The rooms are great and spacious. Really a steal at the price. Food is also nice. Their rooftop is pretty good to just kickback and enjoy. But the best part is the staff. Courteous, helpful and polite. Only negative is the location in which it is located. Inside the old city, narrow lanes, crowded shops etc etc

This hotel (or palace) is an oasis- a Royal Treat indeed. Slightly away from the city centre (20 minutes) and the airport (about 25 minutes) but is away from the hustle and bustle of the noise outside. Spread across acres and acres of land, mountains and a lake - it’s breathtakingly beautiful. The service, the food was excellent too. Stayed there only for a night but wish it was more. Would love to go back to this wonderful place again.

Das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß und ziemlich unverwechselbar. Beim Auschecken kam ein Kellner, um das Gepäck zu tragen und das Zimmer zu überprüfen. Vor mir bestellte ich jeden Artikel, den ich ausgab, und bat mich dann, rauszugehen und die Tür abzuschließen. Das Hotel vor dem Hotel in Indien war sehr gut. Das heißt, diese Operation hat mich betrunken gemacht. Außerdem gibt es einen Kellner, der den Bahnhof abholt, kann kein Englisch, wir finden ihn, er bestätigt auch zur Bestätigung, große Nacht, wirklich hübscher SB, hehe. Es gibt viele Leute, die morgens um 7:00 Uhr Yoga praktizieren.

My sister Viviana and I arrived at the Rajmahal Palace and were greeted with a warmth that made us feel right at home from the very first moment. The attention was exceptional; we were treated with affection and dedication, always willing to make our stay an unforgettable experience. They accompanied us on our historical tours, sharing their knowledge and passion for the local culture. It's noticeable that everyone who works at the hotel loves what they do and strives to provide the best service. I recommend this hotel without hesitation

Very spacious rooms, warm showers, good air conditioning and the two brothers who owned the hotel were very helpful and welcoming. Room could have been cleaner and we did not have any cleaning service throughout the 4 nights we stayed there. Overall good value for money however the terrace restaurant lacks any ambience and the service is terrible. Waiters seem surprised when you want to order and none of the restaurant staff are proactive. Despite it opening at 6:30, it was rarely set up before 7:30. Menus were torn, shabby and dirty. The view from the terrace was gorgeous and food was very good quality and fantastic value - has lots of potential. Very limited breakfast selection with poor coffee. Other than two small bottles of water, no top up of water for each night you stay (although cheap to buy in the hotel). Fourth floor rooms are very loud as you can hear everything from the terrace.

Direkt am Fuße des Umid-Bawan-Museums, konnte man buchstäblich bis zum Palast gehen. Die ganze ästhetische des Hauses war schön.. Sobald wir das Gebäude eintraten, das es als zu Hause fühlte. Das Personal half. Der Highlight war das Dach.. Erstaunliche Aussicht auf Umid Bhawan, buchstäblich verbrachte die meisten meiner Zeit dort, seit das Wetter erstaunlich war .. hatte Kerzennachtsabend mit leichter Musik 🎵 und schöner Aussicht. Der einzige Nebeneffekt war das Internet, das nicht konsistent war. Hoffentlich arbeiten sie bald daran. Anderes Essen war gut, kann frische Saft anstelle von getrockneten und frischere Obstoptionen hinzufügen. Zimmer und die ganze Eigenschaft war spotless und wird 10/10 dafür geben.

Found the report online and turned out to be super good. Location is a bit outside of the city, but public transportation is very convenient. The only complaint is the floor of the room, which was chilly as there is no floor tiles. Food was super tasty and the staff was very welcoming.

Beautiful restored historic Haveli of 450 years in the same family for countless generations managed by very helpful staff who also provided a fantastic in-house guide Avi for this experience. The family owns three Haveli’s close to one another and takes enormous pride in preserving culture and customers satisfaction. The Haveli has an in-house top floor restaurant serving excellent breakfast, lunch and evening meal options. The views to the Fort are breathtaking and we felt very comfortable. Bathrooms, bedding and the entire establishment is super clean. We cannot recommend more highly and would return again without hesitation. Location is also well suited to exploration by foot or a quick tuk tuk to the Clock Tower Market and surrounding city.

许许Ein Hotel mit altmodischem Adelsfan, die Hotelumgebung ist ruhig, das Servicepersonal warmherzig und zuvorkommend, die Zimmerausstattung etwas altmodisch, ausländische Touristen kommen meist nicht aus Indien. Das Frühstück kann à la carte bestellt werden, insgesamt finde ich die Lage des Hotels etwas voreingenommen, zum Glück ist das Taxi praktisch.

