My family and I went to Grand Cayman in August. I am so happy that I chose this resort. Hands down, a 10 rating from us. From the moment we arrived, we were treated amazing. Nataly checked us in and although our room was not ready, we walked around, ate at Coccoloba and waited until around 3:30pm when the room was finally ready. We were exhausted. Although we had a nice room, I wish we would have been offered a complimentary room upgrade as the resort really did not appear so full, but we were not. Maybe next time. The resort is immaculate, the food amazing and the worker incredible. From the doormen, to housekeeping, front desk, pool towel guys, etc., everyone was just great. One person that stands out and I must mention is Laszlo, the morning manager at Ave. This man could not do enough for us. He epitomizes the title of manager. The resort is so lucky to have him. Another person that stood out was Mo from the towel hut at the pool and beach. He was so attentive and so nice. Another gem for the resort. We did not encounter one bad meal during our stay. The Library is top notch, such a nice, relaxing atmosphere. My husband said he had the best Old Fashion there. We also went into town and ate at Pepper's (totally recommend) and Ragazzi (totally recommend) My birthday was amazing, we did the Stingray tour and it was a once in a lifetime experience. All in all an unforgettable trip and we are looking forward to returning soon. The only downside, and I hate to say this - is that in the rooms they stock up the fridge with different things that if you are not paying attention when your bags are dropped off and listen, you will miss the part where they tell you that whatever you take from that fridge, you will be charged for. Now I totally understand being charged for alcohol, but water..? Come on, that's a bit much and that is the only thing that I found negative. Yes, they offer water stations at the pool and beach, plus free sunscreen (total plus), but a person should not have to collect water from these places to bring up to their room. Water in the rooms should not be something a guest has to pay for. Especially since the resort is pretty expensive as is.

My stay here was an enjoyable experience due to the hotel's amazing amenities (pool, Rooftop dining, etc.). I would like to especially compliment Sampathd from In Room Dining (IRD) who was friendly, accommodating, and professional as he would always deliver my dinner promptly as well as make sure I was happy with my order and also take the time to chat with me about my stay at the hotel and experiences on the island and recommend places I could go and try, He is a real asset to the hotel. In addition to Sampathd from IRD I would also like to point out that Steven from the Barta Bar by the poolside was also very courteous and pleasant to interact with as he was very prompt in taking my order and delivering my food poolside. The two of them Sampathd from IRD and Steven from the Barta Bar truly made my stay at the hotel a truly wonderful experience and I look forward to revisiting the Cayman Islands and staying at Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman in the future.

Ich liebe dieses Hotel 😭😭😭. Es gibt wunderschöne Strände direkt im Hotel, einen schönen Swimmingpool und ein köstliches Restaurant!! 😭😭 und abends gibt es Musikerauftritte (das finde ich echt toll)!! Das Personal dort ist einfach sooo hilfsbereit!! Unser Schnorchelausflug nach Stingray City wurde beispielsweise von dem Agenten, den wir gebucht hatten, abgesagt, aber dann war der Kapitän von Cayman Sun Splash Tours einfach SOOO hilfsbereit und hat uns geholfen, einen anderen Agenten auf den Cayman-Inseln anzurufen, und schließlich haben wir vor unserer Abreise einen Ausflug nach Stingray City gemacht 😭😭 dafür sind wir absolut dankbar!! Insgesamt war die Erfahrung für mich und meine Freunde einfach soooo gut und ich würde dieses Hotel absolut empfehlen!!

Die Kontrolle war fehlerfrei. Kein Zimmer wartete. Der Grill war der beste Ort, um auf der Insel zu essen. Sparen Sie einige $ und hier gegen den Westin bleiben. Sie können alle Westin-Einrichtungen nutzen und sogar wieder in Ihr Zimmer bei Sunshine zahlen. Es ist etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, aber es gibt einen Sushi-Platz, eine Sportbar, einen Joghurt-Shop und einen Alkoholladen auf dem Weg. Pool ist schön und warm. Zimmer sind gemütlich mit Arbeitsgeräten. Wir würden hier wieder bleiben

Das ist unser dritter Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft und wir werden zurückkehren. Wir lieben die Sekulation dieser Unterkunft, die auf dem Norden klingt. Das Zimmer war sauber und Wartung antwortete, als wir angerufen. Ich habe einige Bemerkungen: Die Hallen müssen mit heller Beleuchtung und neuem Teppich oder neuem Fliesen renoviert werden und die Zimmer müssen regelmäßig ausgerottet werden. Bei der Nähe des Wassers erwarten ich einige Insekten. Wir hatten mehrere kleine, klare oder Tan-Spider. Wir konnten die meisten mit Insektspray kontrollieren. Wir hoffen, dass der Dock wieder aufgebaut und funktioniert, bevor wir zurückkehren. Schließlich war der heiße Wasserdruck in einem der Taucher schlecht, ich teilte den anderen Tauch mit meinem Mann, als ich heißes Wasser benötigte. Wir waren besonders froh, dass wir unsere Tests covid-19 nehmen konnten, um in den USA im Hotel zurückzukehren. Das war sehr bequem. Das Driftwood Restaurant auf der Unterkunft hatte hervorragende Speisen, die uns von der Verlasse der Unterkunft bis zum täglichen Essen gehalten. Dieses Gebäude ist schön, entspannt und sauber.
