Wir hatten dort nur eine Nacht, die gut war, aber ich würde nicht zu viele Nächte hier verbringen möchte. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Der Preis war ok für das, was es war. Ein bisschen weit weg zu gehen in die Stadt und Restaurants. Aber es war nur eine kurze Fahrt zu einem sehr schönen thailändischen Restaurant.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe an der Stadt, es gibt direkte Busse und die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Der Gastgeber und seine Frau sind sehr enthusiastisch und nachdenklich. Das Frühstück ist sehr großzügig. Das Zimmer ist sauber und gemütlich und fühlt sich wie zu Hause an. Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen draußen zur Verfügung. Nochmals vielen Dank an David und Tedianna für ihre Gastfreundschaft!

Due to a family emergency I stayed here three nights at short notice - lucky to get a room as it is in high demand. The executive studios are good-sized and clean, with new appliances, air conditioning and large TV with access to Sky plus personally-subscribed providers like Netflix etc. Reception very accessible, and from conversations I learned the proprietor has a lot of international experience running high end accommodation. Free parking, and literally across the road from Tauranga Hospital's main entrance. The CBD is a few minutes' drive away, supermarket and eateries within walking distance. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again - terrific

Letzte Minute Urlaub und das war verfügbar, so dass wir reserviert. Nehmen Sie eine Studio-Einheit und es war wirklich schön für uns - zwei Erwachsene und ein Teenager. Haben alles, was wir brauchen - fantastische Fan lieferte uns auch, um cool zu bleiben. Bequeme Betten und großes Fernsehen mit ALL den Himmelskanälen. Sehr schön gepflegt Zimmer mit schönen Gärten auch :). Lage war gut - nicht laut und nicht aus dem Weg. Danke, dass Sie uns.

Obwohl die Einrichtungen alt sind, sind sie gut funktioniert, es gibt auch warme, nah an Hobbie, gut Nacht.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 months last year, only now getting around to writing a review. Roger and Pah are extremely welcoming, and went out of their way, to make us feel comfortable. We were originally booked for a hotel, at the city centre, but had to change our plans, last minute, and our company booked us here. It turned out to be a much better choice. We could have walked to cbd, and did on days where we had no schedule. Good exercise. Short walking distance to 2 major grocery stores, which is fabulous, since I love to cook. Many fast food places, pizza place being the closest (half block away), walking distance. It turned out to be a better choice for us, as my husband is subject to sleeplessness, when traffic sounds are prevalent. Since we were here for 2 months, it was restfully quiet. We were swimming most days, and even when there were meetings being held, we were not disturbed by the traffic. We even borrowed the barbecue a few times, for sausage sizzles. Just lovely. We were treated like friends, and even the day we left, there were hugs all around, such a gorgeous couple. Their daughter is a lovely thing, great smile, smart as a whip, and hope to hear about her curing cancer, or saving the world someday. Roger, I have tried contacting you, but to no avail. You and Pah, and daughter, take care, have a lovely life, and maybe we will meet again someday...