MMINGDie Betten sind gut, aber die Kissen sind alle hoch und es gibt keine andere Wahl. Das Frühstück war großartig und viel besser als zuvor. Es ist ein Quasi-Fünf-Sterne-Hotel und ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Es gibt kein Schwimmbad, aber es wird nicht benutzt. Es liegt nicht weit außerhalb der Stadt, aber es gibt keine unterstützenden Einrichtungen in der Umgebung. Muss ein Auto haben, um in die Stadt zu kommen?

We enjoyed 2 nights at the guest house and from the moment we arrived the owner, Ranveer and his family, made us feel extremely welcome. The room was prepared at short notice for us which was really appreciated. The rooftop restuarant has stunning views across Jodhpur and we spent many a hour eating and drinking here whilst being tended to by the staff who were all very friendly. The food was delicious at both breakfast time and in the evening. Ranveer was able to help with organising our tuk tuk to/ from the guest house. Thank you so much Ranveer for your kindness you are a wonderful person.

We recently spent a night at RAAS Jodhpur in their stunning Luxury Suite, and it was truly a memorable experience. The suite itself was beautiful, and the highlight was definitely the view of the magnificent Fort, which looked enchanting all lit up at night. Watching it from our balcony was a treat! For dinner, we dined at the Stepwell Rooftop Restaurant, which offers a breathtaking 360-degree view of the city and, of course, a perfect view of the fort as well. The food was delicious, and the ambiance made our meal even more special. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Stepwell, and the new rooftop restaurant is just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the heated pool, which was set at a comfortable 28 degrees – perfect for a relaxing dip! Breakfast was another highlight, with a great selection of dishes to choose from. Overall, our stay at RAAS Jodhpur was fantastic, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jodhpur.

Hier für zwei Nächte während in Jodhpur. Schön, unspottbar sauber Havelli, wo Sie wirklich entspannen können. Die Besitzer sind freundlich, großzügig, freundliche Leute, die nicht genug tun können, um Ihnen zu helfen. Das Essen ist lecker, mehr als genug, und gekocht zu perfekt. Sie können einen Rickshaw direkt draußen besuchen und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Jodhpur besuchen. Wenn Sie eine echte, saubere, Haus aus der Heimat erleben wollen - das ist es!

Wir waren jetzt schon öfters im Gouri Haveli und sind jedes mal total begeistert. Die Zimmer sind absolut sauber und gepflegt. Das Rooftop Restaurant hat einen sagenhaften Blick auf das Meherangarh Fort. Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Von Vikram und seinem Personal wirst du wie ein Familienmitglied aufgenommen. Sie können auch gute Tipps und Empfehlungen für Jodhpur und Umgebung geben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

GGastnutzerI am travel-ling with my family visiting jodhpur. We reached haveli in pal at about 8. 30 am. Our check in time was 12 noon. They were kind enough to allow us early check in. The room was quite spacious with a blend of modern and old days interior. The hotel staff were all very courteous. The owner of the hotel always has close watch on the day to day working and guests wellbeing. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Die Zimmer waren geräumig, mit einem königlichen Touch gedeihen und mit einer entspannenden Atmosphäre ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ein Stand-Up-Funktion, bietet eine breite Palette von leckeren Gerichten. Das Personal im Frühstücksservice war aufmerksam und hilfreich, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Gäste eine angenehme Essenserfahrung hatten. Das Hotel verfügt auch über einen kleinen Souvenir-Shop, der traditionelle Kleider und lokale Gegenstände zu vertretbaren Preisen verkauft, was unserem Besuch einen einzigartigen Kontakt hinzufügt. Der einzige Nachteil war das a la carte-Food-Menü, das im Vergleich zum Gesamtwert des Hotels zu hoch geschätzt schien. Insgesamt ist Indana Palace ein beeindruckendes 4-star Immobilien in Jodhpur, das moderne Einrichtungen mit königlichem Erbe kombiniert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt gründlich genossen und würden es sehr empfehlen, jeder, der die Stadt besucht.

Having stayed at over 14 Zostels across India, this has been one of the worst experiences in terms of service. The staff here are highly commercial, prioritizing upselling value-added services over genuine hospitality—this applies to both the reception and café teams. In particular, the receptionist with a moustache (whose name I can’t recall) clearly lacks the training required for the hospitality industry. A notable instance was when a guest requested a room change due to excessive noise from the first-floor rooms caused by the staff’s constant shouting. Instead of addressing the issue with courtesy or instructing the staff to be mindful, the receptionist dismissively replied, “Sound toh aega.” This lack of empathy and professionalism reflects poorly on the Zostel brand. Unfortunately, this has been my worst experience with Zostel staff and service to date. And before my stay at Zostel clock tower, I stayed at Zostel Ratanada and the staff behavior and support was top class
