GGastnutzerI would like to share a few words with you about our feeling of coming back to your Park Hyatt Hanazono hotel from 29/3/2024 to 3/4/2024. We are beginners of skiing, therefore, our first choice is a ski-in and ski-out hotel. Therefore, last year we came to your hotel and we came back again for further improvement of our skiing. We travelled a long way from the airport to your hotel for almost over 3 hours. However, we didn't receive a warm welcome from your hotel by the time we got out of our car. By the time we checked-in, the handling time took much longer than I expected, maybe we all felt tired after long travelling and wanted to go up to our room. Another guest who was sitting next to me seemed to complain about your service to another staff..
When we arrived at our room, only 3 mandarins were put on the table to welcome us but they did not look very attractive.
Next morning, the breakfast was as good as last year, because nothing more had changed. But again, not very welcoming. Our dishes were piling up on the table long before they were taken away. That was not the case last year.
We asked guest service to fold up the sofa bed as we wanted it to be more spacious. However, I called several to get it done when we came back from skiing in the evening. But we clearly said we could do it when we were out in the daytime.
We booked 2 adults and 1 child, however, we could only find 3 adult clothes for onsen. We called guest service to provide us with child cloth for onsen. However, after tidying up, they provided us with another 3 sets of clothes for onsen again. So, my daughter wore oversized clothes to the onsen. It was not like this when we first came here last year.
Luckily, on the third day, we met a new and young manager during breakfast, we received a warm welcoming smile for the first time. We chatted for a while and my daughter felt happy with him. Last year, my daughter made some friends here with your staff and learnt some Japanese from your staff. That made her like the Japanese culture and language.
Ironically, after folding up the sofa bed, they mistakenly mixed up my daughter white colored soft toy - cinnamoroll - with the bed sheets for the laundry. Luckily, maybe with the help of the young guy, we found it back. My daughter was so delighted, thanks for all your efforts, but however, the soft toy had been shrunk by the laundry machine.
The inner tubing was one of our favors in Park Hyatt Hotel, however, it looked obscenity and did not match with the natural scenery and the well-designed architecture surroundings at all. It looked like a facility in a developing country.
Next Easter holiday was a late holiday, maybe no more snow for skiing. Originally we had planned to come again with whole families of six for skiing. Maybe it is high time for us to look for another ski-in ski-out hotel, though I have promised the young guy to meet him next year.

CChan Moon YikDas elegante Condo-Hotel ist voll mit Zimmerausstattung (Küche, Waschmaschine, Trockner usw.), das wirklich für einen langen Aufenthalt gd ist.
Die Suiten sind groß und geräumig, wunderbar sauber und superb Dekor.
Onsen ist angemessen & gd für einen schnellen Tauch, aber ein wenig klein, wenn im Vergleich zu noborebetsu.
Skigebiet ist mit großer Lagerung für Skigeräte. Wirklich Ski in/Ski out Resort, wenn Sie können Ski gut wie Sie die Schleifen treffen können, sobald Sie alle aufgerüstet sind. Für Anfänger, u hv Ihre Skigeräte zu tragen und die Wandern abzulaufen oder in der Innenausfahrt durch die verbundene Wanderwege zum Haupt-Rusutsu Hotel.
Schlussfolgerung, wird es lieben, hier wieder zu bleiben & für längere Dauer ...😀

WwaynethepaintTrip.com has always been my go to for travel bookings. Similarly this time to Niseko, decided to extend for an additional week and MyEcolodge came up in the search.
I have to mention the checkin was seamless, but what I thought i booked, vastly differ from what was allocated for me. I thought what i booked was a room to myself however it turns out as a shared room. Its not a big deal but the feeling of misinterpretation leaves an awful taste.
(Trip.com CS stepped in and helped to clarify things but theres nothing that could be done. peak season, and everywhere else is fully booked or without paying a premium)
That said, the stay was good. MyEcolodge sits in a very convenient location just couple stops from Hirafu. Theres various buses including free shutters so thats really an ease off the mind)
7eleven, a small cafe, hotpot/shabushabu restaurant just sits across from you. The hostel also has their own cafeteria though ive never eaten there (food looks good though).
They have a huge storage room for your gears, pretty safe so no worries. pantry, laundry room, washroom are pretty spacious and kept tidy.
The room itself is fine, nothing to wow about. nothing to complain either. Towels are free and clean. Everything else you need to pay.
Overall good stay.
Pray hard you get nice room mates if youre sharing!

GGastnutzerLovely big room with a sitting area as well. Bathroom was huge with separate toilet area. Bathrobes n slippers were provided. We can actually see the lake and the fireworks from the room. No food provided but there’s a vending machine.
There’s a beautiful restaurant to have breakfast at the junction of the road leading up to the hotel with a beautiful garden and grounds.
It’s about 20 min downhill to the town but it’s worth the drive. There’s a Seicomart in town as well with ample free parking.

