Ho sfruttato un regalo per soggiornare in questa struttura che comprendeva 1 notte,1h spa,colazione. Il b&b si trova al centro, proprio sotto la piazza principale, bisogna posteggiare all'ingresso di castelmola, nei parcheggi a strisce blu. Le stanze sono pulite ,grandi e accoglienti ,il personale di una disponibilità assoluta. In camera ,c'è un angolo cottura,lavandino,frigo bar con bottigliette d'acqua di cortesia. Per la spa bisogna uscire in stradina, ma niente di così assurdo ,anche perché volendo ci si potrebbe cambiare lì dentro. Fanno trovare in camera il kit per la spa,ed è 1h ad uso esclusivo. La colazione è servita in un'altra stanza,molto caratteristica vicino la reception, non è una colazione intercontinentale ma c'è varia scelta ed i prodotti sono buoni. Lo consiglio per un soggiorno rilassante e ringrazio lo staff per la gentilezza e la cordialità

Going in October was great for us the hotel was geared to older people and we were informed it was completely different from the summer months. I would say this hotel is not suitable for children as there are a lack of facilities to amuse youngsters throughout their day only water play. We went as a party of three women and had rooms 5324 5326 and 5340. Each room was large, spacious, spotless, loads of storage and each one had an excellent sea view. Sleep was good as the hotel was quiet by 12 midnight. All of the team at the Olimpo-Le-Terrazze hotel were helpful, lovely and friendly a real credit to their employers. The outdoor pool was cold yet rejuvenating once we were brave enough to get into it. Round the pool loungers were plentiful, along with the joy of a stunning view. Food was plentiful and good we never had snacks even though they were readily available, we didn't need to. No complaints at all with food and drink availability. Night time entertainment was low key music and singing. The hotel had weddings whilst we were there and it also had weekenders staying too. The hotel is close to bus routes and the train station and the reliability of public transport was spot on. We did go out and about with plenty of opportunities to travel all over from there. The TUI rep was very informative and helpful we were confident to explore the area. Mosquitos were a downer for us yet they aren't keen on lemon juice that worked well for all three of us, creams, lotions and potions did nothing. All in all we were so sad to leave as the Olimpo-Le-Terrazze Hotel it provided us with great people who looked after us - with patience, great facilites, great location. We actually felt that we had a real break, a true holiday. Sicily is lovely. Thanks for a fantastic stay. We will be

Wir waren Anfang Juni 2021 für 4 Tage im Hotel Villa Greta und es war die beste und freundlichste Unterkunft die wir uns hätten vorstellen können. + Super Lage mit einzigartigem Blick auf das Meer und den Etna + Unglaublich freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal! Von der Rezeption, den Kellnerinnen beim Frühstück, dem Koch, den Reinigungsdamen bis zum Gärtner waren alle stets freundlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit. + Leckeres Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Alles frisch, vom Käse über S*****en und Wurst, Müsli, Croissants, Brotsorten (Integral, hell, etc.) Säfte, Tee, Kaffee, ich kann hier gar nicht alles aufzählen. + Top in der Sauberkeit. Wir sind aus Österreich angereist und schon an vielen Orten gewesen, aber hier gab es einfach weder im Zimmer (Bett, Bad) noch im Hotel (Restaurant, Gänge, Gärten) auch nur irgendetwas zu bemängeln. Alles 1A sauber, überall. + Die Terrasse/Balkon des Zimmers mit ausreichend Platz, Sesseln, Liegen, Tisch und Sonnenschirm war am frühen Morgen und späteren Abend wunderschön einladend. + Sämtliches Personal hält sich immer an alle Coronamaßnahmen. Es wird geputzt, kein Geschirr mehrfach verwendet, Abstände eingehalten, geschaut, dass auch die Gäste genügend Abstand an den Tischen zueinander bekommen, und alle tragen immer einen Mund/Nasen-Schutz. + Parkplatz kann um € 8,00.- am Tag dazu gebucht werden. Wir haben das gemacht, da wir uns vorab informiert hatten und wussten, dass Parkplätze in Taormina rar sind. Das Hotel hat zwei Eingänge, einen unten und einen oberhalb. Der Parkplatz ist je nach Auslastung etwas eng, aber man kann einfach nach oben fahren und das Auto dann dort bei der Bushaltestelle in der Regel gut abstellen und das Personal parkt dann das Auto auf den unteren Parkplatz. + Taormina :-) Hier können Sie um diesen Preis bestimmt nichts falsch machen. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder ins Hotel Greta. Auf Sizilien gibt es ja mehr als genug zu erkunden ;-) Nicht gefallen · Wir können absolut nichts Negatives berichten! Weder vom Hotel Greta noch von Sizilien. Ein Traum, den man gesehen haben muss :-)

In una parola: MAGNIFICO!!!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩Angela e il suo staff sono sempre disponibile, molto gentili e ti fanno sentire a casa a partire dall primo minuto! Camere pulitissime., Colazione con cibo fresco e nostrano e proprio vicino al Centro di Taormina! Se passate a Taormina andate al B&B Rosangela che vi lascerà solo dei bellissimi ricordi! Noi ci rivedremo presto e un grande GRAZIE a tutti! Un saluto e un abbraccio a voi tutti!!!! 😉😘✌️☺️

Wir kommen mit der Buchung gelöscht und bezahlt, sehr unerträgliche und schreiende Eigentümer sagen uns, dass die Buchung nicht existiert und dass wir 45 € zahlen müssen, sagen wir ihnen, dass sie nicht bezahlt sind und sagen uns, dass das Internet nicht funktioniert und dass es nicht funktioniert. Sie können die Buchung sehen, wir lehren die Bonus und sie sagen immer noch, dass wir nicht bezahlen müssen und sie werfen uns aus dem Ort mit schlechten Worten und Beleidigungen, wir warten jetzt auf eine Lösung logtravel, aber wir werden sicher nicht in diesem Hotel schlafen, Wir sind aus Palermo, durch Trapani, Agrigento und Catania, wir sind in Taormina und in Palermo, wir sind in mehreren Hotels ohne irgendein Problem hier in Taormina mit Problemen nur zu kommen, Wir hoffen, dass Logitravel uns ein anderes Hotel oder eine Gelderrückzahlung gewährt, und ich empfehle sicher nicht, dass dieses Hotel eine Schande von Mutter und Sohn, die uns immer diskutieren und uns immer beledigen.
