BUT the location really is NOT the best especially if you’re traveling alone: 20+ minutes from old town by walking, didn’t feel safe to do the walk alone at night (even in the daylight I switched to the other side of the pedestrian walk to avoid crowds that made me feel uncomfortable). On Sunday, not many places opened for breakfast. If I’d visit Verona again, I’d stay in the old town.

PPeggy PotDas Hotel ist großartig, bequeme Betten, schönes Badezimmer, sauber. Sie erhalten jeden Tag eine Flasche Wasser, Teebeutel und Kaffee. Ich liebe es, weil es ein sehr schallisolierter Raum ist und man von draußen kaum etwas hört. Auch toller Poolbereich. Sie benötigen eine Kappe für die Haare. Wenn Sie es nicht haben, können Sie es für 7 Euro an der Poolrezeption kaufen.
Sie können den Service an der Rezeption nur teilweise verbessern. Die Dame war wirklich verwirrt. Als wir ankamen, fand sie uns kaum im System und als wir gingen, wollte sie uns einige Speisen und Getränke aus dem Restaurant in Rechnung stellen, die wir nicht hatten und nicht bestellten. Wir haben nach der Managerin gefragt, aber dann hat sie irgendwo angerufen und dann war alles in Ordnung. Abgesehen davon war das Hotel großartig, auch der Shuttlebus ist ein großes Plus. Er fährt Sie ins Gardaland und von dort aus können Sie auch in die Stadt Pescaria umsteigen. Wirklich toll, wenn man länger als 1 Tag im Hotel bleibt. Die Themenzimmer sind ein wunderbares Erlebnis.

MMartin SnellingWe recently stayed here for 5 nights to take in the sights of Verona and surrounding cities. While I can't complain about the price, and for that, it was a bargain, there were a number of issues that resulted in a less than perfect rating.
The location: While it looks close to the main train station, it is about a 25 minute walk. However the 23/24/73 buses run regularly and pick-up / drop-off very close to the hotel
Lidl: next door to the hotel is a Lidl - it was a godsend and well worth visiting (if only for the fresh cheese focaccia).
The hotel itself was very clean but:
- The rooms have wooden floors and the walls aren't super-thick. So, when someone checks in to their room nearby, you can hear everything. At midnight, it isn't great when they're walking in heels across the floor.
- Lack of plug sockets - there was one usable plug in the room that is shared with the kettle, and one in the bathroom!
- Air conditioning (or severe lack of) - the rooms have air con, however, it wasn't switched on and I was told by reception that at this time of year (October) they don't have it switched on. The room temp was in the high 20s which led to us not actually sleeping under the covers - we spend 5 night sleeping on top of the bed as the room was just too hot. We couldn't sleep with the window open as their was too much noise from outside.
- The toilet flush was leaking 'hot water' - but this was repaired / replaced with a different toilet flush
- Staff: They were helpful when housekeeping has vacuumed up one of my wife's earrings, but didn't offer any assistance with regards to the heating in the room

HhenkieJedes Mal, wenn ich nach Mailand gehe, wählen Sie dieses Hotel. Ich komme zwei Minuten nach dem Highspeed. Es ist sehr bequem und ohne Autos. Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel und die Hygiene ist auch sauber. Im Stadtzentrum ist es nicht zu sagen, dass der Preis immer noch schlecht ist, die Sicherheit ist immer noch besorgt, es ist in der Stadtzentrum bequem zu gehen, um in der Nähe zu gehen, Neben dem Hotel ist es ein großes japanisches Restaurant und Einkaufszentrum, es ist sehr bequem zu essen und zu trinken

PPei ShanAt first, I was hesitant to book this hotel because of the limited reviews. I wasn't sure whether to choose this one or another 4-star hotel, but in the end, I went with this hotel due to its proximity to the train station (1 km) and better rates. To my surprise, everything was great—the room was a good size and very clean. There's also an elevator to reach the rooms, so you don't have to worry about carrying your luggage up stairs. staff are friendly too , they will recommend you where to visit in Verona.
The downside, however, is that the room's soundproofing isn't very strong. I could hear people running or walking in the corridor outside. Additionally, the room key is a traditional key with a heavy keychain, rather than a key card. But it wasn't a major issue for me, as you can leave the key at the reception. The breakfast was decent for the price.

KKwok ChungThe location is good, in 15 minutes you can walk to most of the attractions and restaurants. Staff is very nice. The room is spacious enough for our family of 3. There is even a jacuzzi in the bathroom but just no time to try it! Verona is a city full of young people. Can see groups of students everywhere. Not just going to touch the famous Juliette's breast!

Poiché il mio amico ha detto di portarmi fuori in altri posti, sono tornata in hotel molto tardi quella sera. Sono stata accolta dall'entusiasmo e dalla pazienza del proprietario dell'hotel! ! Perché ero molto felice quella sera e un po' alticcia.
