Wie schon vielfach vorher bewertet, auch von uns Top-Bewertung für das Poggio del Drago. Haus, Zimmer, Pool, Lage, Gastgeber Emanuele - alles wunderbar. Kleine Anmerkung; das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, wird vom bestens gelaunten Emanuele oder seinem Sohn an den Tisch gebracht - könnte bei längerem Aufenthalt aber auch mal eine Abwechslung haben, z.B. mal ein anderer Käse oder ein Rührei. Das Brot war immer gleich und trocken, auch hier Abwechslung, Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Ho trascorso una notte in questa struttura con il mio ragazzo utilizzando un Wonderbox. La camera all’interno presenta un arredamento vecchio stile ( da rimodernare) e stessa cosa il bagno. L’ascensore molto lento e spesso si blocca, il Wi Fi in camera non funziona, per essere un 4 stelle a mio parere nel 2024 una cosa del genere è assurda. La sera abbiamo cenato nel ristorante presente all’interno della struttura, molto buono devo dire e prezzi nella norma. La parte più allucinante deve ancora arrivare però…. la sera verso le 23:30 io ed il mio ragazzo eravamo in camera e ad un certo punto vediamo la porta interna comunicante con la stanza accanto alla nostra aprirsi e il signore della camera accanto ( che aveva probabilmente fatto il check in) si è affacciato e poi ha richiuso subito la porta. La reception alle 23 chiude e ci sono dei numeri da chiamare in caso di bisogno urgente. Chiamo uno di questi numeri e riferisco l’accaduto al telefono al manutentore il quale, scocciato, viene a vedere cosa è successo. Il manutentore dice di non poter fare nulla perché non ha trovato le chiavi per chiudere la porta comunicante e quindi prende un chiodo e lo pianta nella porta scorrevole e ciao buonanotte ( dicendo che l’hotel era al completo e non potevano darci un’altra camera). Al check out io ed il mio ragazzo facciamo presente al ragazzo della Reception quanto accaduto, lui si scusa e ci leva 20 euro dal conto. Noi senza parole, ovviamente non abbiamo dormito tranquilli e sereni dato che i vicini di stanza potevano tranquillamente entrare e uscire quando volevano. Però vabbè, a quanto pare per l’Hotel questa cosa non è stata tanto grave. Peccato, soprattutto la Spa meritava. Purtroppo non ci sentiamo di consigliarlo.

Sehr große Hotel am Ausgang der Autobahn,Sehr komfortabel, um Arezzo zu erreichen.Sehr nett Personal, hervorragende Empfang, schnelle Eincheckung. Sehr gutes Frühstück,mit so vielen Kuchen und Kornette,Sehr gut auch der Salatteil,reichhaltige und vielfältige,Super freundliche und verfügbare Kellner. Ich mag nicht die Reinigung in den Zimmerkorridoren,schmutzig und gemackt,großes Zimmer,Aber es gibt kein Schrank,Alles wird auf der Sicht.Die Quadrat-Gesundheits- und Gesundheitseinrichtungen sind sehr bequem,vor allem Bidet, Es gibt keine andere Decke im Zimmer und keine zusätzlichen Kühlschranken, wie die üblich sind, die sind sehr dünn, als Gegenleistung war das Bett sehr bequem, es war keine Tür neben dem Bett und in unserem Badezimmer war das Badezimmer sehr unkomfortabel. Zahlen 4€ eine Flasche Wasser in der Bar ist ein Diebstahl. Insgesamt 4* zu überprüfen.

Let me just say that Salvatorre Ferragamo is either the owner or a partner at this amazingly beautiful Chateaux. Everything you ever wanted, from the old to the new you can find here. Wine tasting, horse back riding, cooking classes, three swimming pools, etc, etc. Amazing place but not for the budget minded. Here you come to go all out. Will definitely come back everytime i can. Best Vin Santo in all of Tuscany !!!

A wonderful little Inn near quaint Arezzo (12 min by car) with spacious rooms and a lovely garden in a quiet area but well connected to the principal roads. Very attentive staff. Cecilia (I hope I spelt it correctly) was the one hosting us and she was amazingly kind. We loved the whole area and would like to come back and explore more. Comfortable bed, big shower with good pressure, good WiFi. Montepulciano, Siena are only an hour away through gorgeous scenery. Don’t miss the impressive project Mosaic of Andreina just two minutes away from The Monna Lisa resort.
