For sure, seis estrellas! Incredible value for the money. The staff, location, rooms and amenities make Hotel Loma Real the place to stay in Tapachula. With its destination restaurant adorned with a view of the valley, you can sit on the veranda (or in the nice air-conditioned indoor areas) and enjoy all your meals, knowing that you are eating at one of the best places in town. Great Wifi!!!

Ich hatte vor einem Jahr eine gute Erfahrung in diesem Hotel, so dass ich diesen Monat zurückkehren wollte. Die schlimmste Entscheidung war, sie machten das Hotel zu einem unbehaglichen Ort voller Fremden mit geringer Hygiene, die sich im Hoteleingang und im Hotellobby ohne Deckel, Rauchen und Schuhe halten , Auf den Tisch und Stühlen, wo man „Frühstück nimmt“. Die Protokolle gegen den COVID gibt es nicht in diesem Hotel und diese Männer haben mich immer mit ihren Blicken und Taten unsicher fühlen lassen. Um mit Goldbrosch zu schließen , sie rufen Firmen Damen in der Nacht, um Dienstleistungen im Hotel zu erhalten (unacceptabel) !! Und die Zimmer und nicht wie sie retten , die Sabanen hatten gelbe Spiegel, ich bezweifle sehr, dass sie richtig gereinigt werden und die Gäste neben ihnen die Türen ständig schlagen. Das schlimmste Frühstück, sagt, ein Buffet zu sein, aber es ist eigentlich nicht und lässt viel zu wünschen. Alles war erschreckend und das Schlimmste ist, dass das Personal das ganz normal scheint, ich bin krank aus diesem Ort! Viel OJO.

Als ich die Schlüssel aus Zimmer 09 zurückgezogen habe, sagten sie mir, sie würden das Innere des Zimmers überprüfen und, wenn ich warten könnte, was ich eingetreten habe und setzte mich. Danach sagte eine Dame am Morgen, dass ich ein Badtapet benötigt habe und dass sie meine Tasche prüfen könnten, was sie zuerst störte, weil ich weiß, dass sie nichts trägt. Sie und ein Reinigungspersonal haben meine Tasche geprüft, und sie waren nicht zufrieden, was in meiner Tasche nichts war, und drängten darauf, dass die Tasche zurückgekehrt werde. Ich musste es schon erstaunen und sagen, dass ich kein Tapett hatte, trotzdem versuchte ich, eine Schließung zu öffnen, wo nur Identitäten und Geld eingehen, und ich sagte ihm, dass sie nicht dort öffnen würden, weil ich nur mein Geld trage. Anschließend sagte er mir nur eine männliche Person, die sich in der Rezeption befand, mich zurückzuziehen. Die Wahrheit ist sehr traurig, ich sagte ihnen, dass es das letzte Mal war, dass ich dort war. Ich bin sehr froh, daß sie mich so und vor allen in der Lobby verurteilen, denn sie sollten Protokolle haben, um das zu tun, nicht so verachtenswert und begeisternd, weil sie nur die Unfähigkeit ihrer Mitarbeiter und den Mangel an Professionalität beweisen. - Ja.

Und es ist billig. Einrichtungen: sehr gut Gesundheit: sehr gut Umwelt: sehr gut Service: Sehr gut Die Miss Rezept ist gut. - Ich brauche jeden Tag Hygiene. Es gibt supermarktfreundliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten an der Tür. Es gibt auch gute chinesische Mahlzeiten in fünf Minuten. Ich empfehle, das nächste Mal weiter zu buchen.

Die Hotelumgebung ist sehr gut, das Zimmer hat einen eigenen kleinen Hinterhof, der Pool ist auch großartig, aber die Lage im Inneren des Zimmers ist etwas alt, die Schalenbank hinter dem Bettkopf ist, es muss den Bettkopf in den Vorderkopf gelangen, um ihn zu laden. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, das Wohnen ist sehr komfortabel, im Allgemeinen ist es immer noch sehr gut.
