Meine Frau und ich haben gerade in La Riserva in Ventimiglia, Italien geblieben und wir können nicht genug über die herrliche Aussicht und die Unterkunft des Personals sagen. Beide sind erstaunlich und gut wert. Ich denke, jeder Zimmer hat einen unglaublichen Blick auf das Mittelmeer, das Sie nie vergessen werden. Dieses freundliche, familiengeführte und betriebene Hotel ist schön und effizient betrieben. Der Besitzer kam und holte uns mehr als einmal und ließ uns in der Stadt weg, weil der Taxidienst wegen einiger Veranstaltungen begrenzt war. Dies ist nicht Teil der Buchung, sondern nur er, so warten wir nicht. Wir nahmen den Zug von Nizza, Frankreich nach Ventimiglia und nahmen dann einen Taxi nach Nizza. Ich würde vorschlagen, dass der andere Weg um, so dass Sie direkt nach der Reise zum Besitz genommen werden können. Eine Taxis zu bekommen kann zu bestimmten Zeiten schwierig sein. Der Zug war einfach und sehr günstig. Unter 10 $ pro Person, die rund um die Stunde vom Flughafen Nice dauerte. Ich habe online bezahlt. Sie müssen Ihre Gepäcke um einen Block vom Flughafen zu nehmen, um den Zug zu fangen. Ich würde mich noch einmal ein Auto nehmen, um das und die Transfer in Ventimiglia zu vermeiden. Bitte bleiben Sie bei dieser Unterkunft! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Suite mit 3 Außenterrassen Sie sitzen und trinken ihre leckere Cappuccino! Das Restaurant ist sehr schön und lecker auch mit diesem erstaunlichen Blick. Sie haben sogar unsere vegetarische Diät gebucht, indem sie die Artikel in das Menü für uns hinzufügen, die zweite Nacht, die wir dort gegessen haben, weil sie sich erinnern. Frühstück ist enthalten und lecker. Bravo! Sehr empfehlenswert. Danke!

This is a fantastic b&b high up in Ventimiglia old town with spectacular views of the new town below. The bedrooms are on multiple levels accessed through communal areas. The decor is rich and quirky and unique with superb old wooden floors and rough stone walls. Breakfast is held at the long table in the main common area. Fruit/ pastries/ breads/ cheeses/ cold meats -all very fresh - and very good coffee. We enjoyed meeting and chatting with the other guests at the table in the morning. I highly recommend this b&b. Staying there is an unforgettable experience. I have two 'be aware of's' - 1/ We arrived late (2320) and were welcomed by Alamin who was very generous with his time and showed us around. However there is a late fee of €20 if you arrive after 2200. It is mentioned in the booking page but in an area you might overlook in your eagerness to book. 2/ The b&b is in the heart of the old town. The streets are narrow and there is very little on-street parking. Our host Claudio offered us off-street parking for an extra €20 but we took a chance and got lucky finding a space beside the cathedral plaza (which is very close to the b&b and very beautiful.) Even if you have to pay those extra costs we think the price for staying in this quite remarkable building is very reasonable and we feel privileged to have stayed here. We highly recommend it to fellow travellers.
