I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share my feedback regarding my experience.
Firstly, I must commend the quality of the hotel room itself. It was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment for my stay. The amenities and facilities within the room met my expectations, and the overall ambiance contributed to a relaxing atmosphere.
However, I encountered an issue with the water supply in the room. The water pressure was not strong enough, which made showering and using the sink somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the water temperature was not consistently hot; it tended to fluctuate, and at times, it was uncomfortably cold.
This aspect of my stay was disappointing, as having a reliable and comfortable water supply is essential for a satisfactory hotel experience. I believe addressing this issue would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
I trust that this feedback will be taken into consideration, and I hope to see improvements in the future. Despite this issue, I would consider staying at your hotel again, given the positive aspects of my visit.

Ich habe dieses Hotel für unser Personal reserviert, das eine Geschäftsreise in Bintulu hat. Dieses ist eines unserer Mitarbeiter Lieblingshotel, wenn sie eine Arbeit in Bintulu haben. Das Hotel war so sauber und komfortabel. Umgeben von Lebensmittelzentrum, Waschbecken und Gemüsegeschäften. Ihre Mitarbeiter sind auch freundlich und helfen voll. Bislang habe ich noch nie schlechte Rückmeldungen von unserem Personal erhalten. Die meisten von ihnen mögen dieses Hotel so dünn.

Die Lage ist strategische , gerade in der alten Stadt, viele Orte für Lebensmittel, Gemüse und Unterhaltung. Das Hotel braucht jedoch noch einige Upgrade, vor allem die Teppich entlang des Korridors war wirklich scheu. Das Zimmer ist ok, könnte besser sein, wenn mehr Lichter befestigt werden.

RRyan ThenIch liebe die Atmosphäre dieses Hotels, es war sauber und komfortabel. Das Zimmer war auch geräumig und gemütlich.
Die einzigen Nachteile waren das Hotel war etwas weit entfernt gelegen, wo Sie zu nehmen, um Zugang zu Orten mit guter Nahrung etc. zu ergreifen.
Und auch mein Zimmer war gerade auf der Straße, so können Sie das Motorrad fahren in der Mitte der Nacht hören.

GGastnutzerDas Zimmer ist gut, aber das Frühstück muss verbessert werden. Nicht viele Wahlen, frisches Reis und Bihun waren einfach und es gab nichts anderes zu essen mit. Erster Tag Frühstück hat noch Nuggets und Sauce, aber nichts während des zweiten Tages Frühstück.

VViana’s JourneyIch habe die Familiensuite für meine Familie reserviert. Das Zimmer war geräumig, wir haben unser eigenes Wohnzimmer mit einem Teil zwischen den Betten und plus die Mikrowelle.
Insgesamt war ich mit der Unterkunft zufrieden, nur dass das Badezimmer für diesen Zimmertyp etwas kleiner war.

The facilities at Wiwo Hotel are outstanding. The fitness center is well-maintained, with all the equipment you could need for a good workout. The pool area is a true gem, offering a relaxing space to unwind, complete with comfortable loungers and a serene ambiance. The hotel's dining options are also excellent, with a restaurant that serves a delicious variety of dishes, catering to different palates.
As for the room, it was simply superb. The space was spotless, elegantly decorated, and designed with comfort in mind. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a restful night's sleep, and the high-quality linens were a lovely touch. The room was equipped with all the modern amenities I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a well-stocked minibar.
The bathroom was spacious and luxurious, featuring a large shower, plush towels, and premium toiletries. I also loved the attention to detail, such as the complimentary coffee and tea, as well as the thoughtful layout that made the room feel both cozy and functional.
One of the best parts of my stay was the stunning view from my room, which overlooked the beautiful surroundings of the hotel. It was the perfect backdrop for a peaceful and relaxing stay.
Overall, Wiwo Hotel exceeded all my expectations with its top-notch facilities and beautifully appointed rooms. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay, and I look forward to returning on my next visit.

GGastnutzerThe hotel was decently well kept and service standard live up to a 3 star hotel. The only area that may require a little improvement is the complimentary breakfast. It has only 2 choices for breakfast, either toast bread and alternating between fried kway teow, meet and fried rice on each day. Suggest to add porridge and carrot cake too.
