Wir haben zum letzten Mal für zwei Nächte ein Zimmer im B&B gebucht. Die Lage ist nicht gerade in einem ruhigen Ort, wie beschrieben, befindet sich neben der Umgehung. Wir haben ein Zimmer im Boden mit einer Fenstertür, die direkt auf einem Parkplatz geöffnet wird! Zu beachten: die Fenstertür, die sich in Richtung Innenraum öffnet, wird auch als Sicherheitsausgang betrachtet!!!!! Also keine Möglichkeit, ein Fenster zu öffnen und zu lassen offen. Das Zimmer wurde wahrscheinlich von einem Autobox entnommen. Blindbad. Nichts zu sagen über die Reinigung. Eine große Sünde (eine andere) kann nicht ein Frühstück wie es sollte. Es wird in einem Zimmer mit verpackten Brioches, Marmelade, Saft, und wenn Sie heiße Getränke wollen, müssen Sie in den Korb gehen und den Automatenvertrieb verwenden. Es tut mir leid, aber Für das Zimmer/ex Garage würde ich sagen, dass ich nicht empfehlen sollte.

Das Rezeption Personal war besonders gut. Das Zimmer war ok. Wir beschlossen, im Restaurant zu essen. Die Wächterin war nicht wirklich interessiert. Wir warten und warten nur auf das Menü ankommen. Wir bestellten unser Essen, das relativ schnell kam, die Suppe, die aufgelistet war, ähnelt keine Suppe, die wir je erlebt haben. Die Eiscreme, die ich nicht essen konnte, war unglaublich. Die Wächterin war verschwunden, wir konnten überhaupt nicht über dieses Thema reden. Nachdem wir fast 600 Kilometer in der Wärme dieses Tages reisen konnten wir nicht warten, weil wir so müde waren. Am Morgen, als wir die Rechnung fertig gestellt haben, fanden wir, dass sie bereits genommen wurde und der Empfänger wollte nicht verstehen und bot uns zwei Bier, eine kleine Entschädigung.

Dies ist eine hervorragende Option, in der Nähe von Florenz zu bleiben. Es ist 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof wach. Das Hotel ist super sauber und ist nach den amerikanischen Standards. Wir sind um 11:30 Uhr am Bahnhof Prato angekommen, weil die Überschwemmungen in Bologna ohne Taxis vor Ort und der Kerl vom Front Desk, wenn die zusätzlichen Meile und wann wir in der Station Super Service! ... die Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel war ausgezeichnet... Ich empfehle es voll und ganz, da die Hotels in Florenz viel teuer sind

Sehr geräumig , hervorragende Empfang und sofort verfügbar. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Ausgezeichnete Lage, buchstäblich nahe der Autobahn, bequeme Straße!! . Ein ziemlich geräumiges Zimmer. Das komplette Bad mit Komfort. Letzte Sünde das Dusche Wasser war nicht sehr stabil, ständig wechselte die Temperatur von warm zu kalt und kalt zu heiß, Sie waren mehr mit Wasser streiten als duschen.

****DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.**** Should have paid attention to the reviews. Mass of party guests arriving by 7pm. Full blown wedding reception by 8pm. Went out for dinner and came back to a night club party by 10pm. Just like other reviews stated, this place is obviously an event hosting location first, masquerading as a hotel second. I waited until half past midnight before asking what time the noise would be over because we were being kept awake. I was told 'about another half hour'. The party continued on past 1am and was then followed by a cleaning crew that rattled dishes, clashed bottles together and voices echoed long into the night cleaning up after all the party goers. Still lying awake, I heard the AC in my room turn off somewhere around 2am - the last thing keeping me comfortable. Woke up to grounds keepers mowing lawns promptly at 0800 outside my window that was now open because I had no AC. Aside from the night club outside my window at 1am, the rest of the hotel didn't impress either. I took a swim in the pool which was nice until you looked at the pool bottom and sides with alge uncleaned. The pool deck was abysmal. Empty liquor bottles, pop bottles, and water bottles littered about, sun beds in dissaray, wet towels still laying on deck chairs, dirty ash trays and not a soul to be seen. The pool was cool and refreshing and deep. Nice to swim I guess. Wi-Fi was mediocre. The staff was also peculiar. Check in desk answering the phone in between trying to check us in - rude, no friendly greeting or welcome, asked for a bottle opener for our room and reception didn't want to give us one so told us they needed to open our wine for us instead, told to get wine glasses from the bar but bar attendant looked at me like I had 3 heads when I asked for 2 wine glasses. It's unfortunate, the hotel grounds are quite beautiful and there is a ton of potential. Rooms are small but I found them clean. Bathroom is small but clean. Continental breakfast was acceptable. The BEST part of this story if you're still reading, is at checkout. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction (no one cared to ask how my stay was before asking for payment) the reception didn't even blink an eye. There was ZERO remorse or empathy or literally any physical sign of care. Not even so much as an apology. I mentioned the issues I had and was told repeatedly there was nothing to be done except told to speak to a manager who wasn't available of course. When I asked the reception if all other guests should just be expected to deal with others partying and not having any regard for the time of the evening, I was told 'Yes'. Please Please don't bother staying here. It's just not worth it. Congratulations to the bride and groom, hope your stay was enjoyable - mine wasn't. Wish I could post the video here I took at 1am of your party from my bedroom window. Astonishingly poor stay, avoid avoid avoid.

This hotel was booked by a company I am working for, so I am sure it was booked purely on price as we were quite a large party. I understand that any business coming out of lockdown has a hard job on its hands, but on entering my room, I did feel it was necessary to wipe everything down with disinfectant wipes as everything was quite dusty. Some of my colleagues were unhappy with the cleanliness of their rooms. Following my initial clean down, my room was tidied daily. Wifi is poor, except in reception which has nowhere to sit and work, so if you are here on business, you don’t have any privacy to get work done. Continental breakfast is okay, but I cannot think of anything good to say about the cooked food, except that I have lost weight because I have not eaten very much. We are not allowed out of our bubble, so we have not been allowed to eat elsewhere, but if you can, I would. I have been served undercooked pasta five nights in a row, which tastes of salt, then meat and fried potatoes, which again tastes like it has been preserved in salt. Day 5 and the vegetarians in our group are stiil being served meat which could be considered quite funny, but they were not impressed. Although the staff are very apologetic, it is then replaced somewhat later with a greasy omelette which looks extremely unappetising and lonely on its plate but the soup is okay. They didn't have any sauces or gravy to serve with the food at the beginning of the week so the food tasted very over cooked, salty and dry, but we did get gravy this evening, so it has improved a little. I have been craving some vegetables with my dinner but greasy Salty eggplant is the only option. Oddly, mixed veg is served at breakfast. They dont really understand dietary requirements, so if you are ceoliac, best not chance it. I maybe doing the catering staff a dis-service, because they may have been drafted in from a different occupation, like myself and just doing their best in difficult circumstances. Catering is clearly not their forte. Everyone seems friendly enough.

Hotel aperto da poco in una buona posizione, autostrade e zone industriali a pochi minuti, così come il centro, con parcheggi gratuiti a pochi metri. Le aree comuni si presentano molto bene, arredi moderni e spaziosi, si ha l'impressione di un'elevata qualità. Staff molto cordiale e premuroso. Camera molto bella, con accesso al patio con piscina, arredata con stile e con i giusti spazi. Impeccabile la pulizia, comodo il letto, magari si poteva mettere una tv più grande. Unico neo, non da poco, l'assenza di insonorizzazione tra le camere, ho infatti sentito tutto quello che ha fatto il vicino, dalla doccia alle telefonate. Buona la colazione anche se i tavoli sono comodi solo se si è da soli. Un consiglio : se si vuole attrarre la clientela business, la colazione non può iniziare alle 7:30. Qualche pecca da sistemare legata alla gioventù, ma le basi ci sono e sono ottime. Prezzo forse un pelo alto rispetto alla media, ma la struttura vale la spesa.
