I have just been to this facility for a full body massage and the experience I had was terrible. I booked over the phone but when I arrived, the manager was trying to find where my booking was and who I am. They had mixed up my booking with another client who had booked with me with similar name. The manager spoke to me to clarify who I was. The hospital wanted me to come to the hotel but the people in the hotel did not have a clue. They don't have a proper system to follow up clients. They charged me more than what I was told on the phone and when I questioned they said because the room was air conditioned and better facility they need to charge more. When I went in to the spa room facility it was 31 degrees in temperature and full of sunlight in to the room. Attached are photos as proof. After my treatment I complained about it but they never even offered an apology or compensation for facilities that they couldn't uphold. Instead they said to write my issues to their management. Treatment itself was good but since the overall experience was extremely bad and it was definitely not value for money. I will never recommend this place to anyone. You would rather pay a bit more and go somewhere else like Spa Ceylon in Mount Lavinia.

Ich dachte immer noch, ich war schon ein paar Mal dort, aber ich habe keine Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder gefunden. Dieser Punkt sollte die Einführung der Webseite ändern. GGuest UserMein kürzlich gehabter Aufenthalt im Clock Inn Dehiwala war eine absolute Freude. Die Lage des Hotels und der außergewöhnliche Service machten es eine erinnerelige Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Nach der Ankunft machten die freundlichen Mitarbeiter Akash und Dara mich zu Hause fühlen. Ich kam spät in die Nacht und die Eincheckung war schnell und reibungslos. Auch sie gab mir Vorschläge zu meinem Abendessen, das sehr bedenklich ist. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und gut eingerichtet, Bett und Kissen sind so komfortable und das macht mich schlafen wie ein Baby durch den Aufenthalt.Das Badezimmer ist wie die Hälfte der Zimmergröße, Dusche ist mit Glastüren abgeschnitten. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet mit einer Auswahl an kontinentalen und einigen lokalen Lebensmitteln mit frischem Obst, Saft und Serien.Sangeedhaan ist immer da am Live-Küchenstation mit einem großen Lächeln zu helfen.Der einzige Vorschlag, den ich habe, ist, eine kalte Milch zu haben. Während des Frühstückszeit. Ich genieße wirklich den Garten aus der Seite des Zimmers, wo Sie erfreuliche Kaffee und Tee durch den Tag genießen können. Die Hausbetreuungspersonal, Neris, Kogul und Sagar sind so freundlich und werden immer da sein, um mit einem großen Lächeln zu helfen. Besonders Neris, wird er immer mit einem großen Lächeln begrüßt. Durch meinen Aufenthalt ging das Personal oben und darüber, um einen hervorragenden Service zu bieten. Von der Vorderseite bis zur Hauspflege war jeder aufmerksam und untergebracht, so dass meine Erfahrung noch angenehmer war. Schließlich überstieg Clock Inn Dehiwala meine Erwartungen. Ob Sie für Geschäfts- oder Freizeitbesuche besuchen, empfehle ich dieses charmante Hotel für eine wunderbare Getaway. Ich kann nicht warten, um in Zukunft für einen weiteren Aufenthalt zurückzukehren.

陈陈Ich habe das Hotel gesehen, auf dem auf der Website steht, dass es Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder gibt. Ich dachte immer noch, ich war schon ein paar Mal dort, aber ich habe keine Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder gefunden. Dieser Punkt sollte die Einführung der Webseite ändern. Das Hotel hat eine gute Aussicht, der Strand ist sauber und flach und der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Ein sehr geschmackvolles Hotel im britischen Kolonialstil ist einen Versuch wert.

SStephanie DThe Villa in Lavinia is in a beautiful old building. From the road doesn't look so great but inside is very nice. The owner Tyrone made us feel very welcome and all the staff were kind and friendly. The hotel is convenient for getting into Colombo. Many nearby buses go there. Also a nearby supermarket and several good restaurants. The part of the beach near to the hotel is not so nice but is better if you walk further down towards the big and famous Hotel Mount Lavinia. We stayed 5 nights but the hotel and the area is probably better suited to shorter stays. Room simple but adequate. Very good internet connexion. All in all, a pleasant stay.

Nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Mount Lavinia und 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Busstand (viele Optionen zu Colombo)

GGuest UserI have just been to this facility for a full body massage and the experience I had was terrible. I booked over the phone but when I arrived, the manager was trying to find where my booking was and who I am. They had mixed up my booking with another client who had booked with me with similar name. The manager spoke to me to clarify who I was. The hospital wanted me to come to the hotel but the people in the hotel did not have a clue. They don't have a proper system to follow up clients. They charged me more than what I was told on the phone and when I questioned they said because the room was air conditioned and better facility they need to charge more. When I went in to the spa room facility it was 31 degrees in temperature and full of sunlight in to the room. Attached are photos as proof. After my treatment I complained about it but they never even offered an apology or compensation for facilities that they couldn't uphold. Instead they said to write my issues to their management. Treatment itself was good but since the overall experience was extremely bad and it was definitely not value for money. I will never recommend this place to anyone. You would rather pay a bit more and go somewhere else like Spa Ceylon in Mount Lavinia.
