our expectations in every aspect. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The resort's stunning location, nestled amidst lush greenery and overlooking crystal-clear waters, provided the perfect backdrop for a truly relaxing getaway. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the variety of activities offered, from snorkeling and kayaking to indulging in rejuvenating spa treatments. The dining options were equally impressive, with a diverse selection of delicious dishes that catered to every palate. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable experience, always attentive to our needs and eager to assist with any requests. Overall, Discovery Samal Resort is a hidden gem that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat in paradise. Four stars well deserved!

Ich bin ein Hotelmann, Hände runter, aber als ich herausgefunden habe, dass ich mein eigenes Zimmer bekommen konnte, nahm ich eine Chance und ging für sie und ich bin SUPER Happy das habe ich getan. Ich bleibe normalerweise an den Strand vor Orten, bis ein hoher Wartungsfreund schlug, dass ich dieses Hostel einen Schuss geben würde. In meinem Kopf, wenn mein Diva-Freund diese Einrichtung genossen hat, dann könnte ich sie auch genießen 😆. Der Ort ist NICHT ein Strandfront Resort, so müssen Sie wissen, dass wenn Sie nur eine Strandfront Person sind. Wenn Sie kein Auto haben, gibt es ”Tricycles”, die Sie zum Strand vorn für einen super niedrigen Preis. Fahrer und Kommunisten sind mega freundlich und zuverlässig. Es gibt einen Hund hier namens Yukie, der sogar mit Ihnen kommen würde, wenn Sie gerne ❤️❤️. Die Unterkunft ist jedoch sehr geräumig. Mein Zimmer hatte Klimaanlage, ein sehr komfortables Bett und eine warme Dusche. Kein Fernseher und WiFi, weil das Hostel Sie dazu ermutigt, zu entbinden. Wenn Sie WiFi wollen, wie ich jetzt, da ich diese sehr Bewertung mache, Sie müssten zu dem gemeinsamen Bereich gehen, wo Sie Ihr eigenes Frühstück essen können. Sie serviert mir Mais Kaffee, der ziemlich awesome ist. Dann ein kontinentales Frühstück auch. Dieser Gemeindebereich hat auch ein Fernsehen, so dass Sie, wenn Sie die Nachrichten sehen wollen, direkt vorwärts gehen. Als ich heute Morgen aufwachte, gab es viele exotische Vögel, die ihre kleinen Herzen wegschütten. So schmeckend schmeckt. Ich habe alle Zimmer geprüft, so dass ich meine Freunde eine genaue Beschreibung geben kann. Es gibt Zimmer mit 4 Einzelbetten. Zimmer mit Bündelbetten mit eigenen Leselichten und 2 Badezimmer in jedem gemeinsamen Zimmer. Das Deluxe Zimmer ist auch ziemlich atemberaubend. Die Kunstwerke sind schön. Obwohl der Ort sich als Hostel reklamiert, kann ich sagen, dass es ein Hybrid eines Hotels und Hostels ist. Ich habe Hostels in Vancouver gesehen, die mich zu schneiden machten. Dieses Hostel hat mich SUPER IMMPRESSiert. Wirklich sauber. Sehr gut gepflegt. Personal ist awesome und Initiative. Ich bin sehr beeindruckt und ich beabsichtige, meine Familie und Freunde beim nächsten Mal wieder zu bringen.

Das erste Empfangshotel war sehr gut für ein Hotel dieser Art. Das Zimmer war ok, obwohl ein Schmuck aus Farbe es mehr angenehm machen würde als überall schüttelnde Marken. Das Licht war stark - rezessierte helle Blöcke geben nicht das richtige Ambiente, wenn keine Dämmerung. Es gibt einen Mangel an Leselampen über dem Bett (ja, die Leute lesen noch). Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut in der Nacht - das scheint abhängig von der Make. Obwohl wir am Tag der Rückkehr aus waren, war das Zimmer nicht aufgereiht und Tee/Kaffee ging unvollständig. Angesichts des Marktes ist dieses Hotel für das zielt es auf eine große Enttäuschung. Die in Hause angebotenen Mahlzeiten sind gut, aber es gibt eine mangelnde Kohärenz mit dem Personalservice, die verbessert werden könnte.

We actually went as a couple and with friends. There's no option for that here. I am going to repeat some things you will have read in other reviews but there is much more that isn't. The place in general and the cottages are immaculate. We had a single cottage, not an attached one, same as did both of the other couples who were with us. All were equally nice. But it was not only the cottage, but the grounds, Heck they even racked the sand each night.. all the sand. The staff were amazing and more than earn they salary. They were great. We will return to the place again, so anything I say next is not to indicate anything other then there is always some room for improvement. In our cottage, (#01) you have to wait a good five minutes for hot water in the shower if you are to take your shower at 6am... later in the day, we noticed the hot water came faster, but I normally don't shower at 11am. Also, there are no hand towels, so if you are going to wash your hands, you have to use your bath towel. You get a thermal carafe of brewed coffee and a local newspaper left for you each morning on the terrace The coffee was not very hot, but it was OK. My wide did request a kettle and they did bring one to us. There is a safe in the room , but it is not programmable, nor is there any number pad. You need a key for it and that means a trip to the front desk. Ask for it when you check in. We didn't as we have never seen a safe like this before. The electrical outlets, with the exception of one on the terrace are all dual spade Philippine electrical outlets. Since, in the Philippines, when you buy something electrical, you often get a EU, or UK or US three prong plug, the lack of 'universal outlets and/or a converter in the room meant the only place my wife could plug in the hair straightener was on the terrace, outside. So bring your own converters and if you are coming from the USA, don't plug anything in. There is no 115V service. The food in is good and priced very fairly. However, breakfast items are beyond minimal. You want eggs? OK if you other sunny-side up, you will get two eggs with hard yolks. (That may be what you want, but I like runny yolks. One of our group not understanding how things works, ordered two sunny-side up eggs. He was given two two-egg orders... four eggs. Want them easy over?... that's not on the menu. You can get 'firm' scrambled eggs. And you can get an omelette if you want tomatoes and onions in it, not wrapped into it. But that is the only type of omelette. Our group grumbled a bit about the egg issues including fried eggs that arrived pretty cold. . Want cereal? Well that is only cornflakes, (which I ordered as there was no other option). It was served in a cup with some half sour (to my taste buds) 'fresh' mink in a separate coffee cup (not a pitcher) and no sugar. You have to ask for sugar separately. And yeh, the milk doesn't pour nicely out of the coffee cup. There are no other breakfast items on the menu. In
