Mein Flug wurde in CDO abgesagt und die Fluglinien, die ich mit reservierte, setzten uns in diesem Hotel. Ich war zunächst ehrlich enttäuscht, weil ich hier vor zwei Jahren eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung hatte. Aber es hat sich seitdem offensichtlich durch eine riesige Verbesserung verbessert. Das Personal war besser, das Frühstück war ein Buffet, sie hatten Kaffee gebraut, und der Kaffeeshop war angenehm. Ich schätze ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Es ist so viel besser als das ohne. Das erinnert mich an die glorreichen Tage des alten Cagayan de Oro

Es ist ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett, sie haben uns sogar Wasser raffiniert für das Unternehmen, das solche bietet. Unser Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Obwohl wir wünschen, dass sie zumindest kostenlosem Flaschenwasser für den Gast bereitstellen, wie die meisten Hotels tun. Aber im Allgemeinen haben wir unseren Aufenthalt hier genossen. Wir werden 💯% dieses Hotel empfehlen.

freundliches Personal, gute Lage. Ich fand keine Platten und Glas und eine Kehle im Zimmer, aber das Zimmer war sauber. Es gab zweimal Kerzen, aber ich zerstörte sie 😇 Es gibt Klimaanlage und heißes Wasser, aber manchmal ist es laut außerhalb des Fensters. Das Hotel ist für diesen Preis großartig. Wi-Fi war auch ok.

The location is very good. Less than 5 minutes walk from Gaisano Mall. Easy to check in. Room is okay that is enough for 2-3 days sleep. Price is good. They have towel,soap and shampoo. Also have TV and fridge. You can ask for a hairdryer if you want. They have water dispenser on the hallways which is very good! It would be nice if they have cups for coffee.

Eincheckung war sehr reibungslos und alle Details wurden vom Rezeptor gut erläutert. Anfrage eines Zimmers mit HI-SPEED Internet und ja, wir waren in einem sehr gemütlichen Zimmer. Zimmer- perfekt und erstaunlich; mit kompletten Versorgungseinrichtungen. Sauber und mit einer sehr komfortablen Atmosphäre. Frühstück- ist das ein 4-Sterne-Frühstück. Und danke Amor und Precious für das so angenehm zu sein. Ich wurde mit Kaffee angeboten, auch wenn das Frühstück vorbei war. Sie angeboten mir, das Zimmer zu reinigen, das ich freundlich abgelehnt habe, weil ich wichtige Dinge mache. Dennoch bieten sie an, mein Paar Handtücher und zusätzliche Dienste für den Tag zu ändern. Sehr guter Service ! Sicherlich wird hier wieder sein!

GGuest UserThe Great: all the staff are very accommodating, helpful, and salute you by holding their hand over their heart. The staff really tries hard. Great common area environment. Great pool. Excellent maintenance. When I was running late, and breakfast buffet was closing, the restaurant called my room to see if I wanted to eat; They kept the buffet open for me. You don't find service like that everywhere. The Good: safe in room; mattresses a little hard but okay; shampoo, lotion, toothpaste and toothbrush, soap, extra TP roll included; phone in room and bathroom; hangers in closet; refrigerator in room; bottled water, coffee and tea supplies in room. Only one grounded outlet in the room, but was at the desk, so was able to plug grounded computer outlet in. I was not able to verify outlet near sink was GFCI protected. Bidet. Western style toilet; entire room and bathroom were clean. I was happy that even though I hadn't used both bottles of water before house keeping came, they added 2 more bottles per day. As everywhere in PH, don't drink the tap water. The Bad: The room was a little sp**** and lacked the high-quality aesthetic and art that the common areas have. There were no hand towels or washcloths. The TV did not work (I did not contact Front Desk to resolve the issue, but I am sure they would have). Shower handset needs updating. Tip: Don't trust GPS to get you here -- Google Maps has road names wrong. Trust your driver. Call and book directly with the hotel to get discount rates-- not available on agoda, or CapitalOne Travel, etc. I would have extended my stay, but they were fully book the next days. I will definitely be back! Note to management: to become 4-star, improve mattresses, improve room asthetic, improve AC on 3rd floor common area, improve shower area and include wash cloth and hand towels.

Zimmer klein, aber groß zum Preis. Klimaanlage war kalt, wenn Sie das wollen. Fernseher und Stromschalter. Die Straße laut ist, aber ich schlief ok. Kein Aufzug nur Treppen. Del Monte Pineapple Fabrik über die Straße, aber war ruhig für mich.
Jollibee ist 10 fpf Jeep und Chow King ist vor Jollibee unter der Straße zu nehmen. Etwa eine halbe Stunde Fahrt mit Taxi. Aber Sie können Busse nach Davon und anderen Orten nehmen

AAnonymer BenutzerThe location is very good. Less than 5 minutes walk from Gaisano Mall. Easy to check in. Room is okay that is enough for 2-3 days sleep. Price is good. They have towel,soap and shampoo. Also have TV and fridge. You can ask for a hairdryer if you want. They have water dispenser on the hallways which is very good! It would be nice if they have cups for coffee.

AAlex 13freundliches Personal, gute Lage. Ich fand keine Platten und Glas und eine Kehle im Zimmer, aber das Zimmer war sauber. Es gab zweimal Kerzen, aber ich zerstörte sie 😇 Es gibt Klimaanlage und heißes Wasser, aber manchmal ist es laut außerhalb des Fensters. Das Hotel ist für diesen Preis großartig. Wi-Fi war auch ok.

GGuest UserYou need to call the owner of that unit and ask the room number and parking lot number incase you bring a Car before coming in because trip does not mention/include what room number you were staying and it’s beyond my expectations. when we arrived it’ s fast 11:00 aufgrund verzögerter Flüge und der Guard lässt uns nicht in, weil wir nicht die Zimmernummer und Eigentümer Namen der Einheit haben, Ich war nicht davon aus, dass, weil ich dachte, es gab Front Desk, die uns zu bewohnen, wenn wir dort angekommen und nur zeigen unsere Buchung Informationen und das ist alles, aber es ist völlig anders. Und so, das ist die Zeit, die wir den Besitzer der Einheit rufen, damit sie wissen, dass wir lol sind, aber angesichts der Zeit, die wir in Check in ich denke sie ist nett und bedenken, und wieder dachte ich, es ist kostenlos Parkplatz, weil das ist, was Reise sagt haha, aber es ist nicht, Weil der Eigentümer Gebühren für Parkgebühren verlangt und so bezahlen wir es wieder, aber was ich über diesen Ort mag ist, dass sie Küchendienste haben, so ist es wirklich großartig, wenn Sie planen, Lebensmittel für sich/Familien zu kaufen und zu kochen, wenn Sie dort für ein paar bleiben Dauer und zusätzlich gibt es auch zusätzliche Betten und Bettwäsche, und überall ist es ein schöner Ort.
