The experience was awesome. I like the valet parking of my car. Reception was nice, there was hassle free check inn. We were escored to our room which was nice and clean. We wore assisted with our luggage. The swimming pool was also we'll maintained. There was a nice gym with plenty of equipments. The breakfast was mind blowing.

Hi the hotel was very good as I had booked this for my parents but the only problem was they were asked to pay for the room which I had already pre paid through trip.com . Even after showing them the receipt and booking details they were still insisting on paying telling that they haven't received any payment .

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Stay was comfortable and staff was courteous. Food was okay and not very expensive. Rooms were clean and housekeeping staff was available when required.

The room and amenities were really great but I had a bad experience checking out. They didn’t have a proper process for billing with Trip.com, they held me 3 hours and the payment still couldn’t come through. Don’t know who’s fault it was but from what I saw, Radisson Blu seemed at fault. While they made me ask Trip.com reps to calk them, their operator wasn’t taking calls properly. I had to call on their number infront of them to show that their operator isn’t taking call thats why Trip.com isn’t able to get through. Their business emails were messed up and because of it Trip.com wasn’t able to send the payment, finally I paid physically. One expects Radisson Blu to have a better process to handle bookings from online platforms, but it seems this one is just for marriage parties and not tourists.

It was a nice place. The room was good. The service provided by the hotel was good. We asked for dinner very late even though they provided services. The taste of food was good. Behavior of staff was good.

Gute Empfangs- und Serviceleistungen und Aktualisierungsdienstleistungen bezüglich Kompliment Frühstück. Und bei der Check-in und Check-out ist komfortabel. Sie geben Komfort-Check-in und Check-out. Und Service auch gut und Essen auch gut. Insgesamt ist es gut Zeit zu bleiben.
