We have been visiting Da Angelo for more than a decade, and have always been extremely satisfied with everything we experience. Of course, when people at a hotel and restaurant recognize you and address you by name, it is a good feeling. Our stay this time, was for 18 days and every day, we ate dinner in the restaurant. The food is always good and the house wine the same. I cannot think of many locations that match the quality of food, the friendliness of staff and the location. The view up the Umbrian valley towards Perugia and down the valley towards Foligno as well as across to the hills around Lake Trasimeno is unique. We fell in love with the City of Assisi in 1987 and have returned regularly since then. We are not religious, but the spirituality is obvious in all around it, and this extends and is enhanced in Da Angelo. The Family Tardioli have become more than simply hosts, as have all the staff, from the caretaker thru the room-personal and the waiters, to perhaps the most important : the Kitchen! The only reason I did not put on 12 KG in weight is due to my walking 20-30 KM per day, which is easy in this beautiful part of the world. Simple, stylish and a good place to stay.

This place is amazing! It is very close to the Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi and convenient for shopping. The room was the most comfortable room I have stayed at in years. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was nice with lots of hot water and great water pressure. All of the basic amenities are provided and the hotel staff is extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious and offered an excellent start to the day. Please note that Assisi is a hillside village. As such, there are a lot of stairs in the hotel. (I think we only saw one hotel that may be “flat” with a lift.) If you need a room on the main level (which is still up some steps) or with minimal steps, be sure to let the staff know ahead of time.

Vicinissimo ad Assisi e alla stazione del treno e autobus...lo extra consiglio e ci torneremo alla nostra prossima visita ad Assisi.

Having stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions I can honestly say you won't get better than this. The staff are super friendly and helpful with nothing too much for them. The whole atmosphere of the place is both very positive and friendly, whilst the accommodation and food cannot be beaten. Many thanks, especially to Francesca, Elisa and the hospitality team, to Erwin and his colleagues in the dining room, and of course to the housekeeping staff. All of them work extremely hard to make a stay there both welcoming comfortable.

Gutes Essen. Parkplatz vor. Sehr schöne Spaziergänge rund um; wunderschöner Garten. Die Sitzungsräume sind auch ziemlich gut.

FFlyer12562537166Das ist ein sehr schönes Hotel. Ich bewerte fünf Sternen für die wunderschönen Leute, die dort arbeiten und das erstaunliche Frühstück, das mit unserer Buchung kam. Der Weinshop war auch nett. Eine Flasche gefangen und auf der Terrasse trinkte wir letzte Nacht dort. Zimmer braucht Verbesserung. Es könnte kühler gewesen sein (a/c), sicher. Er braucht ein Gemälde und einige Wartung/Aufmerksamkeit. Es war jedoch sauber und hatte eine schöne Firmenmatrix. Reinigungspersonal machte auch eine erstaunliche Arbeit. Wünsche, es war ein 4.5 auf der Größe, wie ich es hätte ausgewählt.

GGastnutzerhotel nel centro di Assisi, essenziale come dotazione, ma era quello che serviva per una breve vacanza ad Assisi. A pochi passi dal centro, facilmente raggiungibile dai mezzi pubblici, permette di andare a piedi a visitare i monumenti della cittadina e di avere a portata di mano locali e bar. YYANGEs gibt nur sehr wenige Bewertungen zu den ausländischen Hotels von Ctrip. Obwohl die Aktualisierung der Zimmerverfügbarkeit sehr langsam ist, erhalte ich nach der Buchung oft die Information, dass das Zimmer voll ist, aber der Preis scheint gleich zu sein.
Das Hotel liegt auf dem Berg, in einiger Entfernung von den Sehenswürdigkeiten, aber es ist nur einen Spaziergang entfernt. Im Vergleich zu Rom ist das Zimmer sehr groß und der Preis günstig.
Die Zimmer sind alle früh, das Frühstück ist recht einfach, es gibt nicht viel zu essen.

Rooms are in the opposite building from the reception & it is look like a resident building with some rooms that is belong to the motel. Room clean and good in size if you are alone. Bathroom is little weird as it looks been built afterwards. As bathroom doors is a closet doors & shower is separate from the sink. Breakfast served on the main building where they have a big food hall & you will find a pepper with your room number in one of the tables. So take your croissant & coffee and sit there. The place is good for budge traveller or who is looking for a single night stay. there wasn’t an internet connection in the room I stay on.
