Finde Hotels in Arcore

We booked 2 rooms at the hotel for our family. I received an email 2 days before check in that due to overbooking we were being moved to a different place. The hotel then followed up the day before about this change. We checked in at the BorgoLecco and then we’re told where the other location was. The directions were not clear for someone unfamiliar with the area. A map would have been nice. I ended up pulling it up on my phone so the reception could show me where it was. The new place was called Casina San Giovanni. It was about a mile away. It didn’t feel like a hotel but more like an Airbnb or a small apartment. It was nice, but I couldn’t get the A/C to work in either room. We opened windows and that helped. Also the amenities were not consistent or good. One room only got lotion and body wash. The other room got a larger bottle of shampoo but I could t get it open. Both rooms had a bidet as well as a washing machine. Also equipped with a small kitchen. The rooms were a little noisy. I could hear people walking above us or water frequently running. Also we had a promotion that offered free breakfast when we booked, but had to go back to the hotel for that. So we had to drive for the free breakfast. The breakfast was pretty good. We enjoyed the croissants, meats, cheeses, and waffles.

Partiamo subito col chiarire un aspetto: non è assolutamente un 4 stelle! Le caratteristiche sono, al massimo, quelle di un 3 stelle. Purtroppo l'esperienza non è stata positiva, anzi. Sono stato ospite, con i miei figli, per due notti. Abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio e la stanza non è stata pulita, nonostante avessimo fatto presente la cosa. L'unico servizio prestato è stato il cambio degli asciugamani e i letti riassettati. Nient'altro. Tutto lo sporco a terra, nei bagni e nei cestini, è rimasto li dov'era. Inaccettabile per qualsiasi albergo, figuriamoci per uno che espone le 4 stelle sulle insegne. La colazione era poco assortita ma tutto sommato sufficiente. Mi spiace davvero dover dare questo parere negativo, ma considerate le aspettative ed il prezzo pagato (quello si da 4 stelle), non potevo fare altro.

Bel posto. Da fuori sembra una struttura condominiale, con tante piante e un ampio parcheggio. L' insieme dell' albergo è ancora dell' epoca dei primi del novecento, molto raffinato. La camera, anche se minimalista, ha tutti i confort del caso e, a novembre, ottimamente riscaldata. Non ho mangiato lì, per motivi personali, ma, a occhio e croce, non deve essere poi così male. Per ultimo, per i cristiani praticanti, la chiesa è appena fuori dal cancello:-)

Das Hotel liegt gleich neben der Autobahn in der Nähe eines großen Einkaufsviertels mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Schnelle Ein- und Auscheckvorgänge dank sehr kompetentem Personal. Gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl, WLAN funktioniert gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber, haben eine akzeptable Größe und sind recht ruhig. Aber es ist kein 4-Sterne-Hotel, für mich ist es nicht mehr als 3 wert, da viele Annehmlichkeiten fehlen, wie Kühlschrank, geschlossener Kleiderschrank, Hausschuhe, kostenloses Wasser usw. Gut für 1-2 Nächte, wenn Sie ein Auto haben (keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe) und die Lage praktisch ist.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön mit großen und ganz schönen Zimmern und allen Einrichtungen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Zimmer gut sauber und gemütlich; Mitarbeiterfreundlich und hilfsbereit; Frühstück von wirklich gut, wenn nicht hoch, Qualität und Menge. Kann durch die Zugabe von ein paar mehr Lebensmittel verbessert werden. Nur Problem, begrenzte offene / kostenlose Parkplätze. Lage in einem ruhigen Bezirk von Monza und wirklich nahe (mit dem Auto) zu den Metrostationen von Mailand. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmes Aufenthalt. Würde noch einmal dort bleiben.

Für diejenigen, die ruhig bleiben und nicht zu viele Ansprüche haben, ist wirklich die Top. Komfortable Parkplätze alles super technologisch und Frühstück bereits im Zimmer. Wenn ich wirklich eine negative Anmerkung machen muss, ist, dass das Frühstückspaket nicht das Wasser ersetzt hat. Ich empfehle es besonders für Familien.

Nur eine Nacht, aber sehr angenehm . Professionelle Mitarbeiter haben wir sehr gute Informationen über unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Bereich erhalten, sehr guter Service und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber mit Minibar ( sehr geschätzt im Sommer). Gutes Frühstück mit viel zu essen und sehr guter Capucino. Sehr schönes Personal für Frühstück und Abendessen. Wahrscheinlich muss das AC besser während der heißen Sommertage arbeiten.

This was a treat for myself, husband and mother a revisit after 20 years however it was an underwhelming stay unfortunately. The room we had a deluxe double was blah, no usable mirror in bedroom which was a pain, not sure about why that would be in a 4 star hotel. There is no tea or coffee in the room and I did message the hotel in Italian to double check on this and was told I could buy a coffee, however the room next to us had a tray with a kettle and tea for the room so this obviously was an option for some guests! Service at breakfast which costs 35 Euros was poor, children running around unattended, people smoking and the first day no indoor table for us, totally obnoxious with wasps, flies and smokers. The food provided was barely acceptable by today’s standards and the hot breakfast was cold every day. Really not good enough again for a luxury hotel. One evening we decided to have a nightcap this was an exercise in frustration, no service my husband had to go and ask for a menu then no one came to take an order so he had to go inside again to find a waiter. Everyone around us had nibbles with their drinks but yet again not served for us, our Italian friends could not believe our issues with this hotel as it is well known for hosting the formula one. The hotel actually lost out on business as we were planning on eating at the hotel for dinners but changed our plans and took our money into town where it would be appreciated instead. Maybe it’s foreigners they don’t like but my husband speaks perfect Italian so we have never experienced this in the past. I would not stay here again myself and would not recommend it which is a shame as 20 years ago this was a beautiful experience for all of us and my children.
