Going in October was great for us the hotel was geared to older people and we were informed it was completely different from the summer months. I would say this hotel is not suitable for children as there are a lack of facilities to amuse youngsters throughout their day only water play. We went as a party of three women and had rooms 5324 5326 and 5340. Each room was large, spacious, spotless, loads of storage and each one had an excellent sea view. Sleep was good as the hotel was quiet by 12 midnight. All of the team at the Olimpo-Le-Terrazze hotel were helpful, lovely and friendly a real credit to their employers. The outdoor pool was cold yet rejuvenating once we were brave enough to get into it. Round the pool loungers were plentiful, along with the joy of a stunning view. Food was plentiful and good we never had snacks even though they were readily available, we didn't need to. No complaints at all with food and drink availability. Night time entertainment was low key music and singing. The hotel had weddings whilst we were there and it also had weekenders staying too. The hotel is close to bus routes and the train station and the reliability of public transport was spot on. We did go out and about with plenty of opportunities to travel all over from there. The TUI rep was very informative and helpful we were confident to explore the area. Mosquitos were a downer for us yet they aren't keen on lemon juice that worked well for all three of us, creams, lotions and potions did nothing. All in all we were so sad to leave as the Olimpo-Le-Terrazze Hotel it provided us with great people who looked after us - with patience, great facilites, great location. The hotel is in a good location close to the beach. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly (especially Angelo, Stefano and the tall guy in the restaurant), on the arrival got upgraded as our original room was only for 2 people not 3 for some reason but the room was excellent. Large terrace, quiet and plenty of storage and sea views. The positives: the views from all around the hotel especially the walk to the main pool,absolutely breathtaking, the food at dinner was good for all inclusive, most of the staff are lovely, the beach was ok with 2 free sunbeds. Rooms spacious and clean. Negatives: the lifts got no air con and take for ever, we started using the steps next to them on the way down, freezing shower by the pool which no one uses before entering the pool, smoking allowed everywhere, other Italian guests are very rude with jumping the queue, lots of kids running around the restaurant which makes getting safely to your seat is a bit of a challenge, we got used to it but could be irritating for older guests, on few occasions we waited in a queue and an older Italian woman with short bleached hair got between us no excuse me or saying anything and started taking videos of all the dishes! Bizarre behaviour Lol, breakfast is boring every day just horrible bacon and scrambled eggs , would be nice to have something else maybe fried eggs for a change? No one ever had the boiled eggs so why bother. The pool is nice but closes too early, the music is too loud but the reps are lovely and entertaining after few days we started to learn the songs( bomba, bomba ) lol , we loved the fact that you can’t leave the towel s so after lunch you get the chance to get a decent subbed, this is the first hotel which implements no sunbeds hugging. Lack of cutlery in the restaurant and when asked for knife was told finished, learned to go for meals early or it’s hard to get a table,cutlery or a deserts before they get destroyed, the big cakes should be cut into slices by staff as the guests absolutely destroy them by trying to cut with blunt knife. The resort is a bit run down not much to do, Taormina not walkable and not as nice as I thought. All in all we had a nice time,took a local boat trip etc, would not go inclusive again as it’s just not for us and would stay somewhere nearer the main attractions.

Worst hotel ever! This hotel is a joke. A very bad joke. If you want to waste your hard earned money and ruin your family vacation then this is the place to be, look no further. But if you want to have a nice place to stay and have a good vacation please stay away this place This ”hotel” is something left behind by a long gone era but ín 2023 it is definitely an absurd very bad joke, not a three Star hotel. The building itself is an old rundown place with very old, broken furniture, not functioning air condition and plumbing system. The air conditioner was at least 20 years old, making loud noise without any cooling effect. A real piece of junk. There was no adequate water pressure so showering was a challenge except you enjoy showering ín cold water only. But the hotel' s main ”attraction” was the restaurant. Now this is the most horrid place I have ever been. The food was terrible, impossible to eat, the portions were ridicoulosly small and the waiters were from a long gone Era As well. They were chatting all the time instead of working so we always had to wait forever to get our disgusting meal, which we couldn't eat anyway. We left the restaurant with an empty stomach on most days. All ín all Hotel San Pietro ín Letojanni should be closed forever or at least downgraded to a One-Star hotel levél. Please stay away if you want good for yourself and your family!

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, nahe dem Archäologischen Park, es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Das Zimmer ist groß und bietet Pfosten. Es gibt viele Frühstückssorten und der Geschmack ist allgemein. Es gibt Abendessen, ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Servicepersonal kann Englisch sprechen und Reiseleitlinien anbieten.

Wenn man einen Aufenthalt im Hotel Rivage Taormina bucht sollte man zunächst mal wissen daß der Name die Lage des Hotels leider nicht präzise trifft. Das Hotel liegt nicht in Taormina, sondern in Letojanni. Dies ist insbesondere dann von Belang, wenn man wie wir ohne Auto unterwegs ist. Taormina ist zwar mit dem Bus zu erreichen, aber die Busse waren bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr unzuverlässig und kamen trotz gültigem Fahrplan nicht. Das Personal im Hotel ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einige Mitarbeiter sprechen gut deutsch und geben auch gern Tipps und Empfehlungen. Das Frühstück ist prima, besonderes zu empfehlen sind die superleckeren selbstgebackenen Kuchen. Leider war bei unserem Besuch der Pool nicht in Betrieb. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und großem Balkon, war sehr schön war. Das Hotel ist insgesamt etwas hellhörig. Ärgerlich war im Nachhinein, daß wir unseren Aufenthalt überteuert über Voyage Privé gebucht hatten, eine Direktbuchung im Hotel Rivage wäre deutlich preiswerter gewesen. Unser Fazit: Wenn man Wert auf das Stadtleben in Taormina legt, sollte man das Hotel nur buchen wenn man mit Auto mobil ist. Ein klarer Pluspunkt ist die Lage in einer verkehrsarmen Sackgasse direkt am Strand. Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Stanza di dimensioni modeste ma pulita e confortevole. La parte più bella è stata il fantastico terrazzino esterno con affaccio sul mare (non tutte le stanze lo hanno, Booking permette di selezionarlo al momento della prenotazione e il prezzo varia di conseguenza ). Staff gentile, buona la pizza mangiata al loro ristorante. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, assolutamente consigliato!
