Sehr schlecht zu finden, im Allgemeinen wird das Hotel nach der Bestellung kontaktiert werden, sonst suchen Sie es für einen halben Tag, es gibt kein Signal auf dem Berg, das Hotel ist mit WLAN ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist immer noch gut, die Nacht ist wirklich etwas schmutzig. Die Tür des Wäsches ist plötzlich um die Mitte der Nacht geöffnet und hat mich mehrere Male öffnet. Es ist wirklich, dass ich nicht schlafen kann, die ganze Nacht. In der Tat sollte es durch Holzkohle getrieben werden. Ich bin zu klein und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es ist ganz klar, dass die Gesundheitsversorgung noch weiter verbessert werden muss.

Sollte früh für den Kunden vorbereitet werden , muss der Klimaanlage während des Sonnentages kalte Temperatur und auch für effiziente Ruhe.

Wir kamen um 16:45 Uhr in der Lobby an, aber das Zimmer war noch nicht fertig. Wir warteten bis 17:30 Uhr und baten um ein anderes Zimmer. Der Parkplatz ist voll, da im Hotel eine Veranstaltung stattfindet, also muss ich weit weg vom Hotel parken. Ansonsten ist alles zufriedenstellend👍

This was our 1st time at Amari Spice but from the on set was a bad experience. Driving into the hotel I could not drive to the lobby entrance to drop my family & luggage as it was blocked for some reason best known to Amari. Security at the entrance was of no help & I ended up blocking the way of a car at the back. What was supposed to be destress trip, started off on bad note. Anyway cursing Amari Spice for being worst than a 1 star hotel, I reversed back into the lobby entrance. Told this bad experience while checking in to the front office staff but they were not bothered  Going to the room found the mattress to be too soft sinking when you lay down & the air cond temp tops up at 26.5 degress, not everyone likes the room super cold. These 2 shortcomings are something that you wld not find in a 4 or 5 star hotels but looks like Amari is still figuring out where they stand. Even many 3 star hotels are better. Moving to the shower both rain & hand shower water flow was dispointing at best with temperature regulation being a challenge. Since my home is at Bukit Jambu & the main reason of chosing Amari was to destress, which was not possible with the said room conditions, I had to leave my family both nights to head home to rest. The matteress, shower & air cond at home the best. Wondering how Amari claims to be home away from home. On a good note the staff were courteous & friendly. Inclosing would I stay at Amari Spice again. NO.

I call this a high end prison cell maybe suitable for you know who ex-PM. I'm pretty used to hostel environment and budget hotel but this takes the cake. Be warned, for the price you pay, you would be better off in some other hotel at Georgetown itself that is much cheaper and offer better service and facility. I won't even want to stay 1 day in here. And just take a Grab or a half hour bus ride on Bus Service 403E to this location if you really need to be here. The picture from the other reviews pretty much sums it up. 4 blank walls, a bed without head rest a small writing desk with a plastic chair. And a tv with local channels only on the wall but like most Penang hotel that I encountered, the reception only seems to start working well in the evening. Daytime image is grainy. Water heater is always on -normal. Only soap supplied was in a bottle that looked like it was from a dish washing detergent bottle dispenser. Reception Desk is sometimes not available and room guest has their key card to tap to enter the hotel. Hence you need to make an appointment if you are coming at odd hours else there is no way in. I guess anyone staying here is just to attend some exhibition at Spice Arena. I made a wrong choice by changing my hotel stay to here thinking I could store my luggage while I toured the exhibition on the last day. I needed to leave at 4.30pm to head to the airport but told that they couldn't commit that anyone being around to to open the door for me to take out my luggage as check out time was 12pm sharp. No late checkout is allowed. Checked in was only 2 -3 pm only as counterstaff wanted to go home early that day. I reached around 11am and had to leave luggage there and come back again at 2.30pm. I'm fine with the staff having to leave early due to an prior appointment but you could then be flexible and allow me to check in at 11am. Hence my trip at the exhibition at Spice Arena was interrupted by running back to check in and then heading back to the exhibition after that. Counter staff was not really friendly. I was doing more of the greetings then her. Since this felt like a prison cell, her role probably was a prison warden. Only plus point was the water cooler(hot water available) in the reception but couldn't get a hot drink as no cup was available there. Only plus point- In the evening if you bother to walk opposite Spice Arena, there is a food centre called PISA Centre which offer good and reasonable food. Sadly in the morning, it is closed and finding a reasonable breakfast is out. Nearest housing area choices were not that great! No mall nearby too. Hence if you have to stay here, remember to BYO things especially a cup.