GGastnutzerThe room was standard Hilton. Ski in ski out, and have very convenient shuttle services to connect with other resorts. Staffs are very nice and professional, a well balanced global team make passengers from different places feel like home.
One the other light worth to mention was the TEA ceremony holds by a tea master from Kyoto. Since Hokkaido was famous because it’s dairy products, i didn’t expect run into such a thing here. The tea master really puts a lot of thought into how to make the guests feel the authentic Japanese tea culture. The process wasn’t too complicated for foreigners to follow, and it will amazingly put you in a zen peace mode, like a sort of meditation. Worth to stop by if you stay there.

煞煞氣欸小丁Es ist ein altes Hotel, natürlich ist die Ausstattung alt, aber zu diesem Preis gibt es keine Auswahl. Wer vorbeikommt, kann kommen und übernachten. Die gesamte Umgebung ist immer noch sehr gut.

Eenn36Wir wurden warm von Taito auf dem Vordertisch begrüßt (schöne japanische Junge, der gut Englisch mit einem thailändischen Akzent spricht! Ich meine das als Kompliment). Er war angenehmen überrascht, als er uns erlaubte, ins Check-in, obwohl wir 2 Stunden früh waren. Kurz nach dem Eintritt in unser Zimmer, setzte Taito persönlich auf die Tür, um uns einige Dinge zu geben, die meine Eltern beantragten. Er stand auch im hellen Sonnenlicht und sagte Hallo, als wir unsere Gepäck nach dem Auschecken in den Mietwagen laden. Ich bewerte Taito's Service und Einstellung: 5 Sterne!!!
Das Zimmer hatte eine Küche mit einem vollen Satz von Geräten, Werkzeugen und Kräfte. Kühlschrank hatte Getränke, Saft, Milch, Butter, Schale und sogar Sauce zum Kochen. Und es gab einen Korb mit Getreide, Äpfel, Bananen und 2 Brotlöffel für unser Frühstücksbedarf.
Insgesamt war dies ein sehr schöner und nützlicher Aufenthalt.
Die einzige Grippe, die ich habe, ist, dass das Hotel mir nicht erlaubt, irgendwelche Änderungen an meinen Terminen (nicht sicher, warum es spät April war und nicht Spitze Ski-Saison), obwohl ich anbietete, eine andere Buchung zuerst vor der Stornierung zu machen(haben diese Art von Vereinbarung mit anderen Hotels in Hokkaido so ich weiß, dass es möglich ist).
Es wäre perfekt gewesen, wenn das Hotel einige Flexibilität für ihre Gäste bieten kann. Schließlich, die Pläne ändern sich aus verschiedenen Gründen. Hoffentlich in Zukunft wieder zu sein und sehen, dass sie beim nächsten Mal flexibler sind. Bis dahin danke und freuen =)

GGastnutzerThe location is the best which just one minute walking distance to the bus terminal to/from Toya Station and in front of the ferry pier. Please see my photo. Perfect location. The front desk receptionist lady was friendly. I was placed to a lake view Japanese style room. It doesn't include shower but toilet in the room and it looks like old but I love the room. The view from the room's window to Lake Toya was excellent. I love my room's window can be opened, I could see more clear to the lake view and to have fresh air from outside by opening the window. Even it was a raining day, cloudy and frosty. The view is still spotless good. The service was good. The room was clean, tidy and come with all necessity, but bath/shower excluded. However, based on the price, I was happy with it because I don't mind to use the bathroom in the onsen area on floor one. There was only two down side that I found: First, the male onsen area floor was sticky and slippery with moss (My left hand accidentally touched it and my hand was sticked with moss in outdoor onsen area) that includes indoor and outdoor area. I wish they would take more effort to the cleanliness of onsen area. Second, the suana was not available for customer to use. However, I had a fantastic sauna and onsen in 万世閣 (a hotel where is just a few minutes walk away from Toya Grand Hotel) by a paying walk in onsen fee(1300 yen) for non-resident. So, it didn't affect me much.
Overall, my experience was good. I would give Toya Grand Hotel 8 out of 10. I love Toya Grand Hotel. I would recommend it.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist sehr alt und einige der Einrichtungen sind veraltet, aber die Maiszimmer sind gut geeignet für Kinder oder mehr Menschen zu leben; Es war besorgt, dass die drei Menschen nicht genug schützen. Das Ergebnis war, dass sie jeden Tag warm waren, direkt gebadet haben, die Wärme war direkt auf der ersten Etage, und es war eine 100-jährige Geschichte, das warme Wasser war großartig, das schleifende Körper fertig, jeden Tag schneebemüht, das warme Schlafen war sehr lecker; Das Hotelrestaurant ist sehr einfach, das Frühstück und das Abendessen sind für eine 3-Tage-Reservierung vorzeitig zu bestellen, nicht gegessen. Aber das Hotel geht nach rechts um fünf Minuten. Es gibt ein Restaurant. Abbildung 6 Abbildung 7 hat eine gebratene Rindfleischart. Die Skizeit ist sehr lecker. Die alte Mutter der Skizeit ist explodiert. Es ist besser, nicht nach 20:00 Uhr zu essen. Sein Haus ist auch sehr gut mit einem Spezialmehl. Abbildung 4 ist in den Bus zu gebraten. Abbildung 5 ist ein Bus zum Skiplatz. teilen Sie es Ihnen!
