The Italian summer you are dreaming of! The hotel is located in the heart of Tuscany and you can visit a lot of great smaller and bigger towns within one hour by car. Talking about the hotel itself it offers an awesome combination of modern architecture combined with classic Italian design. The rooms are very big, super clean and modern. Pros: - Awesome design - Perfect service all over the hotel - Great pool area with a lot of space and a nice pool bar - Great breakfast with a well balanced combination of buffet and alla cart - Lovely dining experience with a large selection of wines - Good location in the heart of Tuscany - A lot of Italian guests creating a very local experience Cons: - NONE Arrival: 10/10 At the time of our arrival we were warmly welcomed and parking is free. Also the reception team directly asked about anything the can assist us with making our stay even more beautiful and creating an unique experience. Either you can choose from a lot of activities or ask the lovely service team to create you more unique fully customized experiences. Rooms: 10/10 The room was nicely prepared and has a perfect view. We are having an room on the first level (room 26) and can totally recommend it. Some large rooms also offering a terrace or balcony. Breakfast: 10/10 Perfect breakfast with a large selection of international and local dishes. The buffet serves a well balanced combination of fresh fruits, bread, nuts and varying local cakes. At the table you can offer a large selection of dishes and drinks like freshly made orange juice. Pool: 10/10 Large pool with a lot of space, overall not crowded with a lot of privacy due to the large area. Overall: 10/10 We are currently still staying at the hotel but this is definitely one of the best hotels we have ever visited. It creates a very luxurious local Italian feeling with perfect service. This hotel is definitely something you should not miss while visiting Tuscany! Thanks to the whole hotel team for creating such a unique experience! Lennart

A relatively old hotel that has most of the amenities that one might expect. The room is relatively clean. The door requires old-school key to enter (which is attached to a golf ball) so you might want to leave it behind at the hotel reception each time you head out if you do not have the pocket for it. Breakfast is the typical continental European stuff, so nothing exciting to write home about. You could always skip breakfast at the hotel and head to the old part of Prato for breakfast at a cafe instead. It is about 10-15 minutes walk. Having said that, the hotel breakfast is decent, so make your decision according to your personal requirement/preference. The main gripe I had was that the powerpoint in my room (not sure about other rooms) was of the smaller holes instead of the larger standard European holes. Those who have been around Italy would know what I'm talking about. Basically there is the old Italian powerpoint which look almost exactly the same as the current standard European powerpoint with the two round holes, except they are smaller than the current standard size. So keep this in mind.

YY9095URdavidpAnother fabulous stay at this hotel , best in prato,visit regularly to visit family that live in prato, everything was great lovely room, I found the bed a little uncomfortable but my wife was fine so probably just me, stayed on the 5th floor in our favorite room,can't fault anything with this hotel even the cleaning lady was lovely and helpful, looking forward to returning in August thank you so much to everyone at the art hotel for making our visit wonderful

3 ÜN im Vierbettzimmer. Zimmer war geräumig mit 2 großen Doppelbetten. Frühstück mit vielfältiger Auswahl. Orangen kann man sogar selber frisch auspressen. Supermarkt gleich gegenüber und gutes Restaurant um die Ecke. Personal sehr freundlich. Ca. 10 Min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof. Bequem und günstig mit Zug in ca. 15 Min nach Florenz. Empfehlenswert! Top!

GGuest UserReinigung akzeptabel, aber nicht super. Bei Eintritt in das Zimmer (Nummer 126) habe ich sofort einen starken Schließgeräusch bemerkt und dann habe ich das Fenster geöffnet, um das Zimmer zu belüfte. Die Zeichen der Verschleiß waren sehr deutlich, auf der Möbel und auf dem Boden. Ich habe die gebrochene Decke sofort entnommen und auf das zweite Bett gehängt, das ich nicht verwendet habe. Schließen die Fenster, obwohl ich auf der ersten Etage war, warnte ich nicht die Lärme von der Straße und Glück hatte ich keine naheliegenden Nachbarn. Im Kühlschrank waren einige Getränke zu erschwinglichen Preisen vorhanden. Das Frühstück war für eine 4-Sterne-Salat: 3 Arten von Süßigkeiten, Eier, Wurzeln, Salat und Tomaten. Süß: zwei Arten von Kuchen, Brötchen, Kuchenfetten, Yoghurt, Honig, Marmelade, Obst. freundliche und professionelle PERSONEN.

