Location. Situated on the Muvattutpuza - kolenchery road this resort, you are sure to miss unless somebody tells you orl you actually know of it before hand. The non discript signages do not help either. The signage in to the lane leading to the resort will not catch your eye unless you are looking for it. If you are not very good at driving or maneuvering your vehicle to find space to let the on coming vehicle pass then you are in for an experience. It is almost an one way Street. So hope that no other vehicles comes in the opposite direction. Call it luck, we did not encounter such a situation either while going to the resort or when coming out of it. I happened to be taken their by somebody or lunch and then realise that it was something that I should have visited before. Once you reach the resort it is a world all together different. What would strike the guest at the first instant are the fully laden nutmeg trees. Those who have not seen a nutmeg tree must make it now because it is in full Glory filled with fruits. The enormous space as one enters is much different from many other resort. There is something grand about it. Another interesting thing that one can get to see is the buildings made of laterite stones finished and left as it used to be in the yore. The restaurant is huge and well laid out. I did not visit any rooms or the toilets so cannot comment on the cleanliness and how well appointed the rooms are. But I must say that the table was well laid out, the cutlery was good and so was the crockery. The steward was courteous and did make sure that we were served well. The question that would immediately come to your mind is that having said so good about the restaurant; why have I given only three stars! That is because we were left to look for our table . We had to change because we first sat at the table nearest to the entrance and found it too hot and realised that the air conditioner had remained switched off. Apparently they had switched on the air conditioner only then. So even changing seats could not help much. Secondly the steward while taking order did not explain the quantities in the menu so three people ended up having to share two pieces a fish. But if one is looking for some fine dining, maybe this place could provide the answer

It was a pleasent stay at kabini palace. The location of the hotel is quite convenient. The staff were cordial and friendly. Hygiene was excellent.

The hotel is situated next to main road. So sound problem will be there. Room is quite big and comfortable with two sofas and dressing table. Big almirah. Property is old. So bathroom is of old type. Centralized water heater hence getting very hot water may be a problem. Restaurant next door opens only at 12 noon so you you get only lunch and dinner. There is another restaurant close by 100m for breakfast. Enough parking space. No toiletry items, electric kettle, etc. You may not get a busboy for your luggage. What i found really great was the size of the room. The staff is friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable. The owner is very helpful and made all the extra arrangements we asked for. Even though the hotel is not located at the heart of the city, you can find all amenities like restaurants, coffee shops within walking distance.

Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel zufriedenstellend. Das Personal war freundlich und hatte eine gute Einstellung, die mich begrüßte. Ich traf jedoch einige Probleme mit dem Badezimmer. Die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers war nicht bis zu Paar. Der Reinigungsschrank hatte sichtbare Farben, die Bedenken hinsichtlich der allgemeinen Reinigungsstandards hervorhoben. Darüber hinaus funktionierte der Badewanne nicht ordnungsgemäß, was es schwierig machte, die Wassertemperatur zu steuern. Diese Fragen beeinflussten meinen Komfort während meines Aufenthalts. Auf einer positiven Bemerkung war die Haltung des Personals lobenswert. Sie waren freundlich und hilfreich, um sicherzustellen, dass meine Bedürfnisse erfüllt wurden. Ihr freundliches Verhalten fügte einen positiven Touch zu meiner Gesamterfahrung hinzu. Abschließend möchte ich sagen, dass die Betreuung des Hotels zwar ein Highlight war, die Badreinigkeit und die Funktionalität des Tapes verbessert werden müssen. Ich hoffe, dass die Hotelverwaltung diese Fragen zur Verbesserung der allgemeinen Gästeerfahrung berücksichtigt.

Ich konnte gestern nicht zum Einchecken kommen und das Hotel, das schon Geld für meinen Aufenthalt genommen hat, hat sich nicht einmal um mich überprüfen, warum ich nicht gehen konnte. Sie haben ihr Geld und waren am wenigsten beunruhigt, ob ich kommen würde oder nicht. Das ist ein schlechter Ansatz als ein berühmtes Hotel.

My wife and I stayed here and have only great things to say! The service of the staff and security is unparalleled. The food was excellent and well-prepared. I felt comfortable and safe for my entire stay. Everyone on the staff was extremely kind and hospitable. The location is also a plus. There are great vegetarian and non-veg options nearby, as well as its proximity to the town. I will highly recommend Embassery Residency to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay in the area. This will certainly be my residence of choice for my future visits!
