Excellent hotel. Due to road closures we had a late booking, on arrival we had a warm welcome by friendly reception stuff. We were checked in and given a room straight way. The room size was very good with good running hot water. Restaurant food was good. We had a very early check out and the staff had prepared a take way breakfast of sandwiches & fruits box.

Best hotel in Naded city to stay ,,,,,,, Front Desk Ms Sheetal Chawan is very helpful and knows her profession,,,Ms Sheetal Chavan took extra care of us and made arrangements for packed breakfast,,as we are supposed to early che out. Kruse Keeping Ms Savitri Sahu was also helpful

Overall stay was good, food quality was excellent, but hot water for bath was not available in room was provided external by bucket

The room was spacious and reasonably priced. One issue i had was that hot water was not available 24/7. The restaurant attached to the hotel didn’t have the same management and hence there was lot of confusion if we were supposed to be provided complimentary breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment i arrived. The food was excellent, and i enjoyed every meal i had there. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, i had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Lassen Sie mich aus meiner Erfahrung im Hotel Florence ausführlich machen: Ich habe diese Buchung einen Monat im Voraus gemacht und Herr Aman, der hielt, war sehr nett und vertraut, die Buchung zu bestätigen, ohne einen Vorschuss zu beantragen! Das ist Trust! Ich hatte einen späten Eincheck beantragt und ich kam fast um Mitternacht an. In der Sicherheit war Mr. Shaikh – er war schnell, um mir bei der Parkplätze zu helfen und bald kam Mr. Salman, um mit dem Gepäck zu helfen. Beide waren so sehr umsorglich, auch bei so wee-hours! Dies ist eine wahre Reflexion der Gastfreundschaft Check-in-Prozess war reibungslos und wir wurden von Salman ins Zimmer begleitet. Geräumiges Zimmer mit delightful washroom, sauberen Handtüchern, Bettwäsche und alles war sauber und sauber. Morgen hatten wir ein schlaues Frühstück – es hat einen schönen Kontakt von Punjabi Küche – Chole batore, Paneer paratha etc – wieder die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und bereit, zu helfen Gesamt unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war fantastisch und die Kirsche auf dem Eis ist, dass seine sehr viel Tasche freundlich!

Dienst war gut und freundlich und ruhig Charakter der Service Junge war freundlich und Herz Person wegen guter Charakter

Excellent maintenance and hospitality. Cooperation from staff was very good. Also, they guided properly for all the queries. They were courteous enough to deliver the room service orders. Overall, a great experience and a pleasant stay. Thanks a lot
