We holidayed here for a week & stayed at this hotel ideal for touring around beautiful Tuscany. We picked up our hire car at Pisa airport & were very pleased that the hotel had plenty of secure parking in their new car park. Our room was a junior suite, spacious, comfortable & within the room rate we had free use of the hotels spa. Although this was bookable there was no problem getting a session that suited us & enjoyed the sauna, Turkish steam room & hydra therapy pool. Continental breakfast was included in our room rate with plenty of choice & enjoyed in pleasant surroundings. Outdoor pool & seating area was wonderful. Enjoyed relaxing there during the hot afternoons. Very pleasant bar area with excellent staff. Fabrizio always welcomed you with a smile, was attentive getting our drinks & snacks & could always recommend a local restaurant for our evening meal. We had a relaxing & comfortable stay thorough enjoyed walking around Colle di Val d’Elsa & exploring Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, Pienza & Monteriggioni. Plenty of choice of restaurants serving delicious food & wine in Colle di Val D’Elsa all walking distance from the hotel.

Wir haben einen Stop-over auf dem Rückweg aus der Maremma im Palazzo Pacini gemacht. Das Hotel ist in der wunderschönen, historischen und mit vielen Restaurants und Glasherstellern gesegneten Altstadt von Colle di Val d‘Elsa sehr zentral gelegen. Pietro und seine Frau sind tolle Gastgeber. Sie haben in unserem Zimmer flexibel und nach Vorabstimmung zwei Zusatzbetten für unsere Kinder untergebracht, so dass wir alle in einer großzügigen neuen Wohneinheit mit Blick in den Garten des Palazzo nächtigen konnten. Das Abendessen hat Pietro ebenfalls auf unseren Wunsch in der unmittelbaren Umgebung organisiert - mit Blick über die Stadt und örtliche Spezialitäten. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen ließ keine Wünsche offen (Säfte, sogar Karottensaft, selbstgemachte Kuchen/Bäckereien, viel Obst, Joghurt, verschiedene Brötchen/Brote, Marmeladen, Aufschnitte und div. Kaffeespezialitäten inkl. heißer Schokolade sowie Eierspeisen…). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gespürt, dass dieses Haus mit viel Herzblut und Liebe geführt wird. Wir kommen sehr gern (auch länger) wieder und denken, dass Colle di Val d‘Elsa ein guter Ausgangspunkt für weitere Reisen z.B. nach Siena, San Giminiano oder Volterra ist.

Ottimo Hotel nel cuore del centro storico di colle, ottimi i servizi come la colazione e la pulizia, personale super disponibile e solare! Unico neo ma assolutamente comprensibile il parcheggio privato assente, ma per chi vuole alloggiare nel centro storico è il prezzo da pagare, ma comuncque devo dire il parcheggio adiacente all'hotel è comodissimo! Consigliato!

I would definitely recommend this hotel! Stayed with extended family in August 2024 and was very happy with it. We stayed in the Family Room which was a loft with large bed and a living room and separate small bedroom with two twin beds. Pros: -Beautiful exterior and property -Large pool -Nicely decorated -Helpful front desk -Minibar beverages are free and replenished daily -Nice breakfast with decent options, including gluten free options -Unique upscale restaurant on site -Great third party restaurant directly across street -Hidden gem of a beautiful lake in walking distance if you are adventurous and sure footed. My family really enjoyed the experience but I wouldn't recommend for small children, older people, or anyone with bad balance or who's accident prone. Areas for improvement: -Rooms above ground floor struggled to quite keep up with airconditioning. Not hot per se, but did not reach desired temperature. To be fair it was above 95 outside, and it was still ok for sleeping, but not what I'm used to in the states. -Town is technically walking distance but would require walking very steep hills. It was not realistic for my in-laws so the hotel arranged transportation for the eight of us with a local car company for a dinner in town (which was quite lovely and tasty). It cost $80 euros, which was pretty steep for a 5 minute drive each way (it stays on site, which is probably what drove the most cost, but there was no way just to request one there and one back). -Just a note if you choose the family room that the loft doesn't have a separate bedroom so you must navigate stairs that were a little tricky, especially if you need to use in the middle of the night. -Please note that while the hotel feels quite secluded and picturesque on site, it is located in a suburban area, not in the rolling picturesque hills of Tuscany. This did not impact our experience at all, but you can hear cars passing by if that takes you out of the experience.

Splendida esperienza, una struttura eccellente in una località incantevole. I proprietari sono persone serie e disponibili. La colazione è abbondante e variegata. Il giardino è incantevole per chi vuole rilassarsi al fresco, anche a colazione. Da Colle Val d'Elsa si possono facilmente raggiungere tante località della provincia di Siena e Firenze, anche in treno, raggiungendo la stazione di Poggibonsi. La camera è un perfetto connubbio di storia e accoglienza, con travi e pietre a vista, che rendono il sggiorno veramente una esperienza unica. Perfetta anche la pulizia delle camere.

Wir hatten einen 1-Nacht-Unterkunft im Hotel während einer Tour rund um Tuskana. Das Hotel verfügt über verschiedene Unterkünfte unseres war ein klassisches Zimmer im Hotel, das zimmermäßig war und hatte sein eigenes Loft- Schlafzimmer. Ein Warnhinweis, dass es keine Aufzug auf die oberen Etagen gibt, aber hilfsbereites Personal mit Gepäck etc. Das Hotelboden und die Gärten sind riesig mit dem Essen und Bar in einem Anlage Gebäude mit dem Pool nebenan, die Sie zu gehen von der Außenseite Hotel zum Pool, das schön ist am schönen Abend und wenn es regnet gibt es viele Brüste zur Verfügung . Der Pool sah großartig aus , die Bar gut gelagert und der Barman immer an der Hand . Das Essen war super besonders die Bieroption .
