We stayed at garden loft room for an overnight stay. The place is usually for event venue but they have accomodation for staycation. The room has a loft and a small balcony. With 4 single beds. Love the design of the room, soft mattress and with nice lightings. The bathroom is spacious and with its own cabinet. We loved that there were various kits provided( Sewing, shaving, sanitary kit and shower cap other than the usual shampoo, dental kit and body wash). Although the place is not as big as other staycation hotels we went to before. We liked Hillcreek because it's quiet, clean and with beautifully maintained gardens. We did not get to try their pool because it's really cold in December. We were satisfied with the breakfast buffet in the blue dining room. The place is not crowded that's why it's more comfortable to eat there. And the dining room is quiet and beautiful. The buffet served fruits, cold cuts , salad, longganisa, corned beef driedpusit , pancakes and eggs and etc. We specially liked the yogurt with granola , dried pusit and the salad. Only downside, the room has a bit of musty smell. We highly suggest they regularly air out the room. We also opted to eat dinner and lunch outside so that we can visit some of the garden restaurants outside. For the service, we have no complaints. The employees were kind and approachable. We had a lovely stay and will definitely consider staying here in our next visit to tagaytay.

Service at the bar area & Christmas food store was very slow. Breakfast for the price of the room was way below par. What we'd expected to be traditional such as sausages & bacon were not included. Wi-Fi connection was very, very poor would have been a nightmare if we'd been there on business. Main lobby of the hotel, dinning are way too cold. Lastly, due to the temperature in this location at this time of year it is important to be able to have a hot shower, show temperature too intermittent, was not possible to have a hot shower.

We came back from a party late night and it’s too dark

Wir haben letztes Wochenende in diesem Hotel (Kanchanaburi Zimmer) für unser Hochzeitstag geblieben. Lage ist sehr zugänglich und nur eine Stunde und eine halbe Fahrt von Manila entfernt. Ein bisschen zögerlich zuerst (aufgrund eines scharfen Ausbruchs) aber wir haben immer noch beschlossen, mit dieser Buchung durchzudrücken, und ich bin sehr froh, dass wir es getan haben. PROS: - [ ] Freundliche Mitarbeiter (Check-in und check-out waren sehr schnell und reibungslos, wie ich dachte, wir waren die einzigen Gäste damals) - [ ] Kind guard (als immer bereit, bei Parkplatz und Ausfahrt aus dem Hotel zu helfen. Ein wenig ist jedoch, dass, wenn wir ihn um den Weg zum Garten Sonya gebeten haben, er uns auf die entgegengesetzte Richtung gerichtet hat. Wir werden nicht wütend sein, hat er uns gesagt, dass er es nicht wusste.) - [ ] Atemnot Sprache Blick. Ich denke, das ist einer der Gründe, warum der Hotelpreis auf der teuren Seite ist. Super schöne Aussicht auf Sprache durch den Pool, den wir während unseres 2D1N Nachtaufenthalts maximiert haben. - [ ] Delikat und lustig Frühstück. Ich erlebe so ihre Frühstücksausbreitung. Sie können zwischen Filipino und kontinentalen Lebensmitteln wählen. - [ ] Exklusivität und romantische Gefühle. Hotel hat nur 7 Zimmer, so dass Sie wirklich die Privatsphäre fühlen, wenn Sie hier bleiben beschlossen. - [ ] Willkommen und Freundliches Hotel Vibe. Alle begrüßen Sie bei der Ankunft. Sie haben sogar ein ”Glückliches Geburtstags”-Banner mit Blumendesign in unserem Zimmer vorbereitet, das wirklich schön ist. Willkommen trinken Sie bei der Eincheckung warten. CONs: - [ ] Garten/Path sieht nicht gut gepflegt aus. - [ ] Bettwäsche/Komforter aus unserem Zimmer hat dunkle Farben. - [ ] Drainage aus dem Duschebereich ist geschlossen. Es dauerte Zeit, bis wir ein Bad abgeschlossen haben, um zu warten, bis es drainiert, bevor wir wieder duschen versuchen. - [ ] Kein Innenrestaurant. Nicht viel von negativ für mich, da Tagaytay viele nahegelegene Restaurants hat. Es ist sehr gut ausgeglichen mit dem geräumigen Frühstücksverbreitet, das sie uns während unseres Aufenthalts serviert haben. - [ ] Minimalausstattung. Es gibt eine Billard(?) Tisch und Pool. Ich schlage vor, mehr Einrichtungen hinzuzufügen, um mehr Gäste zu gewinnen. - [ ] Türverriegelung und Schlüssel sind sehr schwer zu benutzen. Bitte nehmen Sie uns Zeit, den Schlüssel nach dem Verriegeln unseres eigenen Zimmers zu bekommen. Sie sollten anstatt Schlüsselkarten verwenden. - [ ] Hotel liegt im Autobahnhof, so dass der gesamte Lärm des Autos gehört werden kann. Wenn Sie nicht ein schweres Schlafzimmer, dann ist dieses Hotel nicht für Sie. Was unser Fall betrifft, haben wir es nicht gedacht, da die Ansicht ist, was wir nach waren. - [ ] Zu teuer für den Aufenthalt. Wir zahlen 7500 PHP (ca. 150 USD) als wir ihre voll geimpfte Promo nutzen. Der Originalpreis beginnt bei 200 USD. Wenn sie es etwa 5k pro Aufenthalt getan haben, dann denke ich, der Preis ist fair. Gesamterfahrung ist awesome außer für diese negativen Punkte. Wir werden sicherlich wieder besuchen, wenn sie eine weitere Promo für Kunden haben :)

✅ we went there via commute, the place is accessible and easy to find. ✅ staff are friendly and attentive ✅ hair dryer by request ✅ we tried the other resto, bella ciao, a bit pricey but at least their food was decent. ❎ very small room. feels like im staying at a motel. i requested for a room with balcony. the balcony was very small and has a view of i dont know how to describe it. ❎ the hotel resto, organico gourmet, is meh . we ate there upon checking in, my bbq tasted ok and tender. but on the other order, meat was very hard. there are items on the menu that were not available. the coffee is just sad. oh God why!? ❎ a father and son was stucked at the elevator when there was a power outage. they have a generator but i didnt feel the sense of urgency to help them get out of the elevator asap. i felt sorry for them esp for the toddler as he seemed traumatized by what happened and he kept on crying ❎ pool was small and not heated (considering it's location) but it was ok. until it got very crowded because it is shared with the tenants from the residential area (some rented it out as guests). i hope you do something about it. may be have a different pool exclusive for hotel guests only. shower area was far from the pool, doesn't have any written directions as to where it was. so some just went straight into the pool without showering first. it was also very slippery, so i suggest you put something on the floor to prevent accidents. the area behind the glass of the pool was very dirty . not enough resting area or tables and chairs where we can put our things. ❎ since there was no towel exclusive for pool use, we had to bring our towel from our room. i called front desk to ask for a new towel since the other one was soaked already because we used it to dry ourselves from the pool. they are charging 50pesos for an extra towel. i mean really? overall, it was a bit expensive hotel but the experience didn't match the price. sorry but i will never go back and will not recommend it to anyone.
