The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, neat and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the hotel location is very convenient to reach

It was a pleasent stay. Rooms are spacious and clean and tidy. At this price it's a steal deal. Rooms are equipped with all needed amenities.

Me and my wife stayed in this hotel for 2 nights (19th and 20th October 2022). The service, ambience and cleanliness is superb. We stayed in room no.308 which was very clean and well equipped. The only problem is all the double rooms I saw, were crammed and there is no place to move. All the staff were very courteous and polite. There is a facility to get your car externally washed at about Rs.100 per day subject to staff availability. The Kapi1tal Restaurant serves very good and tasty veg and Non veg food BUT the dishes are very expensive compared to Sangli standards. Quantity of the dishes was okay. Not less. It will be great if they make all the dishes reasonably priced. The complimentary breakfast is having a good spread. The room tarriff including G.S.T. and after discount is value for money as per Sangli standards Very strategically located too. I would like to give 4 out of 5 for this hotel. Clean and tidy rooms well maintained facilities very helpful reception and service, parking is safe

Zimmer sehr geräumig, aber keine Tee oder Kaffee , außer für Seife keine Toiletten. Handtücher so hart , dass Sie Ihre Rücken schrauben oder alte Haut entfernen können. Mattress so hart, dass Sie es ausschütten und reden von Kissen , Sie werden nicht bemerken, dass Ihr Kopf auf Kissen oder Bett liegt . Der Koch aus dem Essenshall braucht Retraining . Keine Mikrowelle, um Ihnen warme Nahrung zu geben . Ich werde hier wieder bleiben - A BIG NO

Had a 2 day stay everything seemed good but they needed to work in cleaning their washroom, it's really dirty. As per service art i has a very welcoming nature and often smiles. Sahil needs to smile while attending the guests. It seems the owner has neglected this major aspect of business. Just a word of advice. Please keep a camera at the reception and if you already have it please check his attitude. This is a customer service industry and smiling will go a long way. Please keep on smiling arti.

It has no lift/elevator. Food supply outsourced, not upto mark. (tea inhouse, good. Located close to bus stand and railway station. No separate towel, blanket provided for each person in double occupancy room. No hook or bar available for keeping clothes in bathroom while bathing.
