Große Ausstattung! Aber das Essen hat eine begrenzte Angebotsmenge bei Nacht nur Schiffe und Tasse Nudeln nach 10pm.but insgesamt großartige Erfahrung!

My spouse and I went to the place. The location is beautiful, but I was a bit disappointed with the service from the staff. They were very strict with the check-in time (4pm) I even asked them if they could accommodate us 15 minutes early since we arrived way too early and been waiting around after a long journey from manila.They provided coffee sachets as usual , but they forgot to provide stirrers, so I had to go back to the reception as I can't make a call because there was no phone service in the room. The shower didn’t have hot water, and only half the water was coming out, making it uncomfortable to take a proper shower. Apart from that, everything was okay & still believe that there are still lots of things to improve especially in customer service 😀 will definitely recommend & will come back soon.

Das Hotelzimmer ist groß, der Preis ist wirtschaftlich praktisch, das Frühstückspunkt ist sehr lecker, die Unterhaltungseinrichtungen sind reichhaltig, geeignet für Kinder zum Spielen, die Küste kann auch gefüttert werden, es gibt einen unabhängigen Strand!

Die Lage des Hotels liegt nahe dem Meer, es ist empfehlenswert. Kinder spielen sehr glücklich Wasser, das nächste Mal wieder! Das Zimmer hat eine Tür bbq. Es wird empfohlen, ein kleines Essen zu kaufen! Muskelfleisch!!

Ich empfehle dieses Familienhotel, es ist ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, das Personal ist entspannt und sehr freundlich . Ich genossen eigentlich das Chat mit dem Personal. Das Zimmer ist nett und gemütlich und das Schwimmen ist sehr sauber und so entspannt. Ich würde sicher wieder kommen. Die Bar und das Restaurant sind auch sehr schön. Sehr klassisch. Der Fitnessraum ist mit vielen Fitnesszubehör ausgestattet. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt und Preis ist auch gut

The premise is clean and secured with CCTVs They also have ready eating utensils. (Mugs, glass, plate, spoon and fork) A standard room is worth the price. With smart TV, connected to the floor's wifi. Rest rooms are cleaned which also comes with bidet and hot shower.

Das Personal ist nicht untergebracht. Ich habe für 5 Nächte geblieben, aber sie geben Ihnen normalerweise nicht den besten Service. Keine Repländung für Gästekit. Das Frontdesk hat keine Mitarbeiter am meisten. Sie halten Sie auf.

Huge and clean swimming pool, making it a great place for family with kids. The rooms are clean though some of the bedsheets and comforter cover are already showing ‘signs of ageing’ and some has stains. Had a little hiccup during breakfast as apparently our room number was used by some other people or it could just be a simple misunderstanding, I don’t know what happened, no explanation. It was immediately resolved though I felt a little worried. They must have some process to verify both the room number and names to avoid incorrect room charges. Another not so good but tolerable experience is being at the 7th floor, just below the Fields restaurant, we can hear the floor noises from the 8th floor which is a little bit annoying. We loved the breakfast and ambiance at Atrium and the dinner buffet at the Fields (French Cuisine). Overall, we had a great experience and we consider this as our go to hotel for quick getaway / swimming with kids.
