Wir haben 2 Doppelzimmer gebucht, welche wir nebeneinander erhalten haben. Sie waren sauber und zweckmässig mit gutem Wlan. Das Frühstück war umfangreich mit feinen Croissants. Das Nachtessen war nicht ganz unser Geschmack. Das Personal war freundlich. Nicht alle konnten eine Fremdsprache. Wir hatten gute Beratung am morgen beim Tagesreceptionisten. Es gibt kein passabler ÖV Anschluss in die Innenstadt von Mailand. Die Empfehlung des Receptionisten mit Park and Ride war super. Es gibt genügend kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel.

Terrible location. And very rude staff. This is a nice hotel in terms of the rooms were spotless and comfortable..... however, it is very geared towards corporate guests. It advertises that there is a shuttle service available on reservation, but what they don't tell you is that it's €150 to the centre of Milan!! A taxi ANYWHERE is a minimum of €35 and taxis charge on a meter from when they are first booked, so if they are 20 mins away before they get to you, you pay for that as well. The train station is a 20 minute walk away so no good if you are not very mobile. Staff are extremely rude and don't go above and beyond to help or advise you, from restaurant to reception staff, I got the feeling that unless you are Italian, they don't want to know. Staff won't discuss any issues unless there is a manager there (not there often in my experience) and we often had to wait at reception for a while for any member of staff to appear. My advice is, unless you hire a car or have plenty of Euros for taxis, go somewhere else.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Tried the restaurant once but wouldn’t go back as food low quality. The kitchen is very small, so understandable. There’s no real bar area either. Breakfast was ok. I would return to the hotel but not the restaurant. Staff all very courteous.

Das schlimmste Hotel, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Blutflecken auf den Vorhängen, andere Flecken auf der zerrissenen Decke. Die Wände sind voller Flecken, der Stuhl im Zimmer hat schlimme Flecken, ich habe schon beim Aufenthalt im Zimmer einen Juckreiz verspürt. Alle Zimmer riechen nach Zigaretten (ich war mit drei anderen Kollegen dort, jeder hatte sein eigenes Zimmer, und wir haben alle dasselbe erlebt. Als wir uns beschwerten, sagte der Mann an der Rezeption, man könne im Zimmer rauchen, solange man das Fenster öffnet). Die Laken riechen stark nach Bleiche, was mein einziger Trost in der einen Nacht war, die ich dort verbracht habe. Ich habe drei Nächte voll bezahlt und bin nach einer abgereist und in ein anderes Hotel gegangen. Der Manager hat uns hingehalten und sich letztendlich geweigert, das Geld überhaupt zurückzuerstatten (nicht einmal teilweise). Einer meiner Arbeitskollegen spricht Italienisch und hat ein sehr beunruhigendes Gespräch belauscht. Ich kann keine Einzelheiten preisgeben, da dies die Sicherheit anderer gefährden könnte, aber ich kann sagen, dass dieser Ort nicht sicher ist. Wenn Sie eine Frau oder eine Familie sind, übernachten Sie BITTE nicht hier.

We stayed at CX NoM in January for a city break holiday, for 2 nights. Breakfast was included which was a nice bonus. Room was nice and spacious. Very clean, one side of the rooms are dormitories and the other side are hotel rooms. Be aware this is a functioning university/college campus so students are around. There was zero noise though. Lovely little note left in the room welcoming us and 2 drinks tokens redeemable at the restaurant. Breakfast was a little disappointing, there wasn’t many staff around to explain how it worked so each morning we just sat down. Couldn’t get a coffee or hot drink, we couldn’t find someone to order and were never asked. Continental choice, a little limited but for the price it was OK. The only let down for us would be the area, initially when we typed the hotel into Google Maps it took us to the wrong area so please be aware of this, but the actually area didn’t feel the safest to us. Especially at night, although there was always other students/hotel guests around. You have to walk up a dark walkway then through a residential area to get to the nearest train station. It is less than a 10 minute walk though. It took roughly 30 minutes to get to the centre of Milan.

Sehr sauberes und schönes Hotel. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet mit großer Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb des Zentrums gelegen, aber wenn man sich informiert, kann man es auch kostengünstig mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Das einzige, was mich am Ende sehr gestört hat, waren die Kosten für die Wasserflaschen auf dem Zimmer, die wir trotz Nichtbenutzung dieser und ohne vernünftige Erklärung bezahlen mussten.