GGuest UserBei einer Pause in Prato und mit Verpflichtungen in der Gegend haben wir uns auf dieses Hotel verlassen. Typische Struktur für kurze Haltezeiten, nicht sehr günstig aus meiner Sicht, da die Struktur ziemlich veraltet ist, war die Post in unserem Zimmer zu schließen, musste mit Kraft gedrückt werden, die Zimmer sauber auf das beste. Positive Anmerkungen; Rezeptionist, großzügige Parkplätze, gute Matratze, gute Klimaanlage in den Zimmern, obwohl objektiv ein wenig Lärm von Ventilen, aber mit Müdigkeit übersteigt der Lärm. Negative Anmerkungen: Frühstück bei 5 Euro scheint mir übertrieben, wenn andere Empfangseinrichtungen sie in die Kosten des Zimmers einbeziehen, die Tür der engen Dusche (zumindest in unserem Zimmer), wenn ein Kunde ”häufig” Zweifel, dass er einsteigen kann, Und wie ich schon sagte, ein bisschen oberflächlich reinigt, ein Hotel ohne Lob und Hunger.

GGuest UserDas Hotel ist in einer optimalen Lage, um die toskanischen Umgebung zu besuchen. Es hat ein großes Zimmer la NS war mit Poolblick. Es freut sich sehr gut zu essen und die Zeiten sind nicht beschränkt, unter anderem das Restaurant ist sehr schön mit schönem Blick auf Florenz. Das Personal sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Hotel ist sehr freundlich und verfügbar. wir fanden uns sehr gut, Hotel Muito Recommended

Etwas ausserhalb der Stadt-Mauern, ruhig gelegenes Hotel; ca. 10 – 15 Fuss-Minuten zum Bahnhof Centrale. Somit guter Ausgangspunkt für Florenz-Besucher. Das Personal scheint mir ausnahmslos freundlich und hilfsbereit, was aber die Mängel bei weitem nicht gutmacht. Von den 4 Hotel-Sternen sind deshalb nur zwei festzustellen. Zwar grosse Zimmer, aber minimal möbliert. Zudem schlecht unterhalten. Die Fenster waren sehr stark verschmutzt, teilweise mit grossen Vogel-Drecks; geputzt wurden sie in meinem 4-tägigen Aufenthalt nicht. Eine Glas-Scheibe war quer durchzogen von einem Riss, und als ich das Fenster öffnen wollte, fiel es beinahe aus den Angeln. Ich konnte es selbst nicht mehr schliessen und musste den Hausdienst kommen lassen, was gut 45 Minuten dauerte (obwohl man mich gebeten hatte, «kurz» im Zimmer zu warten). An der Reception wusste man sofort, welche Zimmer-Nummer es betraf. Das beweist, dass der Schaden schon längere Zeit bekannt war, aber dass sich schlichtweg niemand darum kümmerte. Die Kasten-Türen hängen ebenfalls schief, so dass sie nur mit Zwang schliessbar sind. In der äusserst kleinen Dusch-Ecke im Badezimmer kann man sich beinahe nicht bewegen. Eine Klima-Anlage wäre zwar vorhanden; die Kühlung funktionierte allerdings nicht. In der Hotel-Umgebung sind öffentliche Gratis-Parkplätze vorhanden; sie sind jedoch ständig besetzt. Ein Platz in der UN-Garage des Hotels kostet € 10.-/Tag. Das Frühstücks-Buffett ist reichhaltig, aber leider sind die warmen Speisen (Rührei und Speck) eher kalt, da die Warmhalte-Vorrichtung nicht zu funktionieren scheint.

Mai um Informationen und buche ein Zimmer, ich rufe das Hotel für die Bestätigung sagen, ich habe gebucht und dass die Kosten 45 Euro pro Nacht und bis 22 Uhr ins Hotel kommen für den check in. Ich rufe sie an den Tag des check-in an, um zu sagen, dass ich um 22 Uhr im Hotel war, der Betreiber antwortet mir mit Enthusiasmus, Arroganz und Missbildung und sagt mir, dass keine Reservierungen gefunden werden, mein Telefon wieder angeschlossen, zu dem ich das Hotel Toscana nach ein paar Minuten anrufen, um Erklärungen zu fragen (da die Buchung erfolgt war und der Betreiber mir die Details wie Standard-Zimmerpreis und Zeit-Check-in ) In der letzten Anrufe antwortet mir immer der normale Betreiber, den ich mit allen Details lache von meiner Buchung, wissen Sie, was er tut? Ich schließe das Telefon wieder ins absurde Gesicht ..... Ich sage allen, die diese Bewertung sehen werden, dass sie nie in diesem Hotel buchen. Ich schließe mit einem Wort und nur einem schreiben. SCHWAHL ...........
