Sehr beliebt mit Geschäftsreisenden in der Energieindustrie dieses Hotel liegt direkt am Fluss. Es gibt eine Reihe von Restaurants in naher Walkweite. Das Beste über dieses Eigentum war, dass sie mich nett auf eine große Wohnung upgraded. Das zweite Beste ist, dass der Prozess sehr vernünftig ist, wenn Sie auf einem Unternehmensrat sind. Was die Möglichkeiten für Verbesserungen, es war seltsam, dass sie Ihnen nur ein Handtuch für Ihr Badezimmer geben. Ich rief die Rezeption um eine zweite zu bitten und wurde gesagt, dass es nicht möglich ist. So wartete ich bis später und sprach zu der Rezeption ein zweites Mal, erläuterte eine notwendige 2 Handtücher - es war wieder klar, dass das nicht etwas, was sie tun. Das an sich verdient das Hotel eine 3* Bewertung. Sie haben auch nur drei Flachspitzen geliefert und ich habe nur die 4. Picke auf 2. Aufforderung gesendet. Die andere Verwirrung war die interne Heizung. Als ich ankam, war mein Zimmerzeitpunkt 27C. Erst nachdem ich die Heizung ausgeschlossen habe und die Fenster geöffnet (-10C außen) konnte ich die Zeit auf ein Niveau bringen, wo es bequem schlafen konnte. Vielleicht ist es ein kulturelles Problem, aber die Heizung ist zu hoch. Der andere Bereich für Verbesserung ist im Nahrungsmittelservice. Wenn Sie ein Essen bestellen, nehmen Sie nicht an, dass alle Artikel gleichzeitig ankommen, wie Sie erwarten. Nur einer der beiden Aufzüge war arbeiten, die Verzögerungen während der Bus6-Perioden verursachten. Das, was ich gefällte, war eine gute kleine Minibar im Empfangsbereich und ein schönes Spa mit sehr kostengünstigem Massageservice.

Wir reisen und haben in diesem Hotel geblieben. Alles ist gut, es gibt alles außer:fena!!! Und die Zahl des Tages war:51.000. Danke für die Zustimmung zu verlassen 2 Stunden später. In der Nähe des Hotels ist es ein tz, Burger König, Kinderspielplatz, Parkplatz.

I had a 2 night stay at Somerset City Center Atyrau (21-23 June, 2023). Arrived at midnight and had a quick check in at the front desk, front desk team was very welcoming and extremely polite. The room was perfectly clean and prepared, it was so relevant, especially after a tiring trip. Welcome set up cheered up my ”do to bed” mood and made me stay up until 02:00 night, as I enjoyed the view from the terrace, which opened a picturesque view of the City. The king size bed was so cozy and comfy, I had a great sleep. In the morning, the breakfast was served in all day dining restaurant and with an excellent service, I was offered a coffee (cappuccino) for a little extra and I accepted it with pleasure. A wide variety of vegetables and fruits and of course hot dishes including omelette, fried and boiled eggs, boiled and fried sausages, garnish, fried fish and cold cuts. Can not list them all, as I only had an omelette with vegetables. By the way, I was greeted by Mr. Zakaria Tamni, a Hotel General Manager during the breakfast and he was checking to make sure that my stay was ok and if there were anything else they could do to make my stay more comfortable. It was indeed unexpected and I was taken aback with this five-star attitude. Had a number of business meetings during the day at the Bar and it was indeed a good spot for private and business meetings. During my meetings, I needed a Business Center service, namely, to print out a number of pages for my presentation and had a quick and professional service from Ruslan, who is, I believe, in charge for Front of the House Services. He is a polite, helpful lad, with a professional attitude. For lunch I ordered a Room Service and had a beef medallion, fresh salad and diet coke, it was served quick and the only thing worth mentioning, the room service attendant forgot my diet coke and it was delivered later, but the rest was perfect. The quality of food was great (check out the pics). Bathrooms, toilets and other bathroom amenities were of high quality, hygiene was perfect, air conditioning other in room facilities were up to my expectation. After my last meeting in town, I was in a great hurry to hotel to collect my belongings as I was late for my flight. I asked Front Desk attendants to organize a drop off service to the airport and needed a hand to collect my luggage from my room. To my surprise, Andrey and Maga, hotel operation Managers came to my room to give a hand with my luggage. I had a feeling of care, security, safety and comfort, shortly I felt home away from home. Overall, it was a great stay, a Big thank you to all Hotel Team, highly recommended Hotel, as it is value for money with five-star service.

Gutes Hotel! Sehr freundliches Personal! Der Koch des Restaurants ist sehr freundlicher Mann. Das Frühstück war schön! Saubere Zimmer. Gute Lage. Es gibt eine Sauna und ein Fitnessraum. Es gibt eine Bar und Kaffeegeschäft. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Ich hoffe, ich komme wieder. Vielen Dank!

Großes Hotel, gutes Frühstück, Zimmer sauber. Nicht 5 Sterne, sondern angemessen.
