Me, my wife and our 2 year old daughter traveled for a day. We loved the hotel, property is newly built with amazing room & interiors. One of the best hotels we visited so far and that too at hill station which is quite rare to find such luxury. We had some troubles- roads were little messy due to rainy season - lot of stones and curves. Secondly there was frequent electricity cuts throughout the day 5-6 times and got backed up by generator but it failed miserably at night for 2 -3 hours and generator also failed due to water clogging as per staff. TV got stopped after every electricity cuts and navigating to Youtube was too complex. When we called the staff for TV setup second time, he got irritated - they should either figure out way to customise the TV setup to directly use the apps and channels instead of using 2 remotes and then navigating it to 4-5 screens to reach the apps or staff should be ready to help multiple times. Rooms - 5/5, excellent condition - feeling of luxury hotel with balcony and amazing view - you can see lake from room, just 1 km away. Staff - 4/5 Very polite, courteous, helpful except that TV drama.. Services - 4/5 Very good, slow at breakfast as they prepared for us separately. They were only 1 more room booked during our stay Food - 5/5 We are quite picky when it comes to food, it was very tasty breakfast was delicious, they also packed a little for our kid which is superb. The best food in fact we got in entire trip of Chandigarh- Panchkula -Morni hills. Facilities- 4/5 Bar & Gym were closed, else everything is very good - roof top restaurant is amazing! Sleep Quality - 5/5 quite and peaceful, good & comfortable bed Price - Worth it! We decided to stay for few more days as we entered the property and looked the room but we checked out next day due to electricity issues and heavy rain - roads are narrow and steep, not lot of crowd throughout the entire area. We also saw lot of holes, stones and road damage on the way during our return. Overall experience was still amazing.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in Europe. Thanks for making our visit to Florence that much better.

It was a great experience in staying at the royal paradise hotel, the rooms are really big and super clean, everything is so nice you get a big window for the outside view and the best part is there are so many options for food like sagar ratna, kfc and one local restaurant named shahzi which really good.

If you are in Karnal, this is the best property for you to stay in. You may find a better facility in Karnal but you will not find better hospitality anywhere else. We visited Karnal for my son's tennis tournament in January 2022. It was my first time there and i must say Gopinath was the right choice. I stayed in Leela Grande initially but had to shift to Gopinath as the heater in Leela grande was not upto the mark and it was around 5-6 degree temperature. Gopinath had the best rooms with heater facilities and their rates were quite competitive. The best part of hospitality of the owner Mr. Ashok Kapoor. He was very friendly and made sure that my son gets the best food experience of Karnal. He himself made sure to suggest us the best cooked food there. My son still remembers their aaloo pyaz, paneer paratha and chole. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Karnal.
