Das Hotel ist auf der Halbinsel, die Umgebung ist sehr schön und sehr ruhig. Es gibt einige Tischtafeln an der Tür, die Sie dort setzen können, ein Bier trinken, die schöne Landschaft zu beobachten und das Leben der Europäer zu erleben.

Abito a Zola Predosa e per lavoro spesso accompagno miei collaboratori in questo hotel da anni (dove prenoto lasciando sempre la mia carta a garanzia), questo week end ho accompagnato 2 miei soci come di consueto, quando arrivo in hotel non trovo la solita ragazza alla reception (veramente molto brava e sveglia) ma un ragazzo che però rifiuta di farmi salire a salutare i miei soci nonostante ero disponibile a lasciargli il documento (come faccio sempre, oltretutto erano le 19 ed ero andato a prenderli per la cena) e la prenotazione era garantita dalla mia carta. Non ho voluto neanche perdere tempo a discutere con questo personaggio e me ne sono andato, il giorno successivo li ho spostati in altro hotel in zona dove sono più educati verso i propri clienti, è un peccato che dopo anni mi sia trovato in questa situazione grottesca proprio in un hotel da me scelto per i miei soci.

No air conditioning - rude staff I specifically booked this hotel because it states there IS air conditioning, but when I arrived it was switched off. It was VERY hot in the room exposed all day long to sunlight. The very rude staff said that, even if they get your money for a room WITH air conditioning, they let it switched off and that's all. I insisted and they told me it was raining up to few days ago; I told them TODAY there is a very hot sun and it is impossible to sleep in such a hot room. No way - they get your full money in advance and then do not deliver what they sold you. I had to buy a fan and slept only 4 hours. Terrible experience. When I came back at midnight because I tried to let some air in (since they even left the windows closed after cleaning, terrible smell and terrible temperature!) at the reception I found arabian guys listening to loud arabian music; they had difficulties understanding the number of the room, since they spoke french. Old building, worn-out facilities, extremely hot water in the shower that was impossible to adjust. Do not go there.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 2 Hunde) sind immer sehr zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiter*innen sprechen deutsch und sind alle wirklich aufmerksam und freundlich. Es ist alles sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind okay und die Betten sehr bequem. Nur die Klimaanlage könnte etwas stärker sein. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken (kalt und warm) und die Mitarbeiter*innen sind sehr bemüht, alles immer gleich aufzufüllen, wenn es leer ist.

I visited with my family for 1 night as a night stop. On arrival the area does not look particularly attractive & the outside of the hotel looks a little tired. But once inside the hotel is lovely & the staff very friendly & helpful. The rooms are large with air conditioning & very clean with lovely shabby shic furniture. There is a car park at the back of the hotel but it is a little small although we were able to park our cars in there. Breakfast was what you would expect of a continental. There is a very good Italian restaurant next door to the hotel which we used for dinner.

Nachdem wir am Abend am Hotel zu spät kamen, wurden wir von Namen begrüßt und sofort zu unserer Suite geführt. Sie hatten das Heißrohr für uns früher begonnen, so dass es warm wäre. Wir waren sehr beeindruckt mit der Blue Suite, die bequem und gut eingerichtet war. Auch die Kontrolle im Personal und der Gentleman, der uns ins Zimmer begleitete. Wir hatten Zimmerservice, der gut gemacht und ziemlich schnell war. Die Warmrohre war nicht warm genug, um ins Zimmer zu kommen. Es war nicht wirklich warm genug, bis gut nach dem Bett, was enttäuschend war. Gut geschlafen und die Dusche im Zimmer war fabulös. Am nächsten Morgen gingen wir zum Frühstück, das ... nur ok. Das Essen war anständig, aber die Erfahrung war etwas zerstört, weil die Mitarbeiter in dem Frühstücksraum klar gemacht, dass sie nicht wirklich da waren, um uns mit etwas zu helfen und sie die ganze Zeit umherlaufen, und wechseln Tische für Mittagessen und Abendessen. Es machte das ganze Essen sehr rasch, wie wir aus ihrem Weg herauskommen mussten, damit sie unser Tisch wechseln konnten. Wir sind keine großen Fernsehmänner, aber wir wollten sehen, was wir bekommen könnten und die Fernsehrichtungen waren so Byzantin, dass wir nach einer Weile aufgegeben haben. Der Kaffee im Frühstücksraum war schrecklich, aber der Barista in der Bar machte einen tollen, und er war sehr freundlich. Wir prüften. Das Büropersonal war professionell, aber nicht zu freundlich. Die Hotelflächen wurden gut gepflegt und der Parkplatz war für unseren massiven Camperwagen reich. Pet-freundlich war ein Plus. Wir werden wahrscheinlich zurückgehen, weil wir das Zimmer liebten. Aber es gibt ein paar Dinge, die sie mit dem AM Personal/Operationen verbessern könnten.

I had a reservation made directly in this hotel. It was recommended by some friends. About 2 weeks before my planned stay, I was reached by Paolo from CDH Hotel Bologna front office, with the information that the central office management had decided to close the hotel for a few days, and that included the day of my reservation. Within 24hrs Paolo called me back after having found for me a better accommodation in a close by hotel at the exact same rate. This is what I call customer service! Thank you. I will for sure come back again to try your rooms!
