非常滿意的別墅，一室的卧室有一個門廳，衞生間很乾凈，還有獨立的廚房。平台上會有可以泡温泉的地方，衹不過户外會有一些蟲子，感覺有一些可怕。 入住退房都非常的方便。

Gasthaus in hervorragender Lage, sauber, freundliche Zimmer. Ein paar Tipps: Es ist schwierig, die Eincheckung durchzuführen - es ist obligatorisch, an den Ankunftszeitpunkt anzurufen. Check-in-Zeit unklar, auf der Website gibt es 6 PM, das Haus gibt 4 PM, am Telefon sagen 5 PM ... Für den Rest ist alles in Ordnung, ich empfehle Ihnen den Besuch.

Sind von einem gebuchten Guesthouse hierher umgebucht worden und dies sollte ein Upgrade sein. Positiv: - Immer jemand freundliches am Telefon - Sauberes Zimmer Negativ: - keinerlei Rezeption (in Coronazeiten begründet, was für eine Ausrede mittlerweile für alles ist), und damit natürlich nichts was sonst ein Hotel ausmacht und hier vorher angeboten wurde. - Frühstück ist nicht inclusive! - Zimmer micromässig, man bekam kaum seine 2 Reisekoffer unter, aus denen man ja leben musste, da ja auch kein Schrank etc. da war. Badezimmer auch nicht wirklich überragend (Dusche nichts für große und/oder breite Menschen) - Kein Schampoo, war für uns nicht wichtig, aber sollte erwähnt werden, dass dieses nicht aufgefüllt wurde (Conditioner + Bathsoap war ausreichend da) - Kühlschrank verdient seinen Namen nicht (vielleicht 1-2 Grad kühler, wenn überhaupt). - WLAN-Passwort musst ebenfalls telefonisch erfragt werden. - Minibar? Nicht vorhanden, war nicht nötig und hätte auch nicht mehr reingepasst. - Es erfolgte leider keine Zimmerreingung. ”Upgrade” da „oceanview“ und es soll mit das größte Zimmer hier sein. Ja, man sah ihn (den Fjord) und viel Parkplatz + die Hauptstraße und hatte damit ständigen Verkehrslärm, da diese die einzige Durchgangsstraße/ Road 1 ist + ab zu ein landendes Flugzeug (Flugfeld prakrisch um die Ecke). Es kam dann doch mal jemand vorbei, nachdem das Zimmer nicht gereinigt wurde und wir erfuhren, dass wirklich Gäste bereit sind mehr zu zahlen, um so ein Zimmer zu bekommen. Wir hätte lieber ein rückwärtiges, größeres (es gibt sie doch) aber ruhiges Zimmer gehabt Insofern wollte man uns tatsächlich etwas gutes tun. Restaurants, Hafen, Shopping in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The well dressed and informative looking emails have links that dont go anywhere, the email address doesnt work and they bounce back, the map sends you to new york and when you call the number it appears to be another hotel but one reception manages 4 buildings, No security or support to the building we stayed in, but its iceland, key codes on the outside door and bedroom door. Bathroom very clean but the clear box of the bathroom illuminates the whole room not ideal when there are two of you and one needs the toilet in the night, the fan/ ventilation wasnt very effective. The very stylish mirror and sink are in the room not the bathroom and the light for this has a very large green blowing button, which you cant turn off, and lights most of the room. The pull down blinds arent wide enough for the window, dont fall over the edges of the window so the street light outside our room came though both sides, hard to sleep due to the various lights in the room, im glad we werent here in summer. TV initially didnt work, had to reset and log into the wifi, seems noone checks or clears the internet, opened onto a less than desirable pages from whoever was prev in the room, Staff were helpful over fixing the TV and the internet. However some staff unhelpful (and a bit rude) over the phone and also with checking in, given the wrong key code and felt we were bothering staff with questions. Nice selection of tea , coffee and snacks, however not refilled once in the 4 days we stayed, not even the tea, coffee or milk. Info book in the room, very confusing and difficult to read and follow. Partly its in English with bits of icelandic and historical and random papercuttings, very stylish but also not useful. Breakfast, insanely busy, 3 of the 4 days hard to get a seat or table , felt overcrowded and waiting on food and the buffet to be refilled. The room was far to small for the number of people they were catering for. Positives ⁃ Free onsite parking. Very clean and cool/ well presented. Breakfast was delicious.

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt in Akureyri ca 800m vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Supermärkte, Apotheke und andere Geschäfte gibt es im Stadtzentrum bzw 1km vom Hotel ist ein Netto & im Hotel gibt es ein Restaurant und Snacks / Wasser. Die Zimmer sind groß und schön eingerichtet. Das Wlan funktioniert gut. Steckdosen gibt es einige aber nicht an jeder Bettseite. Nur an einer. Nachttische gibt es nur einen komischen Tabletttisch. Es gibt eine Heizung. Das Bad ist komisch aufgeteilt, in der einen Zimmerhälfte ist Waschbecken und Toilette dann muss man durch das ganze Zimmer laufen und auf der anderen Seite ist dann die Dusch. Es gibt genug Ablagefläche am Waschbecken aber keine in der Dusche. Die Dusche funktioniert. Handtücher gibt es, ebenso eine Steckdose im Bad und einen Föhn. Es gibt leider keinen Kühlschrank Aber Wasserkocher, Tv leider ohne Deutsche Programme, einen Safe gibt es leider nicht. Es gibt einen Schrank. Es gibt eine Bank, einen Tisch und einen Stuhl. Duschgel Shampoo & Conditioner sind vorhanden. Die Betten ist angenehm weich und groß genug. Es gibt auch keinen Ganzkörperspiegel. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Das Personal ist relativ freundlich. Das Hotel ist relativ sauber. Man kann das Zimmer leider durch Vorhänge nicht ganz abdunkeln. Zum Frühstück gibt es Buffet mit großer Auswahl an verschiedenen Broten, Getränken, Marmelade, Obst, Skyr, Rührei, Spiegelei, Gemüse, Waffeln, Gebäck, Müsli und Joghurt. Abendessen kann man im Aurorarestaurant.
