Es ist ein kleiner Gasthaus, der von einer Familie geleitet wird. Der Gastgeber war früher Designer, so dass der Gasthaus sehr charakteristisch ist. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber nicht klein, und es gibt ein öffentliches Wohnzimmer. Im Zimmer gibt es ein Badezimmer und ein Wäscheschrank, der Kleidung nehmen kann. Es gibt ein Garten, der parken kann. Frühstück ist im Allgemeinen, weil es ein kleines Gästezimmer ist, kann das Frühstück nicht so groß wie das große Hotel sein. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr elegant und freundlich und führt uns auch zum Bahnhof. Die Hotellage ist relativ abgelegen. Obwohl die Stadt Uber nutzen kann, ist es immer noch besser als im Inland. Es wird empfohlen, am Tag zu kommen, so dass es einfacher wird, Auto zu fahren.

Nous étions a la recherché d’un hotel…la nuit tombait….apres hésitation vu l’extérieur qui ne paye pas de mine, nous sommes allés voir une chambre..et nous lavons pris sans hésitation. Chambre confortable et conforme aux exigences standard. Tres bonne literie Parking privé. Personnel tres sympathique, je recommande cet hotel.

This hotel was a massive disappointment. It over promised and under delivered. Our experience was underwhelming from the start. We drove up a driveway that lacked any no-entrance signage to get to the reception and we’re chastised by unfriendly and rude staff. During the check-in, we were given no information on the property and the breakfast time, but we’re told that the boutique hotel had no space outdoors for us to have dinner. When we asked about breakfast time at the restaurant, we were told it is from 8 to 11:30am. When we showed up the following day for breakfast at 11, we were told the buffet was closed and they had thrown away the croissants. Some basic elements of service were absent. No free water bottles in the room, no refilling of coffee capsules, a dysfunctional AC, slow replenishment of breakfast buffet, little attentiveness to your ordering coffee or tea, no extra towels at the pool, no one asking you at dinner whether you’d like to have dessert, and so on and so forth. But this was not the end of our ill-fated adventure. When we asked them on our last day after our breakfast was done at 10:30 about the check out time, we were told it was at 10:30! In all my years of traveling around the world, I have never seen a checkout time that coincides with the end of breakfast at a supposedly luxury holiday resort. All is all, this is not at all what you’d expect of a four start hotel with luxury pricing. If these shortcomings are not fixed through serious reforms and management change, this property is bound to bring the Ferragamo brand into disrepute.

Direkt neben der Autobahnausfahrt hat das Hotel einen internen Parkplatz. Wer eine Unterkunft in THE MALL braucht, wird empfohlen, sich auszuruhen. Das italienische Bett ist zu klein, daher lege ich die Matratze aus Angst auf den Boden unter das Bett zu fallen. Das Ambiente im Restaurant ist sehr gut, aber es gibt nichts zu essen, Kaffee, Milch, Brot und dergleichen

Wir können dieses Relais sehr empfehlen. Die Ausstattung der Superior Suite Frantoio ist super und lässt keine Wünsche offen! Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, schön gelegen und das Zimmer sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück können wir nicht beurteilen.

We stayed here 2 nights on our Rick Steve’s best of Europe trip. We enjoyed everything about it stay here except that we had to leave after only 2 nights. Niko and his family were fantastic hosts. The food was amazing, we enjoyed the peaceful countryside view. Two days was not enough.
