Un très bel hôtel, situé dans les montagnes… très belle vue, réveil au chant du coq. Bon déjeuner. Chambre spacieuse (sur un coin), très éclairée, très, très propre. Le confort des lits, 7/10. Le seul inconvénient : le resto pour le soir, (on y a mangé 2 soirs, c’était trop bon) nous a facturé 8 euros de trop, le 1er soir… et aussi le 2e soir une autre surcharge de 8 euros. 🤦‍♀️ Donc, vérifier votre facture. Sinon, le reste est 10/10. Je vous le recommande.

Le 5 Terre La Spezia ist ein perfekter Ort, um während des Besuchs von Cinque Terre zu bleiben. Es ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt. Es kann ein wenig laut sein, weil es direkt neben dem Eingang und Rezeption ist, aber ich würde nichts ändern. Das besondereste über dieses Hotel ist ihre Rezeption. Erica ist eine reine Freude. Sie ist fröhlich, engagiert und extrem hilfreich mit Tipps. Elletra war zu Hause und voller guter Informationen. Beide Damen sind fantastische Vermögenswerte für dieses Hotel. Sie machten den Aufenthalt an diesem Ort wunderbar. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie ihren Rat folgen. Es wird Ihre Reise noch besser machen. Passen Sie nicht auf die negativen Bewertungen auf. Arrival information was sent by text messages from Alessandro. Its a difficult place to find with very narrow lanes to the apartments, however the information took us straight to it. A parking space had been reserved for us that was tight up against a fence but at least it was only a few steps from the apartment. The block itself is very old looking and right besides the train tracks in the town centre. No lift up to 2/3 floor and very old stone stairs. Reception is a desk inside a small hallway with the rooms leading from it. Alessandro arrived to check us in and gave us lots of information. The room looked directly out onto the train tracks. However, the room was nicely decorated, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, good bathroom with large walk in shower, no wardrobe (only hangers on a rack). Our first nights sleep was disturbed by the trains but by the second night we were so tired from having walked the 5 Towns, we slept better. The pillows were too hard for us and I had to use a small cushion to sleep on (a choice would have been nice). Breakfast is taken in one of two cafes - one at the train station. The better choice is about a 5 minute walk and in town. Personally, I would not have bothered and made coffee in the room as breakfast was only coffee and croissant (no fruit juice, as was advertised, in the station cafe). Overall, its very convenient for the train station and we were able to leave our car for the time we were there and explore the area by train. Wifi worked well.
