Lascio questa recensione dopo aver parlato del problema sia in struttura che tramite email, ma non avendo ricevuto nessun tipo di riscontro mi sento costretta a parlare del problema qui. Ho alloggiato presso la struttura dal 16 al 19 agosto, da sola col mio cagnolino. Accoglienza molto calorosa e struttura bellissima. La mattina del 18 mi sono recata a fare colazione per la prima e ultima volta durante il mio soggiorno. Ho chiesto a quello che sembrava essere il capo sala se ci fossero i croissant vegani e lui prontamente me ne ha indicati due tipi, dopo averne scelto uno mi sono recata in camera a mangiarlo e da lì non mi sono più potuta muovere perché il croissant che mi era stato dato come vegano in realtà era un croissant normale ed io essendo gravemente allergica all’uovo ho avuto una reazione allergica che mi ha portato a dei dolori lancinanti allo stomaco, vomito e dissenteria continui per tutta la giornata del 18 e dei giorni seguenti. Sono stata fisicamente impossibilitata per un giorno intero di vacanza ad uscire dalla mia stanza. Ho subito informato la reception dell’accaduto a la risposta è stata che avrebbero informato il direttore. Il giorno seguente durante il check-out c’è stata una completa indifferenza nei miei confronti. Al momento di saldare il totale di oltre 800 euro mi sono resa conto che non mi erano stati scontati manco i 16 euro del servizio in camera. Sono rimasta molto delusa dal fatto che non ho avuto nessun tipo di scuse e nessun trattamento di riguardo per il fatto che sono dovuta stare tutto il giorno chiusa in hotel con dei problemi per colpa di un cameriere. Trovo raggelante l’indifferenza con cui il personale ha reagito al mio problema, essendo un albergo di lusso mi sarei aspettata maggiore riguardo. Avrei gradito uno sconto, ma più che altro un occhio di riguardo per il fatto che sono stata male e non per colpa mia. Una nota a favore va alle cameriere ai piani che sono state di una gentilezza e disponibilità rara e che durante la giornata infernale che ho avuto si sono preoccupate del fatto che non fossi mai uscita dalla camera, se fosse stato per il resto del personale sarei potuta morire da sola in camera che se ne sarebbero accorti il giorno seguente al momento del check out.

What a disgusting let down this place was, and a danger too. Do not book, you will not get value for money. We had a 2 week full board stay in a family room. Arrived late evening. Reception were no help and gave no advice or tips, not did they even provide us with the basics, like the required voucher for sun loungers. Our family room was tiny, even if just for a couple. A double bed then small bunk beds n barely room to move in between. The bathroom door only opened around 60° as it hit the sink, and you had to choose if to plug the mini fridge or the TV in, there wasn't capability for both. The room was so cramped we had to put a little item of furniture on the balcony so we could stand next to the bed. The balcony,, had 2 plastic chairs that just fit the width of the balcony so if you wanted to sit on one, it had to be turned in to give room for your knees (not that I would have sat on one - they were filthy and flimsy). How this hotel can say it has air conditioning is beyond me. There was a very old and leaking box above the doorway. The only difference this made to the room was approx 2° cooler only if you left it on all day with the doors and blinds shut and noone in the room. Within two minutes of entry it was sweltering again. Food...breakfast is served in the hottest room ever, you could barely breathe. The food is nice if you like pastries. Fresh fruit was rare. The scrambled egg, sausages and bacon weren't great, and looked like left there the whole service. Don't dare try and ask for a coffee from the bar if you're not Italian, you use the machine. Lunch and dinner the items off the menu were nice, but the buffet was the same every single day for two weeks and an awful cattle run at opening because a) it's crammed in a right awkward corner, and b) the most popular things are not replenished when gone. All the vegetables are served chilled. I found the food quite nice, but was really fed up by the end of two weeks. It was nice that the room lunch and dinner is served in is cool. Phew. Now for the facilities: dirty. Unkempt. Dangerous. Neglected. The photos tell you the story. A man hole which was uncovered, and the broken slab cast aside, was left unfixed at the side of the path you have to take to get from hotel to pool. There was building material left abandoned everywhere. Stinking overflowing bins and piles of tat and rubbish. Hose pipes left in random and dangerous places (like the bottom of the stairs) for the whole two weeks. There is a sunbathing deck above the pitiful pool showers which had loose and missing panels. I in fact witnessed someone put their hand on one and luckily saved themself from falling when the plank fell away. Pool: when we arrived the pool was lovely and clean but as time went on it was obvious the filter wasn't enough. The grime, and black and pink mold, growing round the pool is evident on the photos. Ich war vom 8. bis 19. Juli in diesem Hotel, und ich musste Thermalpflege machen, ich suchte eine Struktur in der Nähe der Thermalpflege, aber nicht, um verrückte Zahlen zu verbringen. Da ich keine besonderen Bedürfnisse habe, ist meine Entscheidung hier zurückgefallen, ich muss sagen, dass die Struktur sicherlich nicht luxuriös und auch nicht modern ist, sondern gut in Ordnung und sauber gehalten. Das Zimmer (zumindest ich spreche x meine) ist nicht sehr groß, aber sober und wichtig, mit Balkon Meerblick aircondition und TV (nicht so viele Kanäle sahen, aber irgendwo anders, wer würde in Mailand Maritima x im Hotel zu sein, um TV zu sehen????), Badewanne mit Dusche muss ich wirklich sauber sagen und die Mädchen, die die schönen, schnellen und unverschämten Zimmer (Vielleicht sind sie ein mit wenigen Bedürfnissen .....) angesichts der Bewertungen. Das Restaurant muss ich sagen: Sehr gut, ein sehr vielfältiger, sehr unterschiedlicher, ein bisschen vielfältiger, der alle von Fisch bis zum Käse, Grün, Pizza, Kartoffeln, Kekse, Schnittbeutel usw. etc in 12 gg habe ich nicht 2 Mal die gleiche Gnade gegessen,(wenn Sie auf einer Diät ........Vermeiden!) bei der Wahl 3 ersten 3 Sekunden Früchte und Süße immer verfügbar, um nicht zu sprechen von Süßes Frühstück, Salat,Yoghurt, Eier, Panzetta, und Broches aller Art, Natürlich alles unter der freundlichen und sorgfältigen Koordinierung des Leiters des Katia-Sals, der das Personal auf bürokratische Weise leitet! alle freundlich und bereit, die Bedürfnisse der Gäste zu erfüllen. Die Schwimmbads sind in der Tat im nebenan gelegenen Hotel (selbe Eigenschaft) aber nicht entfernt +50mt. Ich vergebe auch die freundliche und besorgniserregende Empfang des wirklich professionellen Rezeptionspersonals ! Vielen Dank für alle, dass wir uns zu Hause gehören .......... Bis dann.
