Finde Hotels in Palani

The property is very good,rooms are neat, need little more care on maintenance. This is the only property which I could find for decent stay near the temple with ample car parking. Food is very average, please skip the morning breakfast it is not worth at all. I would request to have food in balaji food court (beside the hotel restaurant) rather than from the hotel restaurant as the food is cooked in same kitchen. The only issue I faced is the staff attitude, it is very bad. We can't expect any kind hospitality or politeness from them. I was wrongly charged for extra bed and when I try to explain them they do not have patience to listen, rather they started commanding me, latter it was sorted out.

Das ist ein nettes und gut gepflegtes Budgethotel in der Nähe des Palani Busstands. Es ist in einer kleinen Strecke und daher ist Parkplatz ein wenig schwierig, aber verfügbar. Die Zimmer waren sauber und hygienisch. Nur die Frage war die Zimmergröße. Es kann nur 2 Erwachsene - nicht mehr. Wir waren eine Familie von 2 Erwachsenen und ein Kind und es war sehr schwer zu schütteln.

Hotel mit grundlegenden Einrichtungen, aber mit sauberen Zimmern und hilfsbereitem Personal. Hotel hat seinen eigenen Parkplatz mit ist gut, weil das Finden von Parkplatz in Palani schwierig ist. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Informationen über die Zeiten des Tempels und Besuch. Nur das Problem, das sich geäußert hat, war fehlendes warmes Wasser. Wasser war leicht heiß und nicht komfortabel für das Bad. Kein Restaurant im Hotel, aber viele Essensoptionen direkt außerhalb und vom Hotel zu Fuß. Es ist ein Wert für Geld Hotel

We had a very nice and comfortable stay at ponnis. They have maintained the property very well. It’s near to the hill base where we get shared battery car operated by the temple authorities. There is no restaurant in the hotel or nearby. But the battery car comes in handy to reach the near by restaurant. Overall a very convenient stay with courteous staff in ponnis. Will definitely go back.

The stay was good. The hotel has good car parking facility. The in-house restaurant has good quality vegetarian (south indian) menu. The dosas and idlis are great. The rooms and toilets are spacious, clean and well maintained.

Hotel sownthariyam is a decent stay providing bare minimum facilities needed for a pilgrimage tour. The room we opted had cupboard with hangers, attached washroom with wc and shower, balcony, dressing mirror, tv, ac. Room services, cleaning, hygiene was all up to the mark. As it was peak season, we faced issues in parking our car on sun-day as they allow hotel gowri shankar customers to park within the hotel premises. Other than this hiccup, rest all the facilities was provided well.

Room was ok. Parking is open, on roadside in front of the hotel. Bathroom is ill-maintained: leaking taps; a/c water is dripping inside bathroom; shower did not have cover, so direct tap water! no towel, soaps or blankets (bedsheets) were provided initially. Provided on demand.

I have stayed multiple times at the hotel over the last 10 - 12 years and have been satisfied with my previous stays. It is the first time I am visiting in the last 4 years and it was an average stay this time. The first thing apparent on entering the premises was that they appear to be understaffed now. The parking area was nearly full and there was no security person to help with parking my car. Later on, the same thing was visible at the restaurant, where just 2-3 people were struggling to manage the show. The room was comfortable, but showed its age, with the furniture and doors not coping well. The towels were old and worn out. The big advantage with the hotel is its location right next to the base of the hill, close to the walking path up the hill.

Nice stay. We have booked two rooms. One room we had water pipe issues in bathroom then they changed another room. There flush button not working. Rooms are clean and good location. They have to check this problems oh-er than good service