HIGLY empfohlenes Hotel für Reinigung, Lage und Wert für Geld. Das Bett und die Kissen sind so komfortabel! Der beste Teil des Hotels ist ihr Personal. Suchen Sie nach Herrn Zaid. Er ist ein grausam und wunderschöner Gastgeber! Ich kam eine Woche vor dem Einchecken zu den Zimmern und Herr Zaid zeigte uns ein paar Zimmer. Am Tag des Eincheckens wurde die Kreditkarte meines Freundes abgelehnt, aber Herr Zaid erlaubte uns jedenfalls zu prüfen und sagte, wir könnten später zahlen. Unglaublich!! Er bot uns sogar kostenlose Parkplätze für unseren Aufenthalt! Als wir nach dem Abendessen zurückkamen, erkannten wir, dass das Zimmer keine Schlafzimmerslips hatte. Ich ging zum Vordertisch und fragte, und der Gentleman da entschuldigte sich, weil sie aus den Lieferungen gelaufen sind. Er ließ sich jedoch nicht aufhalten. Stattdessen ging er nach einem ungebeschäftigten Zimmer durchs Zimmer, um zu sehen, ob es noch Extras gab. Recht über und über die Erwartungen eines 3-Star Hotels. Für RM100+ pro Nacht erhalten Sie ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotelzimmer mit vollen Hotelausstattungen wie TV, Zahnbürsten, Flaschenwasser, Kaffee, Haartrockner. Im gemeinsamen Raum sind warmes und kaltes Wasser, Eisen und Eisenbrett verfügbar. In Eureka erhalten Sie die Wärme eines Hauses und das Gefühl eines Hotels. Ich liebe Budget Hotels... Ich war zu viele von ihnen und ich weiß die Erwartung, wenn ich bei dieser Art von Unterkunft verbleib. Billige, grundlegende Ausstattung, kein Frills Konzept. Allerdings Hotel Seri Malaysia Pulau Pinang lediglich ein neues Standards, wie ein Hotel nicht sein sollte. Ich habe vor ein paar Jahren bei ihnen geblieben und weiß, wie schlecht ihre Dienste sind, aber nach mehreren Jahren könnten sie sich vielleicht etwas verbessern, aber sie beweisen mich falsch. Check in 2 Tage, und der Eindruck ist nicht gut. Beschwerden der Kunden am Rechner (Warmwasser, Reinigung, etc.). Ich dachte, vielleicht war er, weil bg fussy. Ich habe das 3. Stockzimmer, das kein Problem ohne Aufzug ist. Das Zimmer ist ok, aber die Klimaanlage ist unzuverlässig. Die Temperaturkontrolle funktioniert nicht wirklich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nichts Besonderes mit begrenzter Ausbreitung. Ich sah wenige Touristen, die in ihre eigenen Nahrung bringen. Ich weiß nicht warum, aber ich dachte, die Wahlen von F&B sind für sie nicht genug. Und der Sitz ist so begrenzt. Ich weiß, dass es eine Schulurlaubsstunde ist, aber wenn die Kunden für 10 Minuten mit Nahrung auf ihrer Hand stehen und niemand sogar einen Fluch geben, dann ist es untragbar. Ich bitte um einen Behälter, um das Nahrungsmittel zu entfernen, aber als ob sie sich kümmern. So.. Seri Malaysia Hotel ... Wenn Sie diese Bewertung lesen, gut, tun Sie bitte etwas für Ihr eigenes Gut. Für mich, keine mehr Seri Malaysia je. Um ehrlich zu sein, ich schäme mich, dass sie Malaysia in ihrer Marke haben. Bitte ändern Sie sich an einen anderen Namen

I think a few reviewers are mixing this hotel up with another (there is a lone pine hotel also on Penang - mentions of beach etc.). This is the one at Air Itam, which is near Kek Lok temple and Penang Hill. It is in a residential area. Supermarket opposite in one direction, and McD in the other (over the road). The hotel has a good outdoor pool and the room was fine, fairly basic but clean, with small balcony, comfy beds, and quiet at night. Goh Pek Mooi on reception was lovely, very helpful, brought us towels for a swim and very knowledgeable about the local area. You can get a bus from outside the hotel to the temple, and Air Itam itself is untouristy, good for local food. We didn't bother with Penang hill after hearing bad reviews, but the temple was outstanding. The hotel seemed very empty when we were there, but has a wonderful staircase (which you have to use to get to the rooms on 2nd floor as don't think there is a lift) Its about a 20 minute drive to the airport. I would recommend it for what we were doing (seeing the temple, wanting to be in a different place in penang after doing Georgetown and the National Park) but it isn't a resort hotel.
