"Overall a 3, I give +1 for the northern light we saw at the carpark. The room we stayed at level 2 was awkwardly designed. The ceiling near bed is so low we at least bang our head 10 times over 2 days. There is lack of essentials in the room, such as kettle, table and chair. It’s basically a room capable of sleep and shower only. At the back of carpark we saw northern light. That was the plus of the stay. It’s the only budget option with private room and bathroom in the area."

"Clean, spacious, well equipt, family friendly and good customer service! 😊 Tough times are a blessing in disguise, it always reveals the true color of the people around us. We planned to stay in 2020 however Covid happened. Team was very understanding and accommodating to our predicament. It was a happy surprise to find premise exceeding our expectations too! Shoes are well organised with rack and oraginsers neatly stacked at entrance. Reception was friendly and informative. Room was clean and neat. In room wash basin was a big plus! There were 2 spacious and well equipt WCs to our section of 6-8rooms. 2 spacious dining areas, 1 large double fridge, 1 single fridge, spacious well equipt kitchen with various prep tables and 2-3+ sinks, pots/pans of various sizes, kitchen towels, utensils, cutleries, hot water dispenser, toaster, coffee percolator, sandwich press, oven, microwave, beverages and absolutely all one needs in the kitchen and more are furnished. It is also children friendly with baby chair, cot and safe play area provided. Rooms are well sectioned with family rooms assigned at the back, away from the hustle and bustle. There are also rooms in basement. There is also a washer/dryer and small drying rack at the far end, past kitchens and book cabinet with reading materials for the avid reader. We had a good comfortable night stay and hope you do too! 🙂"

"Das Zimmer ist nicht schlecht, aber die Schalldämmwirkung ist durchschnittlich, das Badegeräusch nebenan und das Öffnen der Tür sind sehr deutlich. Es gibt keine umliegenden Einrichtungen. Verdunkelungsvorhänge sind durchschnittlich. Das Hotel stellt Ihnen kostenlos Augenmasken zur Verfügung Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, es gibt nicht viel Auswahl."

"Dienst: Vorab informieren Sie, dass es eine Honeymoon-Reise ist. Der Chef hat das größte Zimmer in meinem Preis angeboten, und ich danke Ihnen noch sehr Einrichtungen: Das gesamte Gebäude ist groß, oberhalb und unterhalb der beiden Stockwerke, viele Zimmertypen, mit Wäscheschalen und warmen Boden. Gesundheit: OK Umgebung: Es gibt ein anderes Restaurant und einen Eisverkauf, ich ging nicht essen, aber um sechs Uhr fand ich, dass es viele Touristen gibt, die das Restaurant essen, und ich komme spät zum Hotel. Es wird zumindest nicht gebären, wenn ich nicht in die Stadt gehen soll. 🤣"

"因為約了第二天去看冰洞，發現這裏離集合地點才46公里，雖然是要走回頭路，因為價格算是性價比最高的了，於是就訂下來了。 晚上10點才到冰河湖，拍照後到酒店已經11點半，發現酒店後面就是一個大冰川，從房間的窗户就完全可以看到躺在床上還發現屋頂上有一個天窗，躺在床上就能看星空和極光！ 空間確實有點小（冰島酒店的普遍現象！），但是麻雀雖小 五臟俱全，我們在房間做了晚餐。浴室裏有地暖，很不錯👍"
