Apartment Features: The apartment I stayed in was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. It had an open-concept layout that combined a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining nook. The kitchen had all the essentials—fridge, stove, microwave, and even a washing machine, making it perfect for longer stays. The living room had a large flat-screen TV and comfy seating, creating a great space for relaxation. The bedroom was cozy with a large, comfortable bed, and the bathroom had a clean, modern feel with a spacious shower and high-quality amenities. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially with Ipoh’s warm weather. Service: While staying at The Cove Hillside, I felt like I had the best of both worlds—privacy and comfort, but with access to excellent service. The staff was incredibly friendly, offering quick check-in/check-out and always willing to help with any requests. Housekeeping was efficient, keeping the apartment spotless during my stay. They also provided helpful information on local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Amenities: One of the standout features of The Cove Hillside is the range of amenities. The infinity pool is absolutely breathtaking, offering sweeping views of the surrounding hills. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines and free weights, great for staying in shape. There’s also a barbecue area that can be reserved for gatherings, which adds a nice touch for family or group stays. Plus, the complex is gated with 24-hour security, so I felt very safe and secure throughout my stay.

Ich habe nicht hier geblieben, sondern ein einzelnes Zimmer für meinen Freund gebucht, der zu Besuch kam. Es war in der Tat ein schmutziges, aber schreckliches Zimmer. Ausstattung wie Haartrockner, Duschegel, Wassersaft, Schmutz und Kaffee wurden bereitgestellt. Extra wie warmes und kaltes Wasser, Eisen, Kühlschrank waren in der Nähe der Rezeption verfügbar. Mein Freund berichtete, dass der Wasserdruck ausgezeichnet war und das WiFi auch stark war. Wichtigstens war es super sauber. Es gibt eine große Parkplätze und die Hotelsicherheit war auch gut. Das Personal ist angenehmen und untergebracht. Mein Freund sagt, sie wird nicht zögern, hier wieder zu bleiben!

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und komfortabel, aber die Schlafkühe sind zu wenig.. die anderen so weit ok. Das Wichtigste ist, dass dieses Hotel sehr nahe an Lost World Tambon ist.. nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Für diejenigen, die eine große Familie kommen, ist dieses Hotel sehr geeignet.. Der Preis ist es wert.

Disappointed the service from Trip.com, during check in front desk staff informed my room type as not per my booking in website. wasting my time about hour to call trip.com to settle the issue. finally upgrade with additional own money before trip.com agreed to refund back after show the receipt.😔 pls ensure your website/app update frequently. Hotel staff helpful and able to handle the situation.
