GGastnutzer該房子太棒啦，棒得忘記拍更多照片了，位置好，一進小鎮不遠就到了，房子背後有寬敞停車場，把行李從停車位搬到房間也比較省力（在歐洲旅遊這很重要）房間 廚房 洗衣房 洗手間 客廳都在一層，不用上下樓梯搬行李，客廳 廚房 洗手間 洗衣房都很大，櫃子很大 （衣架齊全，很多時候很多房子衹有一兩個衣架很不方便）熱水好，暖氣足（每間房間都可以自行調節）房間很乾凈，物品配置豐富，廚房設施太齊全了，我們做了一頓不錯的晚餐，窗外正對港口遊輪，滿足民宿所有希望。來這小鎮強烈推薦選擇

Ursprünglich hatten wir aus Unwissenheit ein Zweibettzimmer (zwei getrennte Betten) für eine Nacht gebucht, das Personal an der Rezeption schlug jedoch vor, dieses kostenneutral gegen ein Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick zu tauschen, was wir sehr gerne annahmen! Durch einen starken Sturm war nach der ersten Nacht eine Weiterfahrt nicht möglich. Die Warnung hierzu bekamen wir am Anreisetag per SMS vom Hotel, in der auch darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass man einfach Bescheid geben sollte, falls man nicht anreisen kann oder möchte. Zudem wurde bereits in der Nachricht erklärt, dass man auf weitere Übernachtungen in der Unterkunft (falls diese durch das schlechte Wetter) 20 % Rabatt bekommt. Im Endeffekt verbrachten wir noch zwei weitere Nächte in der Unterkunft. Die Informationspolitik war sehr gut, man bekam regelmäßig Informationen von den Mitarbeitern über die aktuelle Lage und es wurde sich sehr um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt bemüht! Zur Unterkunft selbst: Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, ausreichend groß und hatte einen Meerblick. Die Gemeinschaftsbäder (3 Bäder für insgesamt 11 Zimmer) waren sehr geräumig und genauso sauber wie das Zimmer. Neben der großen Dusche befand sich ein Waschbecken und ein WC im Bad. Kleine Handtücher wurden im Bad gestellt, zwei weitere Handtücher waren im Zimmer aufzufinden. Ein großer Gemeinschaftsraum mit vollausgestatteter Küche (inkl. Geschirrspüler) und einer Couch- bzw. Fernsehecke standen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Den Hot Tub kann man ebenfalls wärmstens empfehlen! Umkleiden und Duschen sind im Spa-Bereich ebenfalls vorhanden.

GGastnutzerIch hatte einen unverzüglichen Aufenthalt in Seyðisfjörður nachdem der erste Schnee der Saison Route 93 zurück nach Egilsstaðir durch die Berge undurchdringlich gemacht hatte, um die Nacht mit meinem Fahrzeug. Ich habe meine Media Luna auf der Suche nach verfügbaren Zimmern für die Nacht gestoppt, und das Personal war sehr nett und untergebracht. Er erklärte den üblichen Plombing-Zeitplan für die Stadt und zeigte mich um das Gasthaus. Einfach mit einem gemeinsamen Kühlschrank zu erreichen | Küchenbereich, und alle Zimmer durch einen zentralen Halle zugänglich. Ich war angenehmen überrascht, wie schön die Zimmer waren, sehr sauber und geräumig mit einem schönen und modernen privaten Badezimmer. Großes Farbschema mit Braunen und Waldgrünen auch. Ich bin sehr dankbar für die Unterkunft, die während meiner Ring Road Reise einen unerwarteten Hiccup in eine schöne Tour gemacht hat! Ich werde sicher noch einmal hier bleiben, wenn ich wieder Island besuche und ich suche irgendwo zu bleiben in Seyðisfjörður. Danke!

We have spent one night at Fossardalur Guesthouse and we have loved it. Warmth welcome by the two Polish girls who have been fantastic in their indications and suggestions, well done girls. We have slept in a nice room just in front of the common area; there is a huge area with a common kitchen where you can cook; a clean common batroom and a huge spot for your roulotte, campervans or tents. Very nice experience. Very suggested

Das Gebäude ist aus Papier. Sie können alles von den Zimmern auf beiden Seiten und oben hören. Das Lärmniveau fühlt sich wie Menschen in dem Zimmer mit Ihnen buchstäblich. Ich konnte die Menschen in anderen Zimmern klar sprechen hören - voll hörbare Gespräche im regulären Volumen. Ich konnte die anderen Zimmer mit dem Badezimmer hören - jede letzte Tropfe. Das Badezimmer war außergewöhnlich hörbar. Das Lüftungssystem ist die Hauptschuld an Lärmproblemen. Nichts ist durch dieses Lüftungssystem privat - absolut nichts. Wir haben über zwei Nächte überhaupt keinen Schlaf. Ich bin nicht sicher, was mit dem Personal geschieht. Sie können sich nicht ein Hotel anrufen und dann nur die ”Rezeption” zwischen 15:00 - 21:00 öffnen. Das ist keine Rezeption. Das ist nur jemand, der sich für ein paar Stunden sitzt und Leute überprüft. Wir kamen um 14:50 Uhr und die Tür war geschlossen. Ich schlug, er sah mich und wandte sich um und ignorierte mich. Am 15.00 Uhr kam er zur Tür und sah, dass wir draußen warten. Er sagte dann: ”Hallo, wartet ihr auf etwas?” Er sah mich an der Tür. Er weiß genau, was ich da war. Wir gingen später um ein zusätzliches Handtuch zu bitten und er sagte, er könne es nicht zu uns bringen, weil er der einzige war da. Noch einmal - kein Hotel, wenn der ein und nur das Personal nicht seine Stelle verlassen kann, um ein Handtuch zu bekommen! Die Leute rauchen außerhalb unserer Einheit, feiern im Raum vor unserem Zimmer bis 02:00 Uhr - aber es gab niemanden, an den wir anrufen konnten, um sich zu beschweren. Es gibt keine Telefone in den Zimmern. Wie dieses Unternehmen 4 Hotelgebäude in dieser kleinen Stadt besitzt und ist noch auf dem Stand, ist über mich. Wie es hat das Rating, das es auf diesen Standorten hat ist wieder - völlig über mich. Ich würde niemals jemandem ihre Gebäude empfehlen und würde nie wieder hier bleiben, wenn ich wieder in die Gegend kam.
