A good friendly hotel, family run (or more accurately Massimo run) where we stayed for four nights. Only seventeen rooms so compact and all that one wants in a hotel which is just for sleeping in. It might lack the things that we normally get and do not use but have to pay for such as a mini bar, sauna or pool, but the things that really matter are all there. I made contact before my arrival and a taxi was waiting at the airport to collect me. The room was clean, adequately sized and everything worked well. Breakfast was simple but more than adequate. Massimo could not have been more helpful with everything. 100 metres from the railway station and at under 4 euros each way it makes a far better way of seeing Venice than paying high hotel costs if staying in the city. We went in twice and a great and relaxing thirty minute train journey. Only drawback is the lack of evening eating establishments. A top end restaurant next door and a very good pizza restaurant about fifteen minutes walk away but it is in a small village so that is probably to be expected. Treviso though is only four minutes train journey away with loads of restaurants. All in all a great place to stay. Welcoming, friendly and clean. What more does a tourist need?

Nice hotel, pleasant stay, definitely a recommended choice. Clean rooms (I got an extra one on site). I understand that they receive a large number of people every day and the turnover is high: as a point of improvement I might suggest to provide ceramic mugs instead of paper glasses in the room. I am sure that, if asked, they would probably have replaced them. Silent rooms despite being quite close to a provincial road. Nice and pleasant garden. Very good morning breakfast. Polite and motivated staff.

Wir haben hier in einer Notsituation übernachtet, nachdem unser Flug einen Tag Verspätung hatte. Sie konnten 10 von uns problemlos in vier Zimmern unterbringen. Wir kamen viel früher als zum Check-in an, aber das hat sie nicht gestört. Nichts war zu viel Mühe, von der Rezeptionistin, die uns jeweils ein kostenloses Getränk besorgte und ein Zimmer für unsere Koffer fand, bis zum Rettungsschwimmer, der uns Handtücher für den Pool besorgte, und dem Barpersonal, das uns einen Fußball zum Fußballspielen für unseren Enkel besorgte. Das Mittagessen war sein Geld wert, hochwertige Snacks und große Portionen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut eingerichtet. Es gab viele kleine Extras, darunter Hausschuhe, Bademäntel, Kekse, Rasier- und Zahnbürstensets sowie traditionelle Toilettenartikel. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und bot viel Auswahl. Wir konnten an unserem Besuch nichts bemängeln.

I had 2 days business meeting in Villa Braida. Eveything was PERFECT to mitigate the stress of working time. The food was great with a quality you would not expect. Meeting room prepared as we requested. Room comfortable and clean. On top of everything, the staff, that was making us comfortable as at home. SUPER! For transfer from/to airport or Venice I also would recomend to ask for mr Lucio, friendly and professional!

Gutes Hotel - wie Sie von einem Hilton Brand erwarten würden. Zimmer sind groß und Betten und Betten sind komfortabel. Die Hotelkorridore brauchen eine Renovierung oder Reinigung. Negativpunkt - das Reinigungspersonal ersetzt nicht Wasser / Tee / Kaffee etc ... Für die Rezeption benötigt werden, um dies zu erhalten. Die Lage ist eine Frage, Sie haben kein Auto. Es gibt keinen öffentlichen Verkehr in der Nähe, keine Geschäfte oder Restaurants, die Sie gehen können. Die nächsten Geschäfte / Restaurants sind 8 Minuten Fahrt.

We stayed here from 30th June to 4th July 2022 while we were attending a wedding outside Mogliano. We had room 101 and 102 (joined). It was a fantastic place to stay. Being from Scotland, especially during the Italian heatwave, we were so appreciative of the air conditioning throughout the hotel. The décor was beautiful with Venetian Glass chandeliers and light fittings everywhere. The paintings and general appearance were both fitting and well kept. While staying there my son came down with tonsillitis and the staff were amazing helping us get access to a doctor on a Sunday! They were always so attentive and helpful and could speak really good English (which was good as my Italian is very poor). I will be eternally grateful for their assistance to us. The food and dining was brilliant. Every type of breakfast was available, fresh and tasty (try the cherries!). The grounds were well kept and beautiful. I loved hearing the cicadas in the trees and seeing the frogs in the pond. It's only a 2 minute walk to the centre of Mogliano where there are great pizzerias (we recommend Del Pinos) and a supermarket open 7 days. We really hope to go back one day. Das Hotel hat eine günstige Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs. Die Zimmer sind zwar zufriedenstellend, aber es ist wirklich das außergewöhnliche Personal, das das Gesamterlebnis aufwertet. Besonders Mary und ein unglaublich hilfsbereiter großer Herr, dessen Name mir leider entfallen ist, haben alles Menschenmögliche getan, um uns zu helfen. Ein leuchtendes Beispiel für ihre Hingabe war, als wir uns mitten in der Nacht verirrten. Mary, die ihr unerschütterliches Engagement für die Zufriedenheit der Gäste unter Beweis stellte, organisierte umgehend, dass ihr Mann uns zu Hilfe kam, da zu dieser späten Stunde keine Taxis verfügbar waren. Ihr bemerkenswerter Service hinterließ wirklich einen bleibenden Eindruck.

Ho soggiornato 2 notti in questo hotel, La camera : bella pulita e funzionale La colazione : di tutto e di più se dovessi fare la descrizione di tutti i prodotti esposti al buffet ci verrebbero pagine e pagine, inoltre la signore che gestisce il reparto colazioni simpaticissima e disponibile, sempre sorridente, la reception super , una gentilezza che mi lasciava a bocca aperta , struttura comodissima ,a 1 minuto dalla stazione ,lo consiglierò a tutti , qualità prezzo FAVOLOSO , Complimenti ai titolari ,hanno uno staff di tutto rispetto, tornerò appena possibile
