Even though i had an email confirmation of early check in, the reception guy was asking me to wait till 2 pm until i produced the email copy. So basically no record / track is kept about guests requests. Secondly, the entrance was horrible as some underground work was going on and had a large pit dug on the narrow road that leads to the hotel from the main road. So the guests had to take a long way around using a different parallel road to reach the hotel which i had to figure out myself. The hotel authority should have informed this earlier. Otherwise, this is a budget stay hotel. Since i was about to checkout early considering the fact that i checked in early, provisions were made to provide the complimentary breakfast on the day i checked in and i do appreciate it ! i would also suggest an inprovement to provide an intercom facility in future. The hotel was beach facing the room was well isolated and sound proof no sea waves sound gets into the room a very big balcony to see the vast sea. The hotels boys are specially disabled persons i liked it so much as they got an great opportunity to work for the resort the beach timings are from 6am to 6pm you will get a privet beach more over the food out there was affordable and tasty too overall it was worrh the money which we spent out there

Stayed in a standard non ac double bed room. Room was beautifully furnished. Hotel is present at very pleasant and peaceful location. Just a 6 min walk away from the beautiful auro beach. All the necessary food and amenities are available within a 2 min walking distance from the hotel. Hotel staff(s) are very helpful and kind. Courteous service from their end.

When we came to the hotel, the attendant who was present was not responsive. The bed sheets were smelling terrible and the room was stinking. The next when the other staff came, they changed the sheets and the room was bearable. Just for the improvement by subsequently by the other staff, i would rate it as average.

The stay is an apt location near auroville, with easy access to auro beach and bodhi beach. The hotel provides two wheeler vehicle and has a good cuisine themselves. We have thalapakatti restaurant at walking distance which is a must go. Early access is chargeable and swimming pool size is small.

Had a good staff helping us and gave us an upgrade for a less price and the pool amenities is nice. Parking is a bit spacious but it will do because there is parking outside the resort

We stayed at the globe house of Le Apex which is in the topmost floor. The room was beautiful! It had two balconies that provided excellent views. The caretaker Aneesh was extremely helpful. He helped arrange rentals for us to roam around Pondicherry. Knowing we had a wonderful place to stay at the end of the day was relieving despite the tiredness from the daily travels. I would highly recommend the stay!
